Very rude and unprofessional I got locked put my house and ask for a quote and the guy told me to go to Home Depot for a key replacement. Like what? With what copy of the key do I go with if I'm locked out? Very condescending and rude people. My advice, stay away. P.S - they will contact you multiple times to clarify the situation saying they have recordings of you.. after 2 hours I didn't even bother answering after getting another locksmith. Their demeanor completely changed after a review and may this be a sign to treat people with respect and kindness and not mediocre sarcasm by telling a customer to go to Home Depot when you're locked out your own house. At least think before you speak when you're representing "professionalism" especially on holidays. read more

Saved me! Locked myself out of my car on a cold rainy day and speedy response reasonable prices and friendly technician... I even got to practice a few words of Hebrew! read more

My guy Eli showed up when I needed him most and helped me out of a tight spot. I'm a new home owner and had stupidly locked my keys in my house. He not only showed up earlier than he quoted me timing wise but explained why he couldn't let me into the house without drilling. Instead of strong arming me into letting him destroy my new locks he helped me save some cash by helping me with a side gate and waiting for my spare key to arrive from my girlfriend. If you need someone that is effective and honest on prices and business check these guys out. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for the help Eli! read more

Complete rip off, i called a couple of locksmiths and i was told the tech will give me an estimate, luckylock rep. didn't want to otp & lied saying anyone in the area will charge that much for a key fob replacement, the other place called me after he left and gave me a solid price that was $200 less than LUCKYLOCK, called around other places and they said around the same, $200 less, i wish they called back sooner but it's a loss i have to take, luckylock you're the worst you scam read more

Eli is awesome! Communicative, professional and efficient! Doesn't waste time, get the job done. Highly recommend.

Quite literally the most condescending people ever. They talked down on me for asking why we still had the problems we already paid them $500 to fix. Next thing you know, I have to wait a month since the guy who made my key went on vacation. My car was in the shop during that month he came back and I didn't get it back until recently, which is when I had called. And my god, the demeaning tones and words just got worse. My bad that you guys couldn't do your job properly. The guy finally comes around to check on the key and says that it's completely fine. And then he rushes away. If it's perfectly fine then why can't I turn on my car when the key is inside? Why can't I unlock my car when the key is right next to the door? Why does the $500 key not work? And the guy still decided to be rude as hell when I called him after he left. And then he sends me a text berating me? Like sorry that I don't want to deal with you after all you've done is shut down my worries, not explain things properly, blame the car (which the original key never bugged out with) because it's easier for you I guess? So thanks for ripping us off! read more

I called because I needed a replacement for the key fob on my car. Eli was very professional and came right to my residence on a SUNDAY! Great service. The price was about the same as the Toyota Dealer quoted me. However, the value of having Eli come to me was well worth it. He was very efficient. I recommend him and will use him again. Good value. read more

Great service!! They arrived on-time and were ready to go. The technician knew exactly what needed to be done and got right to work. He was able to program a new car key fob for me, as well as cut a regular key to fit inside of the fob. I was very emotional because my keys had been misplaced during my house fire, but the technician was kind and understanding. The price was reasonable as well, which is why I selected this company over the others which I'd called for price comparison. I would definitely recommend this company for lockouts because they are fast, efficient, professional and personable. 5 stars!! read more
