I have only serviced my condenser once in that time and experienced an Rh wire error on my Nest thermostat which googling told me was likely a clogged condensate drain or a few other possibilties. Not having had a tune up in years, my capacitor also needed replacement to prevent failure and that was also done well and in a timely manner. Please for the love stay away from the TV-advertising-companies and support a true small business who does it the right way. I would trust Atlas with any and all issues in the future and was pleased to see the service call go this well. Unfortunately, there are a ton of dishonest companies working in HVAC and roofing, really all home service industries, and I am very pleased to report that Atlas is NOT one of them. They know what they are doing, they are honest and they do the job right. Call them - you won't be sorry. Thanks, Joe and Team!

We hired Paulson in San Diego to replace a 3-ton compressor for our Bankers Hill condo, trusting…read moretheir status as a (former) HOA-preferred vendor. Instead, they installed an undersized 2.5-ton unit without performing a standard heat load calculation. The Technical Failure: For months, our system failed to cool. Paulson's technicians repeatedly blamed our ducting--which had never been an issue--rather than admitting the unit was undersized. The error was officially documented during our home sale when the unit failed inspection. The HOA's new preferred HVAC vendor confirmed the mismatch, leaving us to deal with the fallout during escrow. The Customer Service Experience: Dishonesty: When presented with a professional load calculation, management dismissed it, claiming I had simply "plugged it into the internet" rather than acknowledging the data from a licensed contractor. Zero Accountability: Management refused a refund, hiding behind "you signed the contract" to avoid taking responsibility for their own sizing error. The Financial Impact: This negligence cost over $8,000 for the initial mismatched installation, plus several thousand more for a correct replacement required to close the sale. There is a reason the Laurel Bay HOA in Bankers Hill no longer contracts with this company. It takes more than one bad job to lose HOA-preferred vendor status. Save yourself the $8k+ nightmare and hire a firm that performs industry-standard tests before installing equipment. Do not trust their "judgment" over actual data.

I'm really glad we did. They were thorough, thoughtful, and extremely clear in explaining what was going on with our system. Our AC was turning on but barely pushing any air, (had gradually been this way for a year) and instead of jumping straight to an expensive fix, they walked us through multiple options. One of the solutions they recommended was applying a sealant to address potential leaks. They were upfront that it wasn't a guaranteed fix, but based on their assessment, it was the most likely issue. We appreciated the honesty and transparency. In the end, it worked, and our AC is running much better. Overall, they were knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right solution rather than just the most expensive one. Would definitely recommend.

I asked one of my neighbors for a recommendation, and they told me I should give Oasis a call. Chris came out and broke everything down for me. He gave me two different options, and both were better priced than the other bids I received. I knew I wanted slim, variable-speed systems, and Oasis delivered exactly what I was looking for. Since my home has two systems, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, I was expecting the installation to take about two days. Chris sent his crew out, and they got everything done in just ONE day! By the end of the day, my entire home was nice and cool with the AC running. The whole process was easy, the pricing was great, and they got the job done fast. If you're looking for HVAC, I definitely recommend giving Oasis a call!

In our case, our compressor was fried from two oversized fuses which made replacing the whole system make more sense. We opted for an all-electric heat pump since we are on solar. We have noticed how efficient the new system is. It uses half the electricity that our old system did. Special shout out to installer Adrian who clearly cares about the quality of work.
