George came to take a look at my AC after I had a shock earlier with a company telling me I needed a new coil and condenser at $5,000. He was very professional and even removed his shoes so he didn't track anything into the house. He got to work, found a clogged filter, clogged pipe, a hose needing a clamp. George made time to come out much sooner and it's lucky he did- there was a big block of ice formed in the furnace area of the A/C and it just started leaking into the wood and dry wall. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I submitted my request for a quote on Yelp and within 2 mins I got a response back. I was able to schedule an evaluation within a day. I was given a variety of dates and times that would work for me. George is incredibly friendly and respectful. No one has ever offered to remove their shoes before entering our home. I had floor protectors down but he was so kind to avoid walking on our carpet with his shoes. He always asked permission to access different items. He showed me exactly what was wrong and where. He didn't hide anything. He was very honest with us and gave us a great estimate same day and an invoice right away via text. Everything went so smooth! After George's first visit the fix my furnace, it worked for 2 days and stopped altogether. I called George, he gladly came back out with his brother-in-law, identified that the problem was a small, user replaceable, $25 item called the "air pressure switch". He offered to go get one, return and replace it. I asked was it simple to replace, and if so, I could I do it to save us all a lil time and maybe money. He said it would be really easy and showed me how in detail - and said if I was stuck, to just call him and he'd walk me through it. He even told me where to get one near my house. As he was leaving, I pulled out my wallet to pay him because he'd made a return trip. He didn't even smile (like some do when doing you a favor), but instead simply said his first visit was to solve my problem and since he didn't, there was no charge to complete the job. Not sure the companies that advertise on TV all the time have the same policy... We like his integrity and work ethic. We will always call him first for our HVAC needs.
