Let me tell you, this has been the BEST service experience I've had for my vehicle repairs, I called and spoke to Elias about the issue with my car, he booked my appointment for 8am the following day, today I brought my car, and was greeted by Greg, nicest person ever, he was very polite and helpful, they kept me in the loop of things at all times, his customer service was impressive and he didn't even had to work that hard, because he is a natural at just being a genuine person, I will definitely be coming back, when I get ready to buy my Ford Explorer.

our salesman Scott Morgan was the best. this was our family's first stop at the dealership for a new car and honestly didn't plan on getting the car on the first stop but he was so helpful and nice. I've never had experiences like this with ANY salesperson. Really really appreciate you Scott for helping my family get a new car.

Came in to just browse and look for the future and ended up leaving with a new truck for my husband!! 10/10 service by Ron. He was transparent and they were able to get the price to something reasonable for the both of us!! Definitely recommend Ron as your sales rep if you are in the market.

The absolute worst parts and service department do not come here you will get better help at autozone non of the guys want to work maybe too old so they do they least amount of effort to look for parts or offer any guidance for warranty work I rather drive 40 miles to go to another dealer that actually cares about it's clientele

For parts yes, just watch you purchase void... my husband went in to buy a battery, the sales car…read morecharge his card then voided it. Because my husband decided to use a different car. We that void never happened almost $200 was charged & not refunded. I went in to speak to them in person to straighten things out & get my refund... The manager at the time ( German) was rude when I explained to him what happened & I needed the refund... he asked for the voided receipt, & I showed him that it did get pulled from my account. Even showed him a letter from my bank that it was deducted from my account. After 20mins of him looking through their books, called corporate... he came back rude & said it doesn't show in his system. Asked for my # & said corporate will call me. Also asked to take a copy of the receipt... well I didn't wait for that call. I just let my bank handle it at this time. Manager was rude as hell (German) to me like as if I stole from him. I told him yo go back & check his cameras. There he'll find his thief.
