I needed help with my locks after a break-in. The burglars had taken the only key that worked with all of our exterior locks, and because a couple of different types of locks were involved this made re-keying a much more complicated situation. I accidentally locked myself out while going to get the mail. It felt like a long shot being 4th of July and all. I was expecting to have to wait a couple hours or so but he said he could be there in 10 minutes. He came prepared and had tools for any situation.
