    Crispy duck clay pot
    Alyanna T.

Been to Fuji at WoC a handful of times over the years, and finally writing a review! My partner and I got a coco refresher, deluxe bento box w unagi (eel) teriyaki, and crispy duck clay pot - TASTE: 4/5 - coco refresher drink was tasty, and the crispy duck was fire -- juicy and hit the spot. Enjoyed everything in my bento box: the unagi, assorted sashimi, spicy tuna maki, and shrimp shumai TEXTURE: 5/5 - again, the duck was awesome w crisp skin and tender meat. The pork gyoza and sweet potato and broccoli tempura were well fried PRICE: 4/5 - total came to $65, after I applied my 20% off birthday discount SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - the bento box specials are worth it for lunch, definitely left stuffed SERVICE: 4/5 - walked in a 1:30pm on a Friday and half the space was filled. Our waiter was polite and our food came out 10-15min after ordering ATMOSPHERE: 5/5 - all of the Fuji locations are bright, modern, and well decorated. Great for any size group PARKING: 4/5 - sometimes we're able to find parking on Hancock St. This time, we paid the $1/hr at Kilroy Square Garage nearby

Fuji at Wok is always the move. The sushi is always fresh, and their spicy tuna maki is my absolute favorite. I always ask for extra ginger because why is it SO good?! The flavors are consistent every time, and the service is fast and friendly. Definitely one of my go to spots for sushi.

Quick service and fresh fish. The sashimi was my favorite... glad they had it on the menu! Felt a little over priced but its location is great. Tons of parking in the back garage.

Yummy, yummy, yummy!! The clay pots came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! The duck was cooked to perfection as well as the ribeye! We enjoyed the crispy calamari as an appetizer and the sushi was great as well! If you're looking for a good Japanese restaurant with unique dishes, look no further!! Parking was the only hassle on a busy Saturday, but the staff and food were amazing otherwise.

Fuji has always been a fan favorite of mine. However we have not been in for quite a while. We were craving sushi so this was an easy choice. As always we were greeted in a very warm way from the hostess and was sat a a round top in the middle of the room. Our server was very charming and attentive. Said differently, he gave us plenty of time to relax and make choices. We had a fantastic bottle of wine - Joel Gott Cabernet which was a perfect match for the food. Most people say you should have white wine with sushi - I disagree, I think red is sometimes better. We had a mixed bag of food - I got the WOC fried rice which is excellent! It's clean rather than typical greasy fried rice and loaded with shrimp, ham, egg and other accompaniments. I also had the spider roll which was done perfectly - crisply and lots of meat. My guest had a number of rolls that were nothing less than outstanding! Although the restaurant is very busy it has a very comfortable buzz to it. It's very clean and the bar is a great place to watch a game ! Net is that there are a lot of sushi choices in Quincy - this one is by far the best ! Highly recommend!!

Salmon Salmon Wonton Chips - MUST GET!
    Anna M.

Came here from Westford MA because I was craving the salmon chips!! I always get this dish when I come here and one order is for myself lol. I also always get the avocado salad and my caterpillar roll. The avocado salad is so refreshing and is such a great appetizer. The caterpillar roll has a great soft layer of seasoned rice. Then mixed in with a good crunch from the cucumbers. The inside was very spacious and I luckily didn't have to wait for a table. Highly recommend this sushi spot!!

My boyfriend wanted to come here. It was our first time eating here and the food and service was top tier. The interior gave off a cozy feel. I want to give a shout-out to our waitress Melissa for making our evening a memorable one!

Quick lunch date with a girlfriend and Fuji WoC just never put us down!! We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. The food is amazing as usual and the cleanliness of the restaurant is just like when it 1st opened.

Beautiful restaurant with great natural light. Perfect place for a fresh and elegant high-end sushi experience. Sake cocktails are fantastic and delicious! Perfect spot for a quick lunch or an evening dinner. Experienced sushi chefs were putting on a show and watching the whole process is entertaining!

    Salt and Pepper Calamari (G)
    Breanne R.

I first went to Fuji at WoC a few years ago and have been dreaming of the salt and pepper calamari ever since! I recently went back with some friends during my trip home for the holidays and the calamari continues to be the star of the show! It is so tender and flavorful. We ended up ordering 2 orders! I also enjoyed the mango avocado roll and cocktails. The teriyaki noodles were not my favorite as they did not have much of a teriyaki flavor and were also lacking in sauce. Overall recommend this place for the sushi lovers! Their ingredients are fresh and are worth the price. The ambiance is also cozy, but upscale, and they have a great music playlist!

    Tuna Tartare
    Christine L.

Fuji at WoC is an elegant sushi restaurant in the heart of Quincy Center. I've been here many times and their lunch specials and bento boxes are terrific deals. Recently, I came here on a Friday for my birthday lunch. We got seated quickly and the service was attentive. The fish they use for their sushi is super fresh and high quality. I enjoyed their Tuna Tartare which had notes of truffle mixed with pickled cucumbers, avocado, and crispy wonton strips garnishing the top. The Tuna Tartare was a bit expensive ($25) but their bento box was a good deal ($18). Don't miss out on their bento box deals (every day from 11 am-3 pm!). Their bento boxes are very filling as they come with miso soup, salad, variety of tempura, gyoza, shumai, 3 pieces of spicy tuna maki, a handful of spicy edamame, and a protein served over rice. Most recently, I got the Unagi Bento Box, which was super filling. My piece of eel was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was tasty nonetheless. Parking around here can be tough, but there is nearby street parking. Overall, I recommend coming here for their lunch specials and a nicer meal! Definitely will be coming back for the Tuna Tartare and to try some of their nicer makis.

Formerly known as The Townshend, this Quincy local restaurant is the best place for exceptional service, fantastic food, creative cocktails and am Ambiance that will sure impress any date. This might be my 3rd or 5th review because why not! When you find a place that you love you brag about it. For starters we shared their fried pickles with their homemade ranch dressing. We also love their stuffed dates. For entrees, I had their Salmon which is always cooked to perfection. My husband's had their Steak Frites which he enjoyed very much. Dessert is always a tough choice since all of them are excellent but this time we went with their brownie sundae. After plenty of glasses of wine and some dirty martinis let's just say we didn't want to leave but it was getting late. If you have never been to Dotty's or their other restaurants I highly recommend checking them out! Cheers

Met up with some good friends in Quincy and we're looking for a place to eat. Conveniently located by the Quincy Center stop, this place was great! We were seated quickly without a reservation (though clearly it can get popular, we showed up at 5:30 and by 6 the place was full of reserved parties!) and our server was very helpful. We got the fried calamari and the steak tartare as starters. While the calamari itself was crunchy and nicely lightly battered and fried, I would guesstimate that about 50% of the dish was actually calamari. The rest of the fried bits were carrot coins, lemon slices (with the seeds still in...) and what I think were pieces of poblano peppers. This honestly felt disappointing as the portion was quite small to start, and then for half of it to be miscellaneous fried veggies felt like it wasn't a great deal. The steak tartare was also an extremely tiny portion, with the plate heavily populated by arugula leaves and six tiny toasts. Not the most generous portions here unfortunately. I got the steak frites as my main. The steak itself was presently beautifully with a peppercorn sauce poured over it. However, I was looking for the salt shaker because the steak was quite underseasoned. While it looked like a good medium rare cook (how I ordered it) with a great looking sear, I had quite a bit of chew work to do getting through the gristly bits. The fatty side cap was a bit chewy and could have used some direct searing. The oysters were delicious! Not even a little bit of grit, with a very onion-heavy mignonette as an accompaniment. We didn't order much from the raw bar due to my friends' tastes but I feel like this would probably be the reason I come back another time with different people! I could have definitely been happier with the food here. But again don't sleep on the raw bar and if you're looking for a nice place to hang for an evening, overall great vibes here!

Next came the Verdi insalata, which was an arugula and watercress salad with apple, pistachio and balsamic, a refreshing followup to the brussels sprouts. Next came the massive pork milanese, it's a show stopper. The breading is impossibly crunchy and not oily at all, while the pork was juicy and flavorful. There was a citrusy fennel salad on top and that paired really well with the fried pork. Cloud Asian Fusion is in the corner of the plaza that houses China Pearl and Kam Man, to the right of Kam Man. It is a long narrow type space. Rather industrial, and concrete. I arrived first and scored the last table in the room with the bar, only to later discover that there were a few tables in the room in the back to the right. My DCs were running late, so I gave our waiter a head's up. He never made me feel bad for taking up the space. And it helped that there was never a queue waiting to be seated that Sunday night. We each ordered our own meal while sharing bites. While there are a few entrees at Cloud Asian Fusion that include both protein and vegetable, such as the Braised White Fish $22 (assorted mushrooms, fried tofu) one DC ordered, mine (Siam Crab Curry $22 - lump crab, spicy red curry, basil, bean sprouts, Thai Chili, thin rice noodles) and my other DC's (Mapo Katsu $16 (chicken katsu, mapo sauce, short grain white rice, furikake) came without (I don't count the small stash of raw bean sprouts on my plate), so I added the blistered green beans $16. Our server was pleasant and told me that they could make anything less mild. Even so, the slow burn from the milder Siam Crab Curry was a bit more than I would have liked. He checked up on me and offered to have the chef prepare a fresh batch with a milder curry powder instead, so I could better enjoy my meal. The original orange yellow of my crab curry bowl was turned a green yellow in its replacement. But it was still tasty, and still generous with lump crab meat. This was a good pick! The green bean vegetable dish was quite good too. I was happy with my meal. I sampled the other two dishes and found the regular mapo sauce recipe too spicy for my taste. The fish dish was tasty, but we found nothing especially fusion about it. 3 stars all around experience, but 4 stars for my own meal.
