I can't recommend Oleg with Accord Air highly enough. I was out of town on vacation when my daughter called to tell me our air conditioner had stopped working. I called Oleg, and before scheduling the visit he was completely upfront that there was a $200 service call fee, which I appreciated and agreed to. Oleg came out at his first available opportunity, quickly diagnosed the problem, and found it was a simple fix. Since he didn't have a new replacement part on hand, he installed a good used part to get the system running again. What really impressed me was his integrity. He didn't charge me anything, not even the service call fee, because the repair was so minor. I insisted on paying him for his time, but he refused. It's rare to find someone this honest, knowledgeable, and customer focused these days. If you're looking for an HVAC technician you can trust, Oleg is the real deal. I'll definitely be calling Accord Air for any future HVAC needs and won't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. read more

Technicians were so friendly and arrived on time. They took the time to fully understand the construction we were going to undergo the next week so that the air-conditioning units were placed in the correct place. So happy I went with them! read more

Oleg and Accord Air are the absolute best. Last year I had them install two mini-split systems in two of my bedrooms. I got several estimates and Accord Air was the best. In addition to the best price the service was outstanding. Oleg and his crew were very fast and efficient. The mini-splits look and work great. Last week (over a year after I had them installed) the circuit breaker kept tripping. The circuit breaker was an existing breaking in my power panel. Oleg came out and swapped out the breaker at no charge. Since it was my existing breaker that was bad I would expect to pay for Accord Air to come replace it. NO CHARGE. Accord Air is the absolute best company I have used. read more

We had AC installed by Oleg and his team in April 2025. They worked within our budget, made recommendations to fit our needs, and were fast and efficient. In August 2026, some construction in our house knocked out the AC wiring/controller on an extremely hot, and humid, day. Oleg came out as soon as we called him and fixed the wiring free of charge. I highly recommend this company. read more

Oleg was so nice and so prompt with his replies. We spoke on a Saturday went through my project a step at time, upfront with prices, excellent description of what to expect. He asked his brother to come to my house the following day, a Sunday, mind you. He came with his teenage son who's training, and we decided on where to put the unit, electrical and compressor outside. Excellent family owned company. We have my unit scheduled to be installed next week, I'm so happy because it's so. I'm confident they will do a good job. I will follow up with pictures after the install. read more

I called Accord Air because they were recommended to me by our wonderful friend. We bought a house 6 months ago and the inspection showed that our Heater/AC was at the end of its life. Oleg came out to take a look and he said both the heater and AC were only about 10 years old. He checked them both and said they are working great and no need for anything new. I was floored. I was expecting to pay for a new heater at least. I also offered to pay for his time to come out but he refused. Unbelievable. I haven't seen such integrity in I don't-know-when! I can tell you for sure when it DOES come time for anything new, Oleg will be the one to call. He has my business forever! read more

I recommend this business. Oleg and Slava are the best. They offered a free estimate and were able to give me the best price. I had them install 4 mini splits in my house. They showed up in time, seamless installation, and cleaned up after the job. I love my mini splits! I was also able to get the financing I wanted through them. Their customer service was on point and I will use them again in the future if I should need any maintenance done on the units. read more

Oleg and his team did an amazing job installing our Daikin unit. We have been very happy with the unit. It's been a game changer for keeping the house cool. read more

Oleg is the best. He built four different split units in my house four years ago and I love it and today one of them was giving me a little issue. He came and fixed it right away. He only charged me the parts. This is how a businessman should stand behind his work and he did. I am so glad that I have found him years ago and he's still in business. I am so happy that I have a reliable and trustee person that I can always call. You will never regret him when you do business with him. Thanks for the all good work you do sir! These guys knocked it out of the park! They installed four mini-split systems in a day and a half. The finished work blends seamlessly into the house and is efficient and quiet. Oleg's crews showed up on time, prepped every area for cleanliness and worked their butts off. I couldn't have made a better selection for a company. I already plan on using Accord Air on another project. read more

Another stellar service from Oleg and his team! Our A/C stopped working right in the middle of current major heat wave, and I did a little AI assisted troubleshooting that pointed to the dual run capacitor. Accord was able to get a visit scheduled within a couple of days, which was much faster than any other reputable company I contacted. As expected, the dual run capacitor needed to be replaced. He swapped it out with a universal replacement and had the A/C back up and running in about 15 minutes. The price was also very reasonable compared to what I was quoted by other providers. I left a great review for these guys six years ago, and it is nice to see that the service is still just as good. Fast response, knows his stuff, fair prices, and gets the job done. Highly recommended! read more

The team was wonderful! They worked efficiently and cleaned up each day after themselves.

Don't waste your time getting estimates from other companies! These guys are the best price in town, do great work, and are just good people. We had a new AC installed and moved into the attic. Our house is so much quieter and a lot cooler! Thank you guys!!! read more

Oleg was amazing from the start! The quality and care Oleg and his team displayed were incredible. I did the yelp service request feature and of all the companies that reached out Oleg was the only one that said he would do an over the phone ballpark estimate which I appreciated because the brand name HVAC companies had to schedule appointments and gave you a high stress sales pitch. Besides all of this, he was the most competitive price and I saved over $8k compared to the rip off brand name HVAC companies in San Diego. Additionally his willingness to match or beat prices from other competitors was superior. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Call Accord Air, you won't be sorry. read more

Excellent experience with Accord Air! They flawlessly installed my AC mini-split system a few years ago at a very competitive price. Today I contacted them on YELP for a maintenance visit, and Oleg, the owner, responded within minutes and sent the team of technicians to my house within an hour! They were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, fixed the minor issue with the unit and taught me what I needed to know about maintaining the unit on my own. I highly recommend Accord Air and will definitely go back to them for all my future needs. read more

Oleg is exceptional! We have a temperamental Air conditioning system. Oleg took time to call the company and buy a new thermostat that they said would work with our unit. Our system is old so the thermostat that the company told Oleg to buy didn't work. So, Oleg came up with a creative way to fix our old thermostat. He still has to return the thermostat, so we weren't an easy job for him. But he did the work with a positive attitude. Clearly, he cares very much for the customers he serves. We highly recommend him!!!! read more

Nice and though. They have very comparative price. I didn't select them for the job right now. My A/C was getting resurrected by someone. I will reach out to them for future project. read more

Oleg responded so quickly and promptly and told me he could come the very next morning. He arrived and diagnosed my issue within 15 minutes and quoted me an extremely fair price. He went out to get the parts and came back within an hour and installed everything in about 15 to 20 minutes and my air conditioning is working perfectly. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be using again in the future. Thank you for making this a great experience. read more

Contacted Accord Air for a quote on a new 4T heat pump for my condo after the contractors sent by the home warranty company tried to scam me. Oleg quickly set up an appointment, inspected the unit, provided recommendations, and quoted a very reasonable price to perform the work. His team completed the job quickly and effectively and has even guaranteed their work with a multi-year labor warranty. I highly recommend Accord Air for your HVAC needs! read more

I fancy myself a pretty good DIYer. When looking into AC mini-split systems I considered for a short period about trying to install a Mr. Cool unit. But, I needed an electrician to run a 240 volt circuit (something I'm not about to tackle) and the reviews I read about DIY installations on mini-split units were not encouraging. So, Yelp to the rescue. My wife and I obtained bids from three different companies. Oleg and Accord Air responded first, offered the lowest bid, and gave some great advice on what unit to install and why the interior wall units were better, less expensive, and more efficient than ceiling cassettes. Their bid was half that of the highest bidder. When we made the final decision, Oleg arranged an installation THE NEXT DAY and came out with a team of three workers who completed the job in about 4 hours. They were meticulously clean, incredibly professional, and the installation looks and works great. The Mitsubishi unit they installed is whisper quiet and is barely noticeable on the wall. The weather has been cool, so we haven't needed to use it much yet, but it tested well and we can't wait to see what it does in those hot summer days. Could I have saved money with a DIY installation? Sure. But now, I have a better, more reliable system and I didn't have to mess with the wiring or hire an electrician. Would my installation have been as clean-looking and as professional as Accord Air's? Absolutely not. Would we recommend Accord Air to anyone needing help with a mini-split or anything HVAC? Without a doubt! read more

Oleg and his crew were super professional, fast and did quality work. Additionally, they were just nice people. Oleg was quick to do a site inspection and give me an estimate. I did lots of searching and calling around before I found Accord Air. Nobody wanted to install a mini-split that I bought a few months ago. Everyone that I talked with only wanted to work with the units they sold. Oleg had no problem with it. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. read more

Our AC broke due to corrosion and leaks. Right off the bat, if you are struggling financially - don't waste your time getting other quotes. I guarantee they will be BY FAR lower than the others. Like... by thousands of dollars. We got multiple quotes and all of the people who came over were very pushy and aggressive sales people UNTIL we met Oleg from Accord Air. He knew the job was going to be difficult, but did not change his price. His team was PHENOMENAL. I have never encountered people who pushed themselves that hard. Our complex is VERY old and they ran into issues they'd never seen, but would not leave until we had working AC. I kept trying to offer drinks and snacks, but they just wanted to push through. Unfortunately, that did end up meaning we have one issue that will need to be addressed in the future (something is wrong with our duct, so we have to create a hole somewhere else in one of the connecting walls and currently we can't have a ceiling there or it won't get air access), but it wasn't their fault. It will still be thousands of dollars less than the other companies. We are just so happy to have AC for these hot months! They were able to fit us in within a couple of weeks! They have continued to check in on how it's going and offer support if we need any. I will never use another HVAC company and will recommend Oleg and his team to everyone we know. read more

He was very prompt in his communication, provided competitive pricing, and was able to do our job quickly. On the day of work, his team showed up on-time and ready to work. They were courteous, clean and did an amazing job installing our new evaporator coil and condenser unit. I highly recommend Oleg and his team! read more

Called Accord about my issue, which was a black stain on my kitchen drywall right above my kitchen cabinets. It tested positive for mold so obvious moisture behind the wall. AI said it was likely related to my AC piping because the compressor is right outside that kitchen wall on the patio. Oleg was available and came out right away, opened up the drywall and determined it wasn't related to AC but was more likely a leaky drain or other plumbing from my master bath, which is right above where the leak is coming from. When I offered to pay him for his time, he refused saying it wasn't necessary. How many people do that? I immediately opened a claim with my insurance carrier to investigate the leak. Thank you Oleg. PS My 21 year-old cat fell in love with Oleg, obviously a cat person. read more

I have contacted Oleg for help with my AC unit twice, once when we needed to diagnose our unit's energy draw and again when it was failing to output cold air. Accord Air installed central AC earlier this year for my condo. Best investment I have made this year. Works great, and I am no longer fussing with portable AC that do not work well. We had a Mitsubishi ductless sytem installed in four rooms of our house about 10 years ago. The 2T compressor died short of the 12 year warranty period. Repair or replace? We had 4 different Mitsubishi Diamond Contractors out to diagnose and give us bids. They were all over the board in terms of price and solution. Oleg from Accord Air shot straight from the hip, giving us the pros and cons to repairing versus replacing, with details on two different Mitsubishi models. Within a week, we were up and running again, after a one day installation! His crew are very professional and Oleg is extraordinarily responsive to text messages and phone calls--even while he was on vacation! We will certainly be recommending him to friends and family! read more
