I purchased my house 3 years ago and it didn't take very long to figure out the system was very poorly installed. The whole process took a week and a half from quote to finished install (the actual install only took 1.5 days) - which included ripping out the old system, installing a new AC unit, new furnace unit, new duct work, upsizing and installing new registers. All throughout the process, Allen took time to explain to me the process and the equipment and thoroughly answered all my questions. Additionally, his quote was on the low end of the 3 quotes I got and his price was guaranteed, which gave me additional piece of mind. In addition to the AC work, the job included a bit of dry wall work and I added on a drop down staircase for the attic.
