Stopped in for the first time on a late Sunday afternoon. Looking for some healthy fastfood options. We love sushi, but many sushi places are more sit-down restaurants with servers, which is great, but takes a bit more time. We had a 30 min window, so this looked like a great choice. This location is part of the Brookfield Corners Center. Parking was easy, in that they surface lot is right across the road. The inside dining area is spacious, well lit, and casual. You can either order at the Kiosk, or at the counter. First time here so we opted to order at the counter. We had several questions about the process and options. The server did a great job of helping us out. Decided a couple of the Build-Your-Own Bowls. Their are plenty of options when you do this, beginning with the 6 base choices (mixed greens, rice, quinoa, etc). Then the proteins, sauces, add-ins, and topping. There is something for everyone. Mango Tango ftw! We love this spot for takeout poké. You have the option to build your own bowl, or you can order one of their specialty bowls. I've tried all of their specialty bowls and my favorite is the mango tango with ahi (it typically comes with salmon but you also have the option to have ahi in place of the salmon, both are great, but I prefer the ahi). Along with the ahi, it has tobiko, mango, cilantro, thai chili ginger, avocado, sweet shoyu, crispy onion, and edamame. It's wonderfully flavorful with the cilantro offering a fresh flavor dimension that pairs beautifully with the mango and ahi. I typically get it over white rice but brown rice or mixed greens are also options. They have a couple of sizes to choose from (regular and large). Most recently we dropped by during COVID and were happy to find them keeping up with health and safety standards. Masks were properly worn by all employees, social distancing was being adhered to, and the entire place appeared sparkling clean. The service is always lovely! Get to it! read more

I have really enjoyed finding places around the city that make Poké. I am hooked, much like with sushi, as I love the brightness of fresh raw salmon and tuna. I know it isn't everyone's favorite, but I've been fortunate enough to try it basically from the source in Kauai, and have been pleased with what we have been able to procure so far inland from the ocean. The restaurant is very clean and modern, with a lot of fun art and decor. The menu is simple and easy to figure out if you have never ordered Poké before. There is an option to build your own bowl or pick a pre-made combination. I love that this place offers the choice between fresh greens or rice, as I feel the greens lend a lighted feel to the dish overall and do not leave you feeling over-full at the end of the meal. I enjoyed the variety of toppings in my dish and liked that it wasn't heavily dressed with oils or sauce. Everything looked and tasted very fresh, and our food came out from the kitchen rather quickly. My only complaint about the food is that mango was a main ingredient in my bowl, and despite there being plenty of it, I could hardly taste it. I can only assume it was just under ripe as It was palatable but not sour. I will definitely be back, or at least order from one of the many delivery companies to bring a bowl to my workplace for lunch. I LOVED my chicken cilantro bowl from FreshFin and can't wait to try them again. It's fun that they have so many add-ons and ways to customize your bowl. I added pineapple, toasted coconut and got extra sauces. The large portion is very filling and I was easily able to stretch it into two meals.
