Aziz, goes by Z, is legit! I locked myself out of my bedroom and tried to figure it out myself but quickly realized I needed a professional. I called him in the early evening and he got to my place quickly (even tho he had to cross a bridge in this Bay Area traffic). I appreciate that he kept me posted the whole time with his ETA. Once he arrived, he got straight to business and was done in less than a minute! He was knowledgable, professional, punctual.. everything you want from a good business owner. Add Z to the rolodex! Highly recommend! read more

My partner and I just purchased our first home and needed our doors rekeyed- Aziz was able to squeeze us in on a Saturday, thankfully! He showed up promptly and rekeyed three doors as well as turning our hardware right side up as it was installed incorrectly. Lubricated our sticky locks and was the absolute best in making sure everything was exactly right before leaving. If I have any issues with locks moving forward, A to Z is going to be my first call. Where do i start? when i reached out on Yelp Aziz from A to Z locksmith was the first to respond. I needed my storage door to be opened since my digital lock was out of batteries and entry was impossible. Aziz gave me a fair quote that was also about 20% less expensive then competitors in the area (Hayward). He was very personable and professional and totally exceeded all my expectations. That's what you call underpromise and over-deliver. I couldn't be happier about the service and look forward to using Aziz moving forward. read more

Today, Saturday, I have been locked out of my house. I made several calls to local locksmiths, claiming to work 24/7 and providing emergency service, but not really, I was turned down. I dialed the next business phone number from Google Search and I was waiting to be rejected again. Surprise! Aziz, from A to Z Locksmith's answered and offered help! Very professional, very polite, very honest person, who gave me estimate for his job and explained to me that he is in South San Francisco and will take him a little more time to get to my house located in Bay Area, because of heavy traffic. Aziz, kept me posted with messages for his location at the moment. When he arrived, he immediately started to work on my complicated smart door lock. Aziz went above and beyond to unlock my door. More important for me was, that he made me feel as an old friend and made posable to save our expensive smart door lock! He did not rushed and he did not give up on the complications he faced. Aziz goes above and beyond in his job. I first called him because I received 8 batches of door knobs from Amazon with the same keys. I thought I had to rekey it but it turns out that companies tend to buy a batch of door knobs and send the same batch to one person if that person bought more than one. He then looked at two doors that gave me a hard time. One could not lock properly. He fixed it by carving the wood and making the locks flushed properly. He even replaced the bolts with ones that are as long as my index finger for added security. The second one the metal door became warped overtime. We had to replace the door but he managed to fix it without us having to replace our warped door. He's also a great conversationalist and explain what he's doing in depth so you know what is going on. The other one the frame was loose over time. read more
