This place is a light hearted brunch/breakfast spot. They offer many great options and a bar with great cocktails. We had the chorizo omelette with pancakes and they were 10/10. The friendly customer service was an added plus!
We went here for brunch the other day and it was delicious. Conveniently you can get in line on the Yelp app. My friends had the Farmers Omelet and eggs/sausage - and they enjoyed their meals. I had the Triple Triple omelet and it was so good and I loved the Cinnamon swirl pancakes. I was deciding between the two but was able to upgrade my omelet side so I was happy about that. All the menu items looked good.
Beautiful brunch spot in Ann Arbor with drinks and tasty dishes! Pick anything off the menu for a delicious meal! We sat at the counter and received friendly, prompt service. Even though we managed to get seated quickly, I recommend joining the online waiting list to avoid the lines.
Great brunch spot in Ann Arbor with delicious food. We've been here a few times and today got the s'mores French toast and the seasonal item of chicken and French toast. Both items were fantastic! My only complaint is they don't have real maple syrup on hand as an option. Service was phenomenal as usual! They have the Christmas decor out, which made the restaurant feel cozier.
Interminable wait, dirty bathrooms and floors, up charge for pancakes with rotten fruit on top, and even after all those up charges, no heat in the restaurant either. I didn't think Ann Arbor had any bad restaurants, but this one is
Went here for brunch and it was great! It wasn't too busy when we went so service was quick. Our lattes were delicious and just perfectly sweet enough. The food could have come out a bit warmer but they had no problem reheating our pancakes when we were ready. It was a lovely morning with the sun shining through the windows. Everything was tasty and we can't wait to come back! *Make sure to check your bill before adding additional tip, they usually already add 18% gratuity

Corned beef hash dish was horrendous not joking hard potatoes abundance of dry corned beef, said no cheddar had a 5-minute conversation with waitress about what type of cheese. the whole meal fit under two over easy eggs that tells you how small the portion was for $20. If you choose to go there get pancakes to go. Or just go to IHOP or Coney Island. I think I found a pic that fits this restaurant. $100 for 4 people. Had better meals at Coney Island restaurants and spent half the price
Breakfast before the game!! It was a 30 min wait for a table for two. Check in on yelp to get your name on the list before you arrive. Very central to downtown and the stadium. Great breakfast to get the day going. Service is tight! These people are on top of it. Good amount of seating for the smallish space but comfortable. Very well run.
We ordered the veggie skillet and corned beef skillet. You can select toast or mini stack. I love that a mini stack is an option! The service was great and the food came out quickly. Both skillets were tasty and filling. We loved the fluffy pancakes! Can't wait to return and try other menu items. There is an 18% service charge on the bill. That's why I knocked off a star. Just raise the prices. Street parking and there's also a lot nearby.
Although I usually never care about service, I WILL care about it if you automatically tip yourself 20% before I even get the bill for TWO people. Don't get me wrong. I normally tip ~10-50%, but that depends on your service. For a restaurant to be dead empty yet for us to still have received terrible service, AND on top of that you automatically tip yourself 20%, that's all I need to know to never come back here again. * on TOP of the already 20% they automatically billed to us, they also had the audacity to even have a tip screen on the pay device to get us to tip even more. (How greedy can you be???) - sat down - waiter gave us 2 minutes to look at the menu before asking for our order - asked for a few more minutes - 10 minutes go by and waiter never came back to get our order. There was literally only 2 other people in this establishment at this time, and for the entirety of our stay. - I have to waive down someone to get our order. - we get our food, 2 minutes go by waiter checks in on us - waiter is never seen again - 15~20 minutes pass and we finish our meal, no one is walking around or checking in on anything. - we wait 5~10 minutes for a waiter to walk around, they never come. - I have to go up to a waiter (in the back) to ask for the check and to go boxes I wouldn't be AS infuriated if the food was ANY better, but it was mid. This place literally puts the "mid" in mid-west huh. Corn hash was decent, hard to mess anything up on this plate. Eggs were cooked to a perfect over easy, hash brown was supposed to be crispy but had that texture of something crispy sitting out for way too long. Burnt toast (yum!) 6/10 Cloud Crepes: 5/10 - Came out cold/VERY lukewarm, if even - fruit compote tasted very much like medicine
The Jagged Fork is an enjoyable brunch spot with a delicious menu in downtown Ann Arbor. Staff are professional & the food is tasty where my party generally had a positive experience overall. They were so busy that they overlooked giving us silverware where we had to ask for it after our food was served. I recommend joining the Yelp waitlist to maximize efficiency. Our wait was over an hour yet we were able to walk around downtown AA while waiting for a table to become available. The ambiance is loud with white noise due to high traffic and tables close together where it was hard to hear our conversation at times & we had to ask each other to repeat what was said.

Overall the foods pretty good--has an interesting menu and if you like pancakes there are a handful of options. On the smaller side so there can be a bit of a wait/tight but it is nicely decorated and bright. There are some parking lots nearby. At this location the service is not great-GP from what I remember was better. When we were seated it was taking 10-15+ minutes for someone to come for a water so we ended up leaving. Another time we went, the waitress only checked in for ordering the meal--we couldn't get refills on water or coffee from when she first sat us and the food, there were mistakes with the food we couldn't get fixed, and we had to order takeout at the bar because she never showed up again. We had to flag her down for the check and as we were in a corner tucked away it was difficult to get any servers attention. Update: the to go order was made wrong--cheese was added though it wasn't even on the menu item and they forgot to give us a side of pancakes.

My family and I came here on Father's Day around 11am. When we arrived, the hostess said it would be about a 30min wait to be seated. Unfortunately that turned into over an hour wait. They also don't take reservations. I'm sure it was extra busy because of Father's Day, but I would plan to wait if I did come back here or go during non-peak hours. The was a small restaurant, and while our booth was clean, there was a lot of trash still on the floor when we got seated. Our waitress was great though, and when we finally got food it was also really good. I tried the egg white chorizo vibe omelette with potatoes and pancakes. I also tried the brown sugar shaken espresso drink which was good, not too sweet. read more

I called ahead to ask about booking a table and was told they don't take reservations, just walk in. When I called again to check about a waitlist, I was directed to their website, but there was no option or details about joining a list. It was a busy weekend, and after some effort, we managed to find a street parking spot amid the downtown traffic. When we arrived, there were people waiting outside, and inside it was so crowded it was difficult to even reach the counter. I saw at least 3-5 groups leave after seeing the chaos. It seems popular, but I wouldn't prefer a place that handles customers like this. With the confusion and lack of clear guidance on seating, we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Overall, it was disappointing. Clearer communication about seating would have helped, and it wasn't clear whether this is just how they operate or if they aren't concerned about their customers. read more

There have always been a ton of great breakfast spots in Ann Arbor, but we had never tried this one until recently. It was quite busy on a Sunday morning, but you can put your name on the waitlist via Yelp which works quite smoothly. All of the staff members were hustling and our server, Daniel, was super friendly and attentive. I had the Guacamole Toast and it was very good. My wife had the Classic Benny and really liked it. We also had a small stack of the cinnamon swirl pancakes which were quite tasty! read more

Great brunch spot in Ann Arbor featuring delicious American classics, often with a slight unique twist. The Elvis french toast ($15) - This is one of those unique options, as the french toast is stuffed with peanut butter, banana cream cheese, and bacon. This might seem a bit weird to the french toast purists out there, but it was actually a tasty combo of sweet and savory flavors. The french toast had a nice graham cracker crust on the outside and was also topped with fresh banana slices and berry compote. The Meat Lovers Skillet ($15 + $2 for cinnamon swirl pancakes) - This one is more of a traditional breakfast skillet with potatoes, ham, bacon, sausage, cheese, and two eggs. Definitely a good and delicious option for meat lovers like myself. It was really nice that you can also add your choice of specialty pancakes to go with this for only $2 extra. I chose the cinnamon swirl pancakes, which were nice and fluffy, although didn't have too much cinnamon flavor. There was also a nice dollop of cream on top of the pancakes. I thought the prices here were very reasonable and the food was good value considering the portion sizes. I liked the environment here, as it is casual with a combo of traditional and modern decor (ex: exposed brick wall by the bar to go with modern lighting and brunchy decor). There is definitely a strong University of Michigan vibe in the restaurant too, unsurprisingly given the proximity to the university. There was a handful of tables still open for weekend brunch when we arrived. Our waitress was average friendliness and the service speed was pretty fast. Overall, I would highly recommend The Jagged Fork if you are looking for a tasty American brunch spot in Ann Arbor. read more
Hearty breakfast and brunch options, tucked juust out of the way enough that I hadn't been here yet! Until this morning :). I got the Breakfast Burrito which came with a choice of hash browns, fries, or fruit (I got fruit), side of homemade Ranchero sauce, and an iced coffee. Everything was good! Burrito was actually a manageable size (though don't get me wrong, very filling). Good amount of chorizo and egg, and everything inside was well mixed together so that you got a little of everything each bite. I added ranchero to each bite and enjoyed, has a little spicy kick to it. Fruit cup was grapes, a slice of pineapple, and a slice of watermelon! Stopped in right around opening at 8am on a Monday and there was plenty of open seating (though I will say, it wasn't empty!). Bright/modern interior. Friendly and prompt service. Street parking or a garage nearby. A little pricy (burrito, coffee, ranchero came out to $25 before tip) but I think other options are better value for price. read more

The food was delicious. We both got a meal that included pancakes on the side, which was a great addition. The espresso martini was a little underwhelming, and very creamy and sweet. The mimosa was yummy and the service was pretty good. Be prepared to wait for a bit, but would definitely return to this restaurant! read more
Located right on Main Street. Easy to find metered or parking structure parking. Since we came for breakfast on a Wednesday, we found street parking. My husband and I were able to select the seat of our choice. There are booths, high tops, and a bar area. We opted for a booth. Love that the restaurant has specials in addition to their normal menu. The pumpkin spice Irish coffee was calling my name! For breakfast, we ordered the corned beef hash with a side of pancakes and the chilaquiles. So good! Service was great! Our waitress was very attentive. Vibes were chill. Definitely would go back. read more

The place to go, on your birthday!! We usually order in jagged fork for our birthday breakfast every year, the cloud 9 crepes are THE BEST! This year we decided to go out and dine in at the beautiful Ann Arbor location to celebrate my daughter turning sixteen !! While we sat there trying to decide on our classic choice (Cloud 9) or go with a new one ( Strawberry shortcake French toast ) the amazing waitress showed up and gifted us a plate of the Cloud 9 Crepes!!!! It was so kind of her and the timing was divine . We appreciated it so much and ended up ordering the Forked Up Breakfast Sammy and the Sante Fee bowl with chicken instead of pork and let me tell you ... wow just wowwww it was delicious and the potatoes crisp to perfection. But I have to say anything I have ever ordered off this menu has been tasty. We highly recommend coming in to dine in for the complimentary plate and the unbelievably yummmmy food! read more

This was my first time to Ann Arbor. What a cute area and the food options are endless! We found this place and popped in a for a bite. We were quickly seated and our mouths immediately started watering when we saw the menu and all the plates coming out. We ordered an American breakfast and the Cloud Nine to try a sweet breakfast. Both were absolutely amazing and the whipped cream in the crow was homemade and so light and fluffy! Great spot for breakfast! read more

sam's drunk corner:ok off the bat the waitress was so nice and attentive. i did Not understand that 7 juices meant enough mimosas to ensure a small army seduced mothers to produce their brethren but it was worth it except i generally do t like mimosas or juice. but u should have seen Xavier's face when she said 7 juices i would do anything for that man! so hell yea i said get it. now i got the shrimp and grits (wrong cheese for the dish, the cheddar was unmelted but a good pepper jack or something heartier would have worked) but it was nice and gluten free. NOVODY TILD ME THEIR PROTEIN PANCAKES WERE GLUTEN FREE W THE MAPLE BUTTER so we got that too!!!!!! best part of my entire life ngl they were so flavorful even tho the oats dried them out a bit. loved being included in the sweets menu tho. Xavier's corner: I loved everything i ate and i had a blast tearing up my plates. If i'm in ann arbor again i will spin back here. The staff was great and the food and drinks were exactly what we needed on a hangover. The decor was pretty but left some to be desired. Jagged Fork - Ann Arbor, MI We tried Jagged Fork for breakfast and wow--it's amazing! I had the Meat Lover Skillet and my wife ordered the Breakfast Grits. Both dishes were delicious and served piping hot. The cooks did a fantastic job grilling the potatoes and meat to a perfect, crispy golden brown, then topping it with over-easy eggs. We also loved the coffee and cappuccino--both were excellent. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're looking for a great breakfast spot in Ann Arbor! read more

First timer. I thought this place was inviting and the service was great! The food pictured here was really yummy. I didn't love my coffee and the pancakes were a bit dry so that's why I docked a star. Otherwise I would say come in and try their featured dishes! read more

We've been going to Jagged Fork for years, and overall, the restaurant is great. But the Ann Arbor location continues to be a disappointment when it comes to one specific item: the Cloud Nine Crêpes. We've complained many times--over the course of the past two years--and nothing has changed. Every time we order this dish at the Ann Arbor location, they barely put any of the strawberry-flavored cream cheese inside the crêpes. You end up with an almost empty crêpe that's missing the key component that makes the dish so good. Even worse, if you ask for more, they charge you extra for a side of the filling--something no other Jagged Fork location does. West Bloomfield, for example, always serves the crêpes with a generous amount of the cream cheese filling, as it should be. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like the Ann Arbor location is cutting corners and taking advantage of customers. If you're ordering the Cloud Nine Crêpes here, be prepared to be disappointed. read more

The food tasted great. The serving size was big. We got there at the right time cause there was a wait even though we waited 30 minutes when we left I'm sure it was longer service was good on top of it fast and constantly asking if we needed something so the service was excellent read more
Extremely fast service, but the staff are very busy, so check-ins are a little sparse. Yummy food! I got the breakfast tamales and my friend got the meat-lovers skillet. She loved the pancakes most of all! Coffee was solid:) Good spot for last minute brunch plans! We only waited about ten minutes on a busy saturday. read more

After a disappointing attempt to get into We've Got Brunch, I took my group to The Jagged Fork. We were sat in 15 minutes and had food within 30. I had the Sparta Salad which was delicious and HUGE! Our server was friendly, but left us alone to chat, which we appreciated. It is not a bad spot at all! read more

A great brunch spot if you are looking for sweet or savory options. There is off street parking. Upon arrival you have to wait for a host/team member to arrive and seat you. They have booth and table seating. I like that the menu is clear and concise and has a lot of great options. We were seated and immediately greeted with water by our server. The restaurant was busy so the wait was a little lengthy after ordering. It is a quite fun spot to grab brunch with friends or smaller groups. We ordered the farmers omelette ($15) with jalapenos (+$1.50), side of fruit and added pancakes with strawberries and whip cream (+$2) We also ordered the berry french toast ($14) and a kids Mickey Mouse chocolate chip pancake with bacon from the kids menu ($9.00 plus chocolate chips $1.75) Although the food was excellent we encountered a few issues that were later resolved. The farmers omlette stated it would be "stuffed" with hashbrowns which were missing. They also offer you your choice of cheese. I asked for American cheese and their American cheese was similar to Velveeta flavor and texture. There was an overwhelming amount of it! The pancakes were missing the whip cream topping too and the fruit bowl is only three pieces of very thin cut fruit (as pictured). However, the server did offer to remake the omlette given that they forgot some main ingredients and apologized about it. The berry french toast comes with a heaping amount of fruit and a flavored custard. The kids' meal was the Mickey Mouse pancake which is very large. The bacon with that meal was cooked to perfection! Also, if you order a kids drink it is the same price as the adult drinks ($4 and they bring a much smaller glass for all their juices) I noticed they really didn't offer to refill anyones water or coffee! This may just be something you need to ask for if you want it. Gratuity: Overall the food tasted amazing but note they automatically charge a dine in 18% gratuity on your bill (we were a party of 3) and then ask you to add to the tip if you want to increase the amount. You can skip the adding to the tip but the 18% is already charged to your card. read more
