When I called their phone number to ask what happened they push you through to some AI agent and it takes pushing buttons to get a live person and even that is some agent in a call center out of the country. I asked them to please have a manage cap me back and they said they would that day and never did. Today I went in for the first time since this incident and calmly nicely explained what happened and asked if maybe could have one pass for the day since that was really bad that they caused all these customers to waste time when we all planned our mornings to go there right when they opened. The "manager" Amber did not seem to care - she refunded to just give a courtesy pass for one kid for one jump. She said oh the hours are noon now on Fridays. And I said well it would have been nice to out a sign up on the door so 30 people aren't Standing out front at 10 am wondering. She says the sign on the door says noon. I said yes but it didn't on that day a few weeks ago- everyone was calling the phone number and not knowing what was going on. As they were /are clearly regulars that go on Fridays at 10 am. This was horrible customer service. I do see many complaints below here on yelp. It's not hard to listen to your customer, apologize for the inconvenience and offer a credit for a jump to show that you care. I will be telling a bunch of parents about this bad experience and the follow up horrible customer service. They would not provide a manager number to call today and they said they'd call me. This became even more confusing when the staff present clarified that this was not what they had told her. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern or professionalism. She never asked whether the child was okay or whether any assistance was needed. Instead, she told us she did not like the way we were speaking to her. She may not have liked our accent, or communication style, but that should not prevent a manager from helping a customer appropriately--especially when the concern involves a child's safety. Ironically, her staff handled the situation much more professionally. Before we left, they followed up with us and offered to file an incident report. The entire experience felt disorganized and poorly handled, and it left us seriously questioning what procedures are actually in place when a child is injured. I would appreciate someone from upper management contacting me directly to review what happened and explain the proper procedure for handling incidents involving children. When parents trust a facility with their kids, we need to know that safety concerns will be taken seriously and handled with professionalism, empathy, and appropriate follow-up. There also needs to be proper training for managers and staff on incident reporting, communication, and how to respond when a child is hurt. Until we know this situation has been addressed and appropriate training is in place, it will be very difficult for us to feel comfortable trusting this facility with our kids again.

Unfortunately, we learned after arriving that Toddler Time would not begin until August 17. We planned to stay for the full 90-minute session but left after approximately 45 minutes because of the lack of cleanliness, organization, and supervision. The toddler area was especially filthy. I honestly felt like bringing in a container of antibacterial wipes and cleaning everything myself. There was visible grime, duct tape covering multiple areas, ripped and damaged padding, lifting floor sections, and peeling walls. We also noticed dark staining and deterioration on the walls that appeared consistent with water damage and possible mold. I cannot confirm what it was, but it was concerning to see inside an area designed for very young children. The safety gate for the five-and-under section was loose, unstable, and did not feel like a reliable safety barrier. Some of the equipment also looked worn or poorly repaired. Several attractions, including the climbing walls, were not being used, so we could not fully evaluate everything the facility offers. The staff members were friendly, but unfortunately, they were not very attentive or hands-on. We saw at least three employees, and all of them remained at the front desk, frequently on their phones. We did not see anyone supervising the individual play areas, enforcing the posted age restrictions, or actively cleaning. Since the facility was mostly filled with children around six and younger that morning, having staff visible throughout the play areas would have made the environment feel much safer and more organized. This place has the potential to be a four- or five-star indoor play center, but it needs significantly better maintenance, cleaning, staff involvement, and management oversight. With young children touching everything and playing on this equipment, cleanliness and safety should be the highest priorities. Based on what we experienced, I cannot recommend a membership or a return visit unless some major improvements are made.

We've been to places like candeeland, coffee & kids, and Tiny Tiger that offer far more activities, better upkeep, and staff consistently cleaning throughout the facility. By comparison, this felt like a fairly basic and dirty trampoline park, and one of the larger trampoline areas was closed during our visit. The biggest frustration was the sock policy. I intentionally brought grip socks that my kids already owned from another trampoline park. They were in great condition and functioned exactly the same, but we were told we had to purchase Sky Zone branded socks. There was no meaningful difference in the grip, and it felt like an unnecessary extra charge rather than a genuine safety requirement. What made it even more frustrating was that parents aren't even allowed to step onto or sit near the trampoline area to watch or help their child unless they're wearing Sky Zone's bright orange socks. Even if you're not jumping, you still have to buy their branded socks just to be in that area. It came across as another unnecessary upsell rather than a policy that genuinely benefits customers. The staff also seemed to be constantly policing every little thing. I understand that safety rules are important, especially at a trampoline park, but it often felt like employees were hovering and correcting minor issues instead of creating a welcoming environment. Between the membership sales pitch, mandatory branded socks, limited play options, and the high cost, the value just wasn't there for us. My frustration was with the way management handled changes to party packages. I booked and prepaid for my son's birthday party in June (for a July party) during a promotion. Before the party, I even called the party hotline twice to go over the details of my reservation, and at no point was I told that the attraction tiers had changed or that there would be optional upgrades available. When we checked in with seven excited kids ready to play, I was told I would need to pay additional fees as their packages had changed. Mind you, I had already paid the $200 for the party in June. I had to pay $35 for an extra kid because the new package included 5, not 6 kids. In addition, I had to pay an additional $9 per child if I wanted everyone to have access to the attractions they wanted to use. That wasn't the time to be making an unexpected spending decision, and realistically I wasn't going to tell a group of kids that some of them couldn't participate. (I was prepared to pay for one extra kid and an extra pizza). We ended up paying $360 instead of the $260 I had budgeted. To add to the confusion, I also didn't receive the balloons that were included with my party package. After reaching out to management, they explained that the attraction tiers had changed after I booked and clarified how the pricing worked. While I still think the communication leading up to the event could have been much better, I do appreciate that they took the time to respond, acknowledged that the communication wasn't clear, and offered two complimentary Unlimited Play passes and a large pizza as a goodwill gesture. My suggestion to Urban Air would be simple: if party packages change after customers have already booked, proactively notify them before their event. It would avoid confusion, unexpected charges at check-in, and allow parents to make informed decisions before arriving with a group of excited kids. What would be even better is that when you book a package, you are locked into that price and details instead of it changing. I would be really hesitant to book another party here because I wouldn't know what price I would ultimately be paying day of. Overall, the kids had a blast, and we'd likely return to play. I just hope the communication around birthday parties improves, because that's what took away from an otherwise fun celebration.
