Very rude and unprofessional I got locked put my house and ask for a quote and the guy told me to go to Home Depot for a key replacement. Like what? With what copy of the key do I go with if I'm locked out? Very condescending and rude people. My advice, stay away. P.S - they will contact you multiple times to clarify the situation saying they have recordings of you.. after 2 hours I didn't even bother answering after getting another locksmith. Their demeanor completely changed after a review and may this be a sign to treat people with respect and kindness and not mediocre sarcasm by telling a customer to go to Home Depot when you're locked out your own house. At least think before you speak when you're representing "professionalism" especially on holidays. read more

My guy Eli showed up when I needed him most and helped me out of a tight spot. I'm a new home owner and had stupidly locked my keys in my house. He not only showed up earlier than he quoted me timing wise but explained why he couldn't let me into the house without drilling. Instead of strong arming me into letting him destroy my new locks he helped me save some cash by helping me with a side gate and waiting for my spare key to arrive from my girlfriend. Quite literally the most condescending people ever. They talked down on me for asking why we still had the problems we already paid them $500 to fix. Next thing you know, I have to wait a month since the guy who made my key went on vacation. My car was in the shop during that month he came back and I didn't get it back until recently, which is when I had called. And my god, the demeaning tones and words just got worse. My bad that you guys couldn't do your job properly. The guy finally comes around to check on the key and says that it's completely fine. And then he rushes away. If it's perfectly fine then why can't I turn on my car when the key is inside? Why can't I unlock my car when the key is right next to the door? Why does the $500 key not work? And the guy still decided to be rude as hell when I called him after he left. And then he sends me a text berating me? Like sorry that I don't want to deal with you after all you've done is shut down my worries, not explain things properly, blame the car (which the original key never bugged out with) because it's easier for you I guess? Great service!! They arrived on-time and were ready to go. The technician knew exactly what needed to be done and got right to work. He was able to program a new car key fob for me, as well as cut a regular key to fit inside of the fob. I was very emotional because my keys had been misplaced during my house fire, but the technician was kind and understanding. Ok so...new years eve day...cant find my keys and keyfob for my chevy bolt...getting ready to head to Orr hot springs for the weekend...argh!! searching searching no find and i think i lost them in the heavy rain storm walking the dog night before..hours go by...I finally give up and call luckylock that I found on google...he comes right away with the correct chevy bolt key fob and within one hour recreates my keyfob...reasonable price and a gentleman to boot...heres the kicker...after we got back from our new years trip my wife found the key fob stuck in the lip of the washing machine!! double argh...but I called him to thank him again and let him know I had found it..he came back and reprogrammed my old one to work as well NO CHARGE this guy is a mensch!
