We enjoyed Funnox the first time we attended on opening day. It was really crowded and as the day went on it was really loud. I couldnt help but notice that the place appears to have been very quickly put together. The wallpaper along the walls has bubbles underneath and the edges aren't coming together. The tables still have the plastic wrap partially ripped off on the feet. The floors also look like wallpaper was put down. It seems they got this place up and running very quick. That being said the second time we came they were very strict about us entering. We paid from 11-1230 and got there before, but they said we couldn't get in until 11, or if we wanted to go in now, we would get a different wrist band that would essentially shorten our total time to 75 minutes instead of the purchased 90. I feel like SkyZone is way better when it comes to this. Moving on, we had to leave and walk back 10 minutes later before we could go in. While I get it, I kind of feel a little flexibility makes sense. Also, they called out 6 minutes early for my childrens colored band. They said "your time is up" instead of "You have 6 minutes left". The rigidity is really not my thing. That being said, my children do love it and they are having special pricing right now to enter, as well as special birthday pricing. They do not have food. They have a water fountain and a vending machine, but nothing else. I also asked about annual memberships and shockingly they do not have them. She said they will offer 6 visits at a 25% discount each, which brings it to $89. I think they will have a problem staying open not offering annual or at least monthly memberships.

I saw this place on instagram and thought to try it out despite the negative reviews. We came on a Saturday around 1pm and there was no line at all. Parking was easy and free. Price was $22 for 90 minutes which is pretty good. They have an area with tables and chairs where parents can relax while the kids jump away! There is no cafeteria onsite so plan accordingly for snacks. We saw the area for birthday parties and it looks like a great option. Kids had a blast!

A friend told me about this new indoor inflatable playground opening up in Escondido and we decided to try it out. Overall it was a fun experience. It was crazy packed because they just opened up. You enter the inflatable zone and there's various characters, hide out spots, jumping areas, and a climbing/slide area in the back. Anyone can jump but must have a paid admission ticket. Kids 5 years and under must have a paid adult accompanying them. Each admission includes 90 mins of jumping time. They have a filtered water station in front of the restrooms which is nice because the kids were definitely thirsty running around. There's a lot of tables and chairs set up for parents to hang out. I recommend you bring some snacks and drinks as there is no cafe or food service inside. The reason for 3 stars: - they do not have rolling timed entries, just 90 min blocks (11am, 1230, 2, 330, etc) which sucks if there's a long line and you check in past your designed time, your time gets prematurely cut down. - they need to have more workers supervising the kids inside the inflatable. There was a lot of kids coming out crying, saying someone hit or pushed them, or someone got jumped on. Having kids 6 and up in the same area is a wide age range. - the area for the little ones (5 and under) was really small - they are running a promotion for $4 admission (plus a mandatory $4 sock fee) the first 10 days they are open. Definitely worth the $8 fee but not sure I would come here on a regular basis for $22 per kid plus a sock fee which gets pricey if you have multiple kids. Maybe consider a discount for parents with 2 or more kids?

Very impressive and fun indoor bounce house playground. We came here with their special new open discount, the price is amazing and kids under 2 is free! They have all sorts of fun stuffs here and it is good for all ages, even for adults! There's a cute small area for kids under 5, my baby enjoyed it and has a lot of fun. We will definitely come back or check out their other locations.

Okay! I've been waiting to bring my 2 year old here and we had a BLAST! It was opening day, so yes, lots of kids and a little chaos (totally expected when you go right at open on day one ). But beyond that, the atmosphere was amazing for kids. This is definitely the new go-to spot to bring your little ones. Escondido really needed this! The staff were great, super courteous, and intentional about making sure everyone followed the rules. I really appreciated that, especially with a 2 year old who insists on running with the big kids and doing everything they're doing. I also have to say, this is the first place I've been where the older kids were genuinely aware of the little ones and so courteous to them. That meant a lot. We will definitely be back again and again. Now we're just hoping they offer a membership soon!

My kid loved this experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The interior decor is very vibrant and happy. Lots of places for parents to sit. You could even plug into an outlet if you needed to get some work done. We'll definitely be back!

Water fountain doesn't work. Vending machine doesn't work. No cafe/snack bar so make sure you bring snacks and water for your kids.

My daughter can easily play for the full three hours and still not be ready to leave. It's definitely geared toward high energy kids who need space to move. She leaves tired and happy every time. The place is kept clean and I always see staff walking around with a tiny handheld vacuum cleaning throughout the day. It's kind of funny but also reassuring because you can tell they're staying on top of it. We've had good experiences with the employees too. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that they allow you to bring in your own snacks, drinks, and food. That honestly saves us money and makes it easy to hang out for the full three hours without constantly buying concessions. Their concession stand is mostly chips, cookies, candy, and bottled drinks. There isn't really hot or substantial food available, which isn't a big deal, but it's something to keep in mind so you can come prepared. There are couches inside the play area for parents, but I usually sit at the tables in the lobby. Now that my daughter runs around independently, I can actually sit and relax while she plays. It's nice not feeling like I have to hover the entire time. We purchased the Elite Membership for $50 a month. It includes three hours per day every day plus 10 percent off merchandise, concessions, and birthday parties. For us it's worth it because she genuinely uses it multiple times a week. If you go often, it makes sense financially. Parking is also super easy. There's ample parking and we've never had to circle or deal with any hassle, which is always a plus when you're unloading kids. The sock policy wasn't a big deal for us. We don't go on the trampolines, just our daughter does. When we showed them we already had grip socks from another place, they only charged us $3 for theirs as a one time purchase. We just wash them and keep them in the car so we're always ready. If adults aren't playing, you can walk around in your normal shoes or socks. My only complaint is the music on Friday evenings. They usually have an emo playlist playing. It's not about the volume, just the type of songs. I'd personally prefer more current top hits or upbeat family friendly music during play time. Not a huge issue, just something I've noticed. Overall, it's a great place for kids to burn energy and for parents to actually sit down for a bit. We'll definitely keep going.

Unfortunately, if you buy online, there is no kiosk or separate check-in line; you still need to wait in line for an employee to check you in. Tough to do, though, while we were there, as the kids and parents buying tickets were all congregating in the lobby, where even the employee had to shout to be heard. Once we entered the facility, we found the area clean and well-lit. However, the clients--primarily pre-teens and young teens--were specifically targeting our kids, who are all 12 years old girls. The one staff member our kids approached for help did her best, but she was alone on the trampoline floor and appeared thoroughly overwhelmed less than 30 minutes into the GLOW night. Most of the other guests were dressed to impress, but they weren't jumping; they were simply walking around, trying to see others. Our kids came to jump, and each time the bullies approached them, they would turn and leave that area, only to be pursued by kids pulling on their clothing, laughing in their faces, and making animal noises. The situation felt like mob mentality, and it was concerning that there were no adults present to intervene or correct the behavior of their kids. My husband and I were up in the parent lounge, and we were the only adults present for the hour and 45 minutes we were onsite. Ten minutes into our visit, we did intervene on the jump floor and stayed there for a time and were able to eventually get the bullies to leave our kids alone. However, we kept a close eye on them as it became apparent that most parents drop their kids off and leave.

What actually happened was disturbing, traumatic, and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. During the party, one of the children in our group was violently assaulted by older boys who were roaming the facility unsupervised. The injured child suffered visible facial injuries, including bleeding. While this was happening, staff response was minimal to nonexistent. The aggressors were allowed to continue playing freely, without being removed or even meaningfully addressed. What was even more upsetting was the impact this had on my 7-year-old stepson, who witnessed his friend being assaulted. This was not rough play, this was a frightening, violent incident. My stepson was visibly shaken, confused, and distressed by what he saw. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a traumatic experience that he is still processing. Law enforcement showed up and found out that other kids had become visibly assaulted as well. Multiple employees on duty, many of whom appeared very young and poorly supervised themselves were seen laughing, pointing, exchanging comments, and sharing images related to the incident, rather than helping the injured child or ensuring the safety of the kids involved. At no point did it feel like the staff took the situation seriously. The general manager on duty failed to step in decisively, failed to separate parties, and failed to prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of the children. There was no immediate first aid offered. No quiet or safe space provided. No reassurance to the injured child or the kids who witnessed the violence. The behavior of both management and staff created the clear impression that the incident was being treated as entertainment rather than an emergency. To make matters worse, parents of the aggressors were allowed to come and go freely, with one parent returning to the area where our group was standing and openly threatening members of our party again, with no visible staff or security intervention. The lack of concern for child safety was staggering. Not once did anyone ask how the injured child was doing or acknowledge the emotional impact on the other kids who witnessed the assault. Offering a small discount afterward does not begin to address the seriousness of what occurred. Until this location prioritizes active supervision, trained staff, real management accountability, and child safety, I cannot recommend bringing your children here especially for birthday parties. What should have been a happy memory became a traumatic one due entirely to staff inaction and poor leadership.

Last January I purchased 3 annual memberships for my grandkids I expected to have fourteen months, which would bring me to march. I didn't remember what day I purchased it.
