What impressed me most is that they don't work on commission, so I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't need. Their focus was clearly on what was best for me and making sure I was completely satisfied. I wanted cameras installed on my car to help with blind spots and improve visibility and safety. Will and Jim listened carefully to what I needed, recommended the right cameras for my car, and explained the options without trying to oversell me. The installation was handled professionally, and I'm very happy with the results. It's refreshing to find a business where the people genuinely seem to care about the customer's needs rather than simply making a sale. I highly recommend Hi-Tech and especially Will and Jim. Excellent service, honest advice, and true professionals!

Not only did they get me in and out within a day, but they did so while missing two or three techs at once! I'm seriously considering going back for a sound system installation soon. Completion times may vary, and of course check your voicemails folks be better than me. NOT ONLY THIS, but Jim hooked me up with a hardware kit and an SD card for cheap when I didn't have them to provide, and he told me he never lets the cams get installed without the "parking mode" hardware kit installed with them. What a guy! I'd buy a beer for both Jim and the owner, they're legends!

I recently returned to PWT on 10/6/26 as a repeat customer for services on my second car. I visited…read morethe shop and talked to Jose. It was a pleasant discussion and a chance to restore our professional connection, thanks to the excellent service on my first vehicle. Jose reviewed his schedule and mine, and we set an appointment for the next day, Wednesday (10/7). The quality of service on my first vehicle was a key reason I went back to PWT. They made it straightforward for me to keep coming back. When I spoke with Jose about my plans for a second vehicle, he recommended a couple of options based on the vehicle he had just finished. The recommendation fulfilled both the quality standards and the tint percentage that suited my sport vehicle. By keeping communication clear from a business perspective and discussing life and family, we agreed the quoted price fit my budget, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. After leaving my vehicle at 9:00 a.m. and phoning shortly before noon, the results. More importantly, I paid more than I got for the quality of the work. Their well-known reputation was clear, and Jose's willingness to chat about more than just service made me feel at ease, rather than just another client. I would recommend this without hesitation and remain a loyal customer for future service needs. Anthony USMC, retired
