UPDATE: I was never able to get a hold of someone via the phone. I had even attempted to call again after the manager responded to my review. Instead I emailed and did get a response (thankfully). I still think something needs to be done about their unnecessary automated system where you have to ask a bot to speak to someone...and then you still can't. The last thing I want to do is review a place without stepping foot in it for years, but something has to be done for a place that cannot answer a phone call. If I call the location in San Marcos or Carlsbad, there is zero issue getting a hold of a person. I have attempted calling this location multiple times and today to get help for old gift cards we have and to see if I am able to use them. For the love of all things I cannot get a hold of anyone and no one returns my voicemail. This is basic customer service and if I could speak to someone instead of having to write a review, I would do that. I was honestly pretty disappointed with our experience. The first thing that stood out was being immediately greeted with a sales pitch for monthly/annual memberships upon checking in. I understand businesses wanting to promote memberships, but it felt like a high pressure upsell rather than a warm welcome. I also just wanted to bring my kids for a quick hour to burn off some energy, but the shortest option available was 90 minutes. We ended up leaving well before the 90 minutes were up because there simply wasn't enough to keep them entertained. I think we stayed less than 30 minutes. The price was also hard to justify. We spent around $70, making it one of the most expensive indoor play places we've visited. We've been to places like candeeland, coffee & kids, and Tiny Tiger that offer far more activities, better upkeep, and staff consistently cleaning throughout the facility. By comparison, this felt like a fairly basic and dirty trampoline park, and one of the larger trampoline areas was closed during our visit. The biggest frustration was the sock policy. I intentionally brought grip socks that my kids already owned from another trampoline park. They were in great condition and functioned exactly the same, but we were told we had to purchase Sky Zone branded socks. There was no meaningful difference in the grip, and it felt like an unnecessary extra charge rather than a genuine safety requirement. What made it even more frustrating was that parents aren't even allowed to step onto or sit near the trampoline area to watch or help their child unless they're wearing Sky Zone's bright orange socks. Even if you're not jumping, you still have to buy their branded socks just to be in that area. It came across as another unnecessary upsell rather than a policy that genuinely benefits customers. The staff also seemed to be constantly policing every little thing. I understand that safety rules are important, especially at a trampoline park, but it often felt like employees were hovering and correcting minor issues instead of creating a welcoming environment. Between the membership sales pitch, mandatory branded socks, limited play options, and the high cost, the value just wasn't there for us. My husband took my son and nephews this morning, only to have this location closed, dark, locked up, and the hours on the door stating they opened at 12:00, not 10am. NOWHERE online or on the website have updated hours, everywhere notes that they open at 10am. I called customer service, since you cant directly get someone at the Miramar location, and they said opening hours are noted as 10am, but they would confirm and call me back, Im still waiting. My kids came here for a friend's birthday and of course they had a blast. I signed the waiver ahead of time online and the check in process was quick and easy- the staff was also helpful and friendly. I give this place 3 stars because I don't think it's affordable for the average family. For 2 kids to do a day pass and 2 pairs of grip socks, it cost me $97. They do have monthly passes but if you don't live close enough to come back regularly, it's not worth it. If we had stayed past 7 (when it becomes glow jump), we were informed we would have to purchase a glow shirt essentially making the day pass we purchased a partial day pass since we couldn't stay past 7 without buying a shirt. read more

This is our second visit and the place is still dirty! I don't think they ever vacuumed this place. Trash is everywhere as usual and this kid who works there just won't stop walking back and forth nonstop, it's giving me a headache! Literally every 30 seconds, like come on! You don't need to walk that frequently to watch and guard the entire area. He had too much energy walking back and forth; it's making me dizzy but can't pick up the trash? This place is filthy! It doesn't look like it was cleaned at all. There are popsicle sticks everywhere in the arcade games area. If I can see the trash, why can't they, and they work there? They just kept walking back and forth and none ever cared to pick up anything when it's literally in front of them; anyone could easily see it. We only came back because I paid for the membership already, but with the condition of this place, I don't think I'll be renewing my membership, it's dirty. If I could give give no stars I would. I followed the cancellation process. I verified the email address with the worker at the site and it was apparently the wrong email. The cancellation process is ridiculous and not what they tell you when you're first by the membership. I called the customer service number and the phone rep could not get a hold of anyone at the store site. He told me he was gonna have them. Call me back to get my refund. That was in February and we are now in April with no callback. They just finished emailing me saying because the email was wrong. I will not get my money back. I will be forwarding this to the Better Business Bureau as well as contacting a lawyer as I see this is a common consumer practice this establishment has! They make it seem at the site that it is easy to cancel, however make it complicated and change the procedure to keep your money! read more

This place is a rip off. Literally $35 to jump for 90 mins but the same sky zone in Chula Vista is $28. This one staff member thats bald with a beard hates his job cuz he was a complete Ahole. Horrible customer service. Floors were dirty. Massage Chairs were dirty. See photos. For as much as they charge they could at least vacuum the place. Workers experience can be inconsistent as they are hiring mostly teen/young 20's employees at around minimum wage. That being said the deals on monthly passes are an amazing deal. Just be careful to read the fine print on when/how to cancel. All in all it is 10x better than GetAir in Poway in cleanliness, staff and prices. read more

If there was a way to give 0 stars for this place I would have. We just celebrated my daughter's B'Day on May 16th, 2026 and this place was a total mess. Not sure where to start. Total disorganized from the moment we walked in with the room not ready to the checkout with billing. I have seen better places than this one and this place (Sky Zone on Miramar Rd, San Diego) is the worst of them all. We were told to come in 20 mins early to decorate the room and the party host did not even know which room we were assigned to. we finally got eh room when we were supposed to be in. I have seen better service at other places than this. On top of it the messed up with the billing. we got charged extra for an extra jumper that was never there. They counted the guest of honor as the extra guest and then when we asked for a refund, they kept going back and forth not giving the extra amount being charged. but a portion of the amount was being refunded. we did not get the guest of honor play card as well as the t-shirt for the guest of honor but we got charged for everything. On top of it the person who called us from Skyzone to talk about the refund had a real bad attitude as if we were on the wrong here. Never again will I ever go to this place or recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service, even worse is the attitude you get when you call to let them know that they are charging you extra. I have come here Twice in the past two weeks and it has been unbearable as they do not have the air on. We have been coming for years and never had a problem, but since sky zone has taken over it seems they don't turn the air to a level comfortable for anyone. Their staff is sweating! I had to leave as it was just too hot. If the owners cannot make it comfortable we will have to start going to Poway or somewhere even though our kids love this place. I'm leaving this review before our party is even done. We hosted a party here a few years ago when it was Rockin Jump and honestly the new management is SO great. It's more expensive, but not much more than inflation as a whole (for a party at least - the standard jump prices are definitely not something we can afford regularly). We have one party coordinator, Allie, who has been absolutely fantastic. She's solicitous without being pushy and the girls are having a great time. I really like this location, but I wish they did a better job enforcing and protecting the "ages 4 and under only" area. My 2 and 3 year old kept getting overpowered by 12 year old boys and girls which made it tough for them to enjoy and left me nervous about the safety of my kids... That said, this is the nicest Sky Zone I've been to--cleaner than other locations, spacious, and well-kept. Parking can be a little tricky, but overall it's a great spot. read more

I've been here many many times as both Rockin' Jump and Skyzone. After it was bought out by Sky zone they started to renovate parts of it and unfortunately it wasn't for the best. They had an awesome Rock Wall previously that they took out. I thought hmm, they must be putting into something good (like maybe a zipline?) if they're planning to take that rock wall out (which my kids loved). Well, the renovation is over! And they put in. . . . A couple more arcade games and expanded the shoe cubbies. Wait, really?! Now my kids are disappointed (I am too!) and the only other real addition is a couple more "basketball" areas. Yeah, not little kid friendly at all. I'm at a point now where the only reason I come back is to attend someone's birthday. It's disappointing. Even the mini golf they have outside has gone downhill. Unless they're waiting for new things to make it exciting they removed all the prior obstacles/decorations etc and now it's just fake grass. That's it. What about obstacles and decorations? Such a shame. My kids still jumped their hearts out but it's just not the same. I've been to other sky zones that are way cooler with zip lines and everything. This one is bare bones. The only upgrade I did like was the one where you jump off an inflatable. It used to be tons of those foam blocks that made it difficult to get out and if you lost something, good luck! They replaced it with a one piece inflatable soft tarp like material which I think is overall way better. But the whole experience is still disappointing (at least for me). I'm sure the kids will probably still like it but it definitely is lacking. read more

Unfortunately management has turned over on this location - the good news is that they put in new stuff and clearly splashed out some cash. The downside is that they seem VERY concerned with their downside risk. They say that a lot of kids got hurt before and maybe that's true but I never saw it. What I did see this time is that you cannot do ANYTHING. I watched a guy tell 5 year olds there was no chasing. Bear in mind this was not rowdy teenagers plowing through kids, it was 5 year olds running after each other. 5 year olds can't chase each other? I did not see a single thing there not being hounded constantly. At one point a small child got stuck up one of the ramps and I went to help her and a guy said, 'no helping'. I ignored this insane person because I wasn't going to let a 4 year old fall to the ground - its hard to imagine having a response to such a stupid comment. Avoid like the plague. read more

I came here with my child for a birthday party. The whole experience was underwhelming to say the least. To start the parking lot is very small. There were people parked in the fire lanes, making their own spots. I got dropped off and my husband found space many blocks away. The "check in" is like going to the post office. You walk in all the windows have employees and then they all leave and there is only one window with a line that extends all the way through the building. Staff at front desk were ok, not super friendly or explaining what is going on. Gave us socks, told us to put kidlet's shoes in a metal basket which also held presents (ick) and sent us into the wild. No really the literal wild. There are kids, flashing lights and crowds EVERYWHERE. The bottom level (where you are at entry) is the food court, party rooms, arcade games, restrooms and rock climbing walls. Then you go to the next level which is where the obstacle courses and trampolines are. It was very crowded and mostly unsupervised. I only saw staff in the dodgeball like court and the one they climbed on something and jumped onto the pillow pad. They did have an area for 6 and under but there were big kids in there as well. They have a "jousting" area that is also not staffed so parents are left to enforce time limits/sharing/ safety. The party we attended was 2 hours and the first hour the kids just run around and then you get access to the party room. The car where all the presents and shoes were ditched gets wheeled to the party room. Thank goodness the party we attended was in the only room with air-conditioning. The other "rooms" are just drywall with no ceiling in a big warehouse (you can see the rolling metal dock doors although they are painted). This place did have more parent seating than previous trampoline places we have attended (even with tvs) but it was bedlam in there. Sadly I had to use the restrooms while here and they were filthy. I expect all bathrooms to be gross but this one took the cake. I guess it is to be expected in a place that mostly caters to children but the sinks and toilets were gross and the floor sticky. We did not eat any food here so I cannot attest as to how the food tastes. There was a good amount of seating at the food court if there were not 2 groups that were either trying to have a party there with out paying party fees or they grouped there after they left the party room. We saw 2 large groups with cupcakes and other party items in the food court utilizing most of the space. They also had an outdoor mini golf area. I would not come back here unless forced to. Most of mine and my husband's conversation while here was on safety codes. We could only see one entrance/exit and he walked to try and find the capacity amount so we could determine if there was an exit we could not see but they did not have it posted. read more

Called to cancel membership after front desk pushed for a one-month membership about the same price as one day and an easy cancellation policy. I called to cancel; it wasn't canceled. I found out that I had to log in, create an account, and go through a number of steps to cancel. Communicated with the manager, who informed me of their policy and that I was out of luck. Would love a quiet room for parents. Would love better healthier food options. Game monitors could have a little more fun, they often look forced to be there. Overall a decent experience for the price, we did glow night and it was annoying to buy the shirt separately - they could just include it in the price. The obstacle course might have been the planets part, but they don't have a foam pit; what kind of sky zone doesn't have a foam pit? the arcade is kinda a ripoff, and there is too much gambling and not enough games, think of the kids man! There was a review on here before me that said they make it impossible to cancel membership and they are right. This place makes it hard. They got a response from the skyzone rep with a picture of the phone number and email to send the info to cancel it but yet the phone number doesn't work and the email will basically say you have to go on the portal to cancel it. Yet their their portal is NOT showing my membership on there to CANCEL!!!!! .. THEY Really tryna trap you with the memberships. I need to report this! read more

James the manager is the most too notch manager I've ever come across! We had a little problem there about a month ago where another boy intentionally hurt our son and he went over and out to help us in every way. He went back and looked at the video footage and saw it was clearly assault so he made sure they never came back again by calling them the next day and banning their son. James's quick thinking and immediate action in our situation couldn't have been handled any better by anyone. On top of that, he got everything we needed for our son immediately - ice, thermometer and water. Not only that but he took so much time to help us and walked us through the next steps after that awful encounter with that boy. He took his time going over the video footage to see exactly what happened and was truly the most comforting manager we could have asked for at that time. On top of that, a few weeks later we had our son's birthday party there (bc he loves it so much there) and James helped me set up for the party and reached high places for me to put tape up and really took time out of his job to help me make sure the wall was exactly how I wanted it. He is by far one of the best employees at any place I've ever come across in my life! He is by far one of the best managers there- that I know - and I give him 10 stars across the board and hope the owners give him a raise! He is more than an outstanding employee!! We brought our kids here on a Thursday after school and the pricing is OUTRAGEOUS. I was blown away with what they're trying to pull. You've all been warned. Again, lamenting the loss of Rockin' Jump and while a new franchise can be positive - it is not the case when the prices skyrocket beyond what is acceptable. $35 for 90 minutes, $52 for all day OR $40/$45 a month for their memberships. Suuuuuch a rip off omg and you can see all of my reviews - I very rarely give a one star or complain about pricing. We found another jump place called Airtrack in Kearny Mesa - looks way more affordable, but have yet to try. read more
