We needed to re-key our home after a care provider was discharged. I was able to schedule an appointment in the morning for the same day. It took him 15 minutes and he repaired a missing screw from our lock at no extra charge. Two keys were included in the lock change. Extra keys were a small reasonable fee. I recommend not using this service. They asked that I give them a two hour window for the service, which I did. Just after that two hour window expired on the day of the service a gentleman called and said that he had been delayed and it would be 45-60 minutes before he could get to my house. I told him that I had pretty much given up since the window I gave was not honored and he volunteered that he "had just been given the order." So, all in all, poor organization or communication and I moved on to a locksmith that was responsive, true to his word. read more
