Our experience at fritts ford was awesome Danny made the experience easy and quick and he took care of use and got us in and out quickly I would definitely come back and buy another car or truck thanks the Danny read more

I did not have a good experience at Fritts Ford. I was told over the phone I needed to come in for a great deal, that I would be taken care of, and be very happy. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I visited early in the morning to avoid the 91 traffic, but no deals to be had with Fritts! Huge markup on the Raptor I was interested in, which had I known would have saved me the hassle of coming to the dealer and wasting my entire morning. Their lot had many Broncos which were also marked up so I don't feel like it was just a Raptor issue. Its unfortunate the OEMs won't produce more vehicles so the MSRP dealers that want to take care of customers would actually have inventory. Most of us are just forced to deal with outrageous pricing and greedy dealers. Hopefully, if you are looking to purchase a Ford you can find somewhere better to go that actually has fair pricing. read more

So here it is two years later with this car. What can I say, it's been in the dealer 3 times already. 1. Car not starting- so my battery cables were loose. FIX= Battery cables loose they said. Not sure how that happened being it's a new car and the go through an inspection when vehicles are received. 2. Car would not charge. Really simple, I plug the car to an outlet and let it charge over night. FIX- WE DONT KNOW, ITS FINE NOW!!! GREEAT! 3- Vehicle sterio/nav/climate control wont turn on. 3 months of talking to corparate and they finally agree to replace it for free. This was less that 6 months ago. FIX- REPLACED bad hardware. Okay, I thought at this point everything is Fine Now! 4? Repeate step 3 or drop off the car at the dealer and walk away. Paying to much for a car that wont stop giving me problems. I've had enough of this car. Need some good advise. read more

It took a year but I finally received my 2023 Hybrid Ford Maverick. Happy with the purchase and with the truck.

Bought a car that is under warranty and they can't fix it till a part comes in I've been eating 7 months for it. If they were honest they wouldn't have sold me the car but they are not. I also scheduled my first oil change for 8:30am, at least that's what I thought. When I arrived I found out it's a 2 hr wait, first come first serve. The appointment is a "check in time" I also brought up that i think my truck is getting worse from the part not coming in. They said they can't help me they are to backed up. I'm in the market to buy a car again. I guarantee you I will never ever be spending my hard earned money here again. Also a lot of the employees do not wear masks, shameful. BUYER BEWARE choose a dealership that actually cares about their customers!!! I wish I could give 0 stars read more

I had an appointment today at 7 woke up at 6:30 to get ready got there at 7:02 AM on my day off for a recall part for my car. Drop it off gets a call back at 12 saying my part isn't there anymore. I went to go pick up my car they couldn't find it for 30 min. Turns out they didn't park my car in the correct spot.. Terry said she was gonna call me back at 4 never received a CALL BACK!!!! What's going on over there have no clue. I just wish the communication can be improved. I'm gonna be the one that has to call them back to see when my part will be arriving. read more

It was a real delight dealing with Frank Castello in buying my Truck. I appreciated your willingness to set a reasonable price, to do what was necessary to have the car in tip-top shape and to have the paperwork completed in a timely manner. I felt you were being direct and honest with me and not playing any 'salesman games.' The whole process was quite enjoyable and I love the car that I bought from you. . . Many thanks for such a rewarding experience. read more

Fritts Ford - My new 2019 Ford 150, sweet truck - Auto Repair Near Me - Riverside, California

I can't even begin to express how appreciative I am of this place and it's team members. I came here from a referral by a friend Who bought his F1 50 here. My company runs Chevy trucks(and I'm a diehard Chevy) But because of how nice the Ford transit's are I decided to give one a try. We dealt with Bob (AKA uncle bob). I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a few options with no pressure, or sales tactics people dread when coming to dealerships. Not only were they super reasonable on the pricing. But the staff there was beyond friendly, especially uncle Bob. He helped me get the deal that I wanted on the van that I wanted. Not to mention even followed up with me about three weeks later to see how I liked the van. Fritz Ford has definitely changed my perspective on ford itself. Not only with its staff, and procedures. But I definitely love the way the van drives. As a plumber I drive all day long and pretty much live in my vehicle. Not only is it comfortable, but it also has an extremely smooth ride and has plenty of space. Thank you fritts Ford and especially uncle Bob for all the help. I definitely see the rest of my work fleet being Ford vans/trucks. I have no problem driving the 50 minutes to specifically go to this location even though there are two ford dealerships within 15 minutes of where I live now. I very highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a fourth vehicle. And ask for uncle Bob especially (yes, he goes by uncle Bob). read more

I ordered a truck with Rudy and he was extremely helpful and delivered when promised. Highly recommend this dealership read more

We have bought 3 cars this year with Danny at Fritts and highly recommend him! We have tried other dealerships and it does not compare

Went in twice to possibly pick up a new mustang but didn't feel like they wanted to work out a deal. They tried making me pay msrp for a 2020 gt. No thanks. Who actually pays msrp nowadays. Ozzie was actually very friendly and so was John. Joe on the other hand not so much. HE WAS LAZY. Their loss not mine. I'll make sure to update my review when I pick one up not even close to their price. read more

Bought a car today with the helpful, knowledgeable, no-pressure assistance of salesman Danny Delfin! We have never had such a smooth and pleasant buying experience ever (and we are over 65). Danny has a great sense of humor and knows a lot about his products. He made it easy for us to make a good choice. Also, kudos to Brent, who compiled the deal, and to Ray Esquibel who walks you through finance. This is our second purchase from Fritts, and it won't be our last, everyone there is a pleasure to work with! read more

We had been all around town looking for an SUV type vehicle. We drove past Fritts Ford, and the Broncos caught our eye. So we pulled into the parking lot, and that's when we met Jordan. He approached us and asked if we needed any help? We responded with... we're just looking can you give us a few moments to look around. We were thankful he give us our space, and a chance to look at what the dealership had to offer without being overwhelmed by a salesman. We super appreciated that! We thanked Jordan for his time. Left the dealership to discuss what would fit our budget and our needs as a family. Later that day... we returned to the dealership. Jordan was there to greet us again. We can't say enough good things about Jordan! He was super attentive during the whole car buying experience. Jordan took the time to make sure we were totally satisfied with what was going to be the vehicle we purchased. Now it was time to head in and figure out financing, and discuss options. That process was relatively easy and straightforward. We asked the manager to try to make this process as quick and painless as possible... He did exactly that. With very little haggling.... we agreed to the deal! Shortly after... we were in finance signing our contracts. The finance part was quick and painless. Finance had some of the newest technology, which we felt made the signing process much easier. Overall... we are impressed with our entire experience at Fritts Ford, and because of this experience. We chose to come back one month later and purchase another vehicle! We believe there is no better compliment than to refer friends and family... or to just come back and purchase another vehicle yourself! read more

First thing is in order to speak to the service department you have to call 100 or more times and once you finally get someone on the phone they have zero customer service. I called in today and spoke to someone who told me I can't get an appointment until 9/28. He was fully aware of the fact that my vehicle fell under a recall and had stopped driving randomly as I exited the freeway. I asked to speak to his supervisor "Jim" who was extremely rude and very condescending. I could barely get a word out and he told me they don't typically like to deal with those types of issues. I'm extremely disappointed and will definitely be leaving a review on yelp. All I can do is pray that this issue doesn't recur while I'm driving to someone else to have this fixed and something happens. If so I will definitely be suing. read more

My car has been at friendly Ford going on three weeks now and no one has any answers for me on what is wrong with my car and who's going to fix it! It was previously in the shop for over a year at Fritts Ford and I guess they put the engine back together incorrectly so I took it to a different Ford it and now they're trying to get in contact with Fritz Ford to see who's gonna pay for my engine I have been calling the manager Kyle and Danny both in the service department who hasn't return a single one of my phone calls or my Advisor Bryan all week. I am now being harassed by hertz because nobody at friendly Ford or Fritts Ford will extend my rental for a mistake Ford made on my engine. It's unacceptable to me that these two Ford dealerships cannot get on the phone and talk to each other for a whole week and I have to call back and forth and back and forth leaving voicemails trying to get answers with no response from anyone! read more

Tried to set-up and appt with their service department (called on Feb 1, 2021), unable to speak with any service dept. staff, left 4 voice mail messages, no return call backs (see final comment below). After an additional TWO phone calls, where I attempted to speak with the dealership's General Manager and the manager in charge of the service dept., each time being told (by the general reception person) to hold on each time for the secretary of the dealership, I was then placed on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes (each time) with no answer other than some music crap, I gave up. After a total of SIX phone s calls, I gave up!!! My inquiry was simple, I was attempting to get a price on an Oil Change and Tire Rotation which was being advertised on the Fritts Ford site, of course, the receptionist could not give me any idea of a price. Finally, it might be time to make some personnel changes at this dealership with representatives that are Customer Service oriented and know phone calls are just as important as face to face interactions. At approx 1230, I received a call from Fritts Ford/Pat, Pat was fantastic in addressing all of my concerns/complaint. Pat was able to IMMEDIATELY address and handle ALL of my issues. Pat was calm, totally professional and just a really concerned person in making sure everything was resolved. I'm hoping Fritts Ford acknowledges Pat and her work in resolving a customers conerns. Pat, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! read more

Thank you, Danny Delfin, our salesman at Fritts Ford! We ordered a Bronco 1.5 years ago and throughout, Danny kept us up to speed on the slow but steady progress. Finally, the Bronco was delivered. Yea, it's beautiful. Danny made the purchase process easy, thoroughly walked us thru the operations of the vehicle, maintained our purchase price, all hassle free. Highly recommend Danny, great guy, always had the answers and made this a truly pleasant experience. read more

Fritz Ford in Riverside we highly recommend. We just purchased our new Energies Ford Fusion from them because they offered us the best prices after all the rebates. Sergio spent time with us explaining all the "bells and whistles with us before he sent us off with our Christmas package, bow included! Fritts Ford - Auto Repair Near Me - Riverside, California

I've had my car serviced many times here bc they are significantly closer than other dealers. Not once has it been a good experience whether it be customer service or vehicle service. They've left the oil cap off after "the works" let alone actually inspecting anything. The most recent was after letting them know about an issue with the bearing hub after only 40,000 miles and still under full warranty while bringing it in for service and it was not even looked at. You would think that an "inspection" might at least entail wiggling the wheels while rotating the tires to notice an obvious issue. They are either lazy or incompetent or both. Like I said, both customer service has always lacked as well as the vehicle service side. Eventually I guess I'm gonna have to go out of my way to not even get my truck serviced or worked on here let alone ever buy any vehicle from this place. read more

I had an AMAZING leasing experience with your dealership. I spent 15 years in Los Angeles working at a Ford dealership in sales and management and I appreciate the professional treatment and expertise of every single person at Fritt's Ford who assisted me through the quick and easy process. Of the four dealers I shopped, including my local dealer, Fritt's Ford was BY FAR the best to deal with, no hassle, no nonsense, straightforward, honest and treated me wonderfully. I will definitely recommend everyone to you. Well done and keep up the great work! read more

Worst dealership ever!!! They supposedly sold me a brand new car that was hit in transit, yet it was never disclosed to me. The roof and sunroof were hit in transit and supposedly fixed, yet my sunroof has leaked and ruined my headliner and the paint on my roof is peeling after 4 years of owning the car, since it is no longer factory paint. I took the car in multiple times to ford dealerships regarding the sunroof and i was told it needs to be replaced and was not covered under warranty or extended warranty as it is normal wear and tear. Recently, a ford dealer body shop manager told me to have the transit report checked and that is how i knew to check the transit report. The dealership and ford corporation refuses to due anything saying it is not covered under warranty, such a scam. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO MAKE A DEAL!!!! read more

If you need a Ford ask for Danny Delfin, we have purchased four cars from him. He makes the process easy.

My parents and I had a very smooth and pleasant auto buying experience at Fritts Ford. German Mendoza our car salesman was really professional, knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. He genuinely just wanted us to be happy and satisfied with our purchase. He also took the time after we purchased our truck to explain every single gadget and button the truck had. I would definitely recommend everyone go speak to German about their future vehicle purchase. read more

I got to thank Danny and Andreas for helping me get into my new 2020 f150. Great sales team and they weren't pushy at all. Overall I went to sunrise ford and had a terrible experience. Thanks fritts Ford I'm extremely staisfied! Ask for Danny delfin! read more

After going to one dealer, I didn't expect much. I had my limits set on what i would spend and terms. Ronald Evangelista at Fritts Ford came through with almost exactly what i hoped and expected. Was either refi the Toyota for lower rate or buy new car. PAYMENTS are the same once we left. Thank you. I will be back in 1.5 years to trade in my truck and buy the top of line full size bronc o for me. Hope your still there! read more

I only bought my car because I am an employee and got a good price otherwise I will never buy a Ford again and especially the service department absolutely no communication within days was supposed to be there for a detail got the car back dirtier than I dropped it off car was there for three + weeks for AC repairs and they kept saying they didn't have a working AC machine from the day they got it. I bought all the extra warranty so I did have a rental car but they didn't want to keep paying for the rental car they wanted me to pick my car up and take it elsewhere for repairs. Overall super unsatisfied with this dealership. read more

I am a AAA driver who was dropping a mustang off at the dealership. Upon arrival I asked an employee where he would like me to drop the car at. The employee proceeded to move some cars and cleared a spot so I can drop. I dropped the car and was driving out the service department when a elderly heavy set man started yelling at first I didn't know he was yelling at me till he looked right at me. I was like what did I do he thought I damaged the asphalt without even checking 1st he assumed it was damaged. Well it wasn't as I walked towards him to see what he was yelling about he said it's ok I was like what's ok? He said the asphalt I told him shouldn he have checked 1st before assuming and yelling. Very poor management let's just say from now on I will decline all calls going to fritts ford. Thanks to Kyle service manager read more

I want to give Danny Delfin a big thank you for the excellent customer service. I pre-ordered my 2022 Bronco Sport ( Badlands) with Danny Delfin. I just bought my third vehicle from Fritts Ford. The salesman was actually nice, not pushy and very easy to deal with as we're all three people we had to see to buy a new (to me) truck. I would have given 5 stars but the steps I purchased for the truck were supposed to be installed by now but no. They are on back order for a week. The really nice ones are on back order for 3 weeks! I wonder what the difference in price is??? Will I owe more or get a refund for the difference?? Ok. It's now a few weeks since I bought my 2019 F-150 and they added my running boards and all the other things I requested. Danny was our salesman and he did a great job! Today I dealt with Toya in the service department. Both of these fine people made my experience enjoyable and the reason I keep going back to Fritts Ford. After a small disagreement about terms, they gave me everything I asked for. I highly suggest your next vehicle purchase is from Fritts Ford. They know what great customer service is and they are very easy to deal with! read more

I went to get my car serviced for the first time at this location. Normally at the other four locations my car was in and out within an hour hour and a half. But I do understand during Covid the time may be slower, but when they say the car is ready to pick up and the employees leave your lights on over night and kill your brand new battery (that I purchased from the dealership) I felt everything was unprofessional. What kind of car dealership only has one battery for my truck, don't they only sell trucks? Thanks for making us late to our Destiination that day. read more
