With what copy of the key do I go with if I'm locked out? Very condescending and rude people. My advice, stay away. P.S - they will contact you multiple times to clarify the situation saying they have recordings of you.. after 2 hours I didn't even bother answering after getting another locksmith. Their demeanor completely changed after a review and may this be a sign to treat people with respect and kindness and not mediocre sarcasm by telling a customer to go to Home Depot when you're locked out your own house. At least think before you speak when you're representing "professionalism" especially on holidays.

The guy asked me for my phone # and said he'd give me a call. I asked "Will it be today?" and the answer was no, it will be tomorrow. Well it's been several days now, and nobody has called, and obviously no one is going to bother calling. Probably he threw my number in the garbage. The guy i spoke to was also sort of unpleasant. It was his tone. He told me if the bars are going on bedroom windows you need quick release per the codes. I told him they're going in the living room. He said in some cities you even need quick release for the living room. Hey that's my problem. You just sell me what i'm asking for, and let me worry about the codes. If there's a fire in front, you just go out the back door. Sounds like he's trying to talk me out of buying anything. I am done with them. I found my bars elsewhere and they're fine, and cost less than their prices anyway. Can't be bothered to call the customer, OK, that's your loss buddy.

I had them replace an older Aiphone intercom with Unifi access and they came and installed a Unifi door reader, cleaned up my door strikes, installed a unifi in wall in a rental unit so we could pass through an additional POE port to a Unifi intercom and then came up with an idea to consolidate my networking gear in my garage so I changed scope after day 1 to include that and also setup a gate hub automation. I also had them do a new cat6 run and they did a great job with that as well as patching up the holes from older cables. Great communication - they know their networking and Unifi gear and I would recommend to others looking for ethernet/wireless/security cameras and expertise with Unifi gear.

I unexpectedly had to stop the work midway through the installation, and they were extremely understanding. They even declined payment when I offered to compensate them for the interruption. They returned the very next day, finished everything, and did an excellent job. I now have blazing-fast, reliable internet throughout my condo, and the gateway they installed has great features, including built-in ad blocking. Honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I would highly recommend Cable Schmable.

Nowadays you hear so many promises of businesses being fair and honest yet not delivering such a thing or even the opposite. I handpick the people I review and this one is well worth it. Being so flustered with family and friends in and out for my 4th of July holiday party I had, I lost my keys and was Locked out of my house. I didn't know the first step in getting in so I called a few locksmiths. I finally got a clear quick response from Roy at Friendly Locksmith. (The name totally fit as he was such a kind guy) I am very skeptical of many service techs because I'm a woman and fear being taken advantage of. Roy was so straightforward, professional and fast. Friendly Locksmith got the broken key out of my ignition in a matter of minutes. The guy went back to his van/science lab, and came out with a new key. The total cost was less than I was expecting, and I was happy to leave a tip. The total was less than we would have paid a tow truck had we not been smart enough to call the Locksmith to come right to the site. I called around and found that Craigslist, Google, etc are flooded with middle-men who take a commission for finding the job and contacting a real locksmith. This company is run by it's owner, and this is NOT someone who will need to call in an expert, since he IS the expert. He left an hour ago, and I'm so satisfied with what I paid, and how seamless it was, I had to take to Yelp. Good Dude! read more

I called friendly locksmith after I realized I lost my car keys last night and after a quick talk with Roy I got a quote for a new key for my 2003 ford truck. Not only were we able to schedule a same day appointment, Roy arrived at my house in just under an hour. He made me a new key in 20 minutes and offered me a spare key for 50% off which was a great deal. Wow, wow, wow. Roy Gersberg is literally superman. Roy Gersberg is the most amazing locksmith I have ever met! My girlfriend and I were stuck with a key that didn't turn in my Ford Focus ignition. Roy is the man!!! The shell of my car's remote key broke, and I had to duct tape it together just to start the ignition. What to do? I called Friendly Locksmith, told them my situation, and Roy pulled up 8 minutes later! While I picked pesky weeds in my garden for half an hour, Roy cut me a new key in his van and gave me a new remote. Then he and I were both on our way. I had just put my groceries in my trunk and I put my purse in first for safety and shut the trunk with my keys in my purse. Thank God I had my phone in my jacket. I called this one because it says they have a fast response. I have milk in my car. This guy was there in 12 minutes and had my car open in less then 5 minutes.
