The place itself was small too so the music really overpowered everything. But once the live music wrapped up the vibes were good! Not too loud that I was screaming over it, but still lively. I got the Heart of Stone which was delicious! Not too sour or sweet, but was definitely a strong cocktail. I had 3/4 of it and I was already feeling it. My friend got an Old Fashioned and she was a big fan! It went down quite smoothly and tasted good too. For $14 a drink, it was a little pricy but honestly I've seen places in Boston charge more. I would recommend coming here to grab drinks but maybe not a spot to catch up because of how loud it was. Would love to try their food as it looked pretty good!

We quickly ordered drinks and I ordered a Moscow mule (my go to). It was in a copper mug and absolutely delicious. My husband ordered a beer, which he enjoyed too. We ordered some oysters and corn ribs for an appetizer. I had never had corn ribs before and was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I split the fish and chips and I'm really glad we did. The fish was extremely large and almost filled the plate. It was crispy and delicious. It was definitely well made. The sauce on the side was even better, too. Highly recommend this place for a quick bite and a pint.

I would even call out to her and she just walked by. The good news is that it didn't put a damper on the evening. It's an old school spot in the middle of a neighborhood. Small bar probably seats eight and obviously is filled with regulars from the neighborhood. Wonderful bartender and the patrols warmed up to us quickly. This is not a new place and nor should it be. Strong drinks, cold beers, and a good spot to watch a game. Remember, a small place. Great spot, a real lost art of a place. Most spots like this are long for the past. Thanks

My first visit today I will definitely be back decent beer prices for bud bottles 4 bucks and there's always a sporting event happening be it football soccer rugby! Don't be afraid to walk in it's a great local neighborhood Irish dive bar!
