Hula Bowl add edamame mushrooms and seaweed salad
Sue H.

Although you can order on the kiosk, since we were new customers the patient counter staff let us pick ingredients for our bowls while in the line. Husband ordered a custom spicy chicken stir fry that I failed to take a picture of before he had eaten it. My shrimp and crab stick hula bowl was customized to add mushrooms edamame and seaweed salad, and wow this bowl had everything I wanted. Half rice half salad. Fresh ingredients, cold toppings, and the OG sauce is a nice poke sauce with sesame and soy. I couldn't have been happier with my meal. I sure wish there was a Fueld in Phoenix!

Today was my first visit to Fueld, I ordered online for pick up and they were just packing my food when I walked in. Absolutely amazing!!

I was searching for a healthier option for lunch on a recent day and came across Fueld. The Poke Bowls looked particularly delicious and healthy, but there was also plenty of variety. Located in the same shopping center as the REI store, Fueld is easy fast casual with a coastal and Asian twist. Despite wanting something healthy and light, I skipped the salads or Poke in favor of a stir fry. Portions are generous and food was prepared quickly. The flavor is on point as well. My stir fry was perfectly seasoned and not too heavy for that type of a meal. Plus the portions were huge! I saved half for lunch the next day. If you need a new pit stop for lunch, Fueld is your place!

A fast casual, healthy restaurant. The portions are huge but the bowls are also expensive. The service was fast and accommodating. The food was fine, but nothing exceptional.

We were looking for some healthy options in Ann Arbor and came across this relatively new fast casual restaurant. They have signature dishes as well as customization. We love that they offer stirfry, poke, and salad options. Our dishes were very good. The mango smoothie was OK. It is a spacious restaurant with plenty of seating. Portions were generous. Service is friendly and efficient. It is located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking.

My stir fry creation- fab!

Wow. This place has it all…read more Sister and I went on a Friday night- quick service, quick food, AND the ladies who served us were so sweet, attentive, and absolutely the best. The inside is so cute and the plates are so pretty too! Not only are the physical dishes cool, but the presentation of the sushi was too! I got 2 orders of the simple tuna, and one New York. My sister got an order of the California rolls and 2 shrimp tempura orders. Presentation was fantastic, and the sushi was divine. The salmon was so tender and almost buttery in consistency, and the veggies inside the rolls are so fresh and crisp. I always find sushi so refreshing and it hit the spot. I'd also like to mention how fantastic they are about dietary restrictions. Tons of vegan/vegetarian options PLUS GLUTEN FREE SOY SAUCE, APPS, AND A MENU. For the celiacs out there: I didn't get glutened! They took it seriously and I had no issues! If you're not sure where to go, go to Kanbu. The entire meal was around $65, and we had a lot of sushi plus a massive pot of tea. Sushi can be so expensive and I find this place to have great prices, especially for the size and quality of sushi! If you want to support authentic, local places in Ann Arbor, go to kanbu! My only regret is that I didn't take pictures.

I LOVE it here! They have a little bit of everything. My boyfriend likes poke with a big serving of…read moreraw fish, and he got it. I love a veggie roll, and the sweet potato tempura here is possibly my favorite in Ann Arbor. My sister is obsessed with the sushi burritos from Kanbu. The service is always kind and attentive. The seating is nice and the whole ambiance is cozy. I know I'll keep coming back, whether I'm bringing someone who loves veggies, loves fish, or just loves trying something new!

My fiend got reservations for us at this wonderful restaurant. When I arrived I was pleasantly…read moregreeted by the hostess and offered to take my coat. I really lived her ambiance here as it was dimly lit, but great modern accents. The server was extremely nice and had a wonderful knowledge of the menu. I started with a seasonal cocktail where they had homemade syrups and it was delicious. We ordered the steamed mushroom dumplings along with salted whitefish fritters. Both starters got us ready for our amazing dinner we were about to embark on. My friend ordered h tu r salmon and I ordered the duck breast. It was cooked perfectly and had a wonderful flavor. Such a cute restaurant in the heart of Ann Arbor

My friends and I chose this as a great fine dining option and this place has two sides, appetizers…read moreand entrees, and let me explain. The appetizers were very weird and kind of strange. Lets talk individually Beef Tartare: It didn't taste like TarTare, I expect a more raw earthy taste and I felt like I was eating smashed spaghetti sauce Mushroom Dumplings: The dumplings were SUPER DOUGHY and the innards were not very filled Ceviche: This was the standout, it was flavored well and had solid presentation Mussels: A bit too buttery and watery for me, I like it a bit more bold and with character Now for the Entrees: Broccolini: out of the park gorgeous, the lemon vinagarette had the zest that I look for and the broccolini had the crunchy and chewy texture I expect Salmon: 100/10: hands down BEST salmon I've EVER eaten at a restaurant. It had a crunchy exterior with a juicy inside, presented beautifully on top of a jerusalem artichoke sauce that was creamy and vibrant. The entrees were fantastic and would love to eat here again
