He was on time, and replaced 8 locks with deadbolts in less than an hour. He also fixed my sliding glass door that stopped locking for a while. He is a very nice man, even my dogs loved him, and they usually don't like new men in the house. I needed help with my locks after a break-in. The burglars had taken the only key that worked with all of our exterior locks, and because a couple of different types of locks were involved this made re-keying a much more complicated situation. Roy provided a clear explanation of why a simple procedure wouldn't work, and I was ready to buy new locks and do whatever was needed to just fix this. Roy could have sold me *anything* that day. I accidentally locked myself out while going to get the mail. It felt like a long shot being 4th of July and all. I was expecting to have to wait a couple hours or so but he said he could be there in 10 minutes. He came prepared and had tools for any situation.
