I have zero complaints. I was hungry. We got the pot sticker appetizers, which were so very good. I wanted to try all the fish so I got "The Fishmonger", which was cod, walleye and perch. Everything was very lightly breaded, not greasy, not crunchy, just delicious fish flavor. The potato pancakes came on their separate little plate and were very thick and could have used more flavor like maybe onion powder. They served true marble rye with a salted crust, but very tiny pieces. The cole slaw was fresh, but plain, no seasoning. This is a very popular and crowded place, so be prepared for that. Service was quick and servers were polite and friendly. It was a pretty loud place, making conversation difficult. I really thought the food was tasty and would like to come back and try other items.

LOUD Been here several times, and that is the one thing that is what we remember. And this last time we came on a Friday night at 9:00. It is always loud, and the server confirmed that as well. Now it's loud because people there are having a good time. It's a bar that serves food, and pretty good food it is. It's just that for us, it's too loud to be comfortable. (I used a Phone App to measure, and the average noise level was 82 dB, which is similar to loud singing). The place was about 3/4 full when we got there. People around the bar, and most of the tables were filled. We got a spot back in the corner. Our server got to us right away, and filled us up with cocktails. My Elijah Craig Old Fashioned was very good. We ordered the Perch Fish Fry and the Wine-O Burger. It didn't take too long to get the food. All of which was hot, tasty, and good portions. The potato pancakes could have been cooked more (even after we asked for more crispy). The Smash Burger was good as well, with a good portion of wine sauteed onions. Plenty of fries. For people that don't mind the noise level, and party atmosphere, this is a good choice. Just not a place that we are likely to return too.

This place is run by the owners of the Hale House in Haley's Corners before it burned. There are 14 tables of 2 or 4 persons and a large horse shoe bar that seats 15 or 16 persons. When we got there at 5:30 on a Friday night there was no place to park close, and I had to walk about 300 yards to the south where I parked in a school parking lot that was done for the evening. The hostess told us we had a er minute wait and took our cell phone number to alert us when it was our turn. Almost to the minute, we were texted to sit down at a table. We perused the menus while waiting for our server , Morgan. There were 4 or 5 servers helping each other. We ordered a fish monger item of walleye, perch and cod (two of each, long with coleslaw and fries and small pieces of rye bread and butter. There were kitchen split the huge order into two plates which was more than we two could eat and it was cooked to perfection and tasty. It was worth the wait, but we would try to get there earlier to reduce the wait time.

First time here. It doesn't look very big or fancy from the outside, but it's what's on the inside that counts! Super cute and clean inside. There are tables and a bar. The food was yummy. The pizza is really cheesy so bring your lactaid because it's very yummy. The burger was nice, fresh and tasty. Our waitress (can't remember her name, young, long brown? hair ) was so sweet and friendly. We really appreciated her wonderful service. Definitely would recommend giving this little place a try.

So local We've had two recent visits. Tried to stop over a year ago but had a long wait. Anyways, what a fantastic spot in the oddest location. Definitely the go to for New Berlin and Muskego folk. Solid eats, started with the curds and had the fish fry on both stops. Great service and a nice selection of drinks. Didn't feel rushed at all, noise level is not too bad, even with a full house. Need to try some other menu items but the fish is just so good!

Wow the biggest and lightest fresh pretzel with specialty cheese such as beer, raspberry and everything bagel! Big enough for 4 people. Friendly and great service too!

A night out with friends worth writing about! A Chinese staple on a pizza, bourbon hunters foundation in a sour, and a slice of cake that will provide three nights satisfaction for the most demanding sweet tooth! The Crab Rangoon pizza, an oriental appetizer on an Italian staple, who would have imagined...so good. The Buffalo Trace Sour, a real challenger for the traditional Wisconsin old fashion, you will not have just one! And finally, the red velvet cake (to go) will absolutely end up on your social media timeline..it is a surprise you need to witness for yourself. This is a must visit, if it is a weekend night you will be challenged for a parking spot, and the late wait is worthy of at least one Buffalo Trace Sour.

Took my grandfather to lunch on a week day (He loves their sister restaurant The Hale House) and had my 2 year old with me on top of it. The service staff was amazingly attentive and kind to both my child and grandfather. The space is small and bare. I do wish the place had a little more of an identity. It is in the middle of a residential neighborhood hence the name "The Local" which is nice. It has its own parking lot also. I had the Buffalo Trace sour to start as a drink and it was ok, but not amazing. We ordered burgers, prime rib sandwich, Nashville chicken sandwich, and a chicken wrap. We had fries and a side salad. All of the food was very good and the portion sizes are large. The side salad had very few lettuce leaves in it and was primarily a pile of cut onion and olives. This was the only gripe I had. We will be back!

The food was very good and our server was great. The only negative is this place is very small and loud when it is prime dinner service.

There are certain establishments that simply exist as places to purchase food, and then there are…read moreestablishments that quietly redefine what hospitality means without ever announcing their intentions. P&B Station falls firmly into the latter category. Walking through the doors, I initially believed I was simply stopping in for a casual meal. Little did I know I was unknowingly embarking upon an experience that would prompt me to reflect upon the delicate relationship between quality cuisine, exceptional customer service, and the often-overlooked beauty of genuine human kindness. Let us begin with the wings. To describe these wings as merely "good" would be doing them a profound injustice. They were not simply cooked--they were crafted. Every bite demonstrated a remarkable understanding of balance. The exterior possessed that elusive texture that countless restaurants pursue yet so few achieve: crisp enough to provide a satisfying bite, yet never so overdone that it compromised the tenderness beneath. The meat separated effortlessly from the bone, almost as though it had reached a mutual agreement with gravity that resistance was no longer necessary. The seasoning deserves its own paragraph, perhaps even its own dissertation. It was present enough to remind you that someone in the kitchen cared deeply about flavor, yet restrained enough to avoid overwhelming the natural taste of the chicken itself. Every wing seemed to arrive with a level of consistency that suggested precision rather than coincidence. It is astonishing how something as seemingly simple as chicken wings can serve as evidence that attention to detail still exists in today's fast-paced culinary landscape. However, excellent food alone rarely creates a memorable dining experience. Restaurants are ultimately remembered not only for what is placed upon the table, but also for how the people within the establishment make their guests feel. Our waitress was, without exaggeration, one of the kindest and most attentive servers I have encountered in quite some time. She greeted us with a smile that appeared authentic rather than obligatory, and throughout the meal she managed the impressive balancing act of being consistently available without ever becoming intrusive. Drinks were refilled before they became empty. Questions were answered patiently. Requests were handled immediately. At no point did we feel forgotten, rushed, or like just another table in a long list of customers. In an age where customer service often feels increasingly automated, transactional, or rushed, her professionalism stood out in a way that deserves recognition. She demonstrated the type of service that reminds you why tipping well feels less like an obligation and more like an opportunity to acknowledge someone who genuinely takes pride in their work. One of the things I appreciated most was how natural every interaction felt. Nothing seemed rehearsed. There were no exaggerated sales pitches, no forced friendliness, and no sense that she was simply trying to move us through the dining process as efficiently as possible. Instead, she created an atmosphere where we could simply relax, enjoy our meal, and spend time together without interruption. As I sat there enjoying what had become an unexpectedly excellent meal, I found myself thinking about how businesses often spend enormous amounts of money attempting to improve customer satisfaction through consultants, surveys, marketing campaigns, and corporate initiatives. Yet sometimes the formula is surprisingly simple: serve genuinely good food, hire people who care about their customers, and consistently execute both at a high level. P&B Station appears to understand this principle remarkably well. By the time we left, I realized I had spent far more time there than I originally intended--not because the service was slow, but because the overall atmosphere encouraged us to stay a little longer. It is a surprisingly rare accomplishment for a restaurant to make you lose track of time in the best possible way. If you are looking for wings that exceed expectations, accompanied by genuinely excellent service from an incredibly friendly waitress who clearly values the customer experience, I can confidently recommend P&B Station. Sometimes the best dining experiences are not the most extravagant or expensive ones. Sometimes they are simply the places that get the fundamentals absolutely right. In conclusion, I came expecting dinner. I left having regained a small measure of faith in the timeless concept that good food, genuine hospitality, and sincere human kindness remain a winning combination. The wings were excellent. The service was exceptional. The experience was memorable. Five stars, without hesitation.

Continued expansion may be inevitable, so I figured I'd give their food a try see where it stacks up against other chain pizza stores. For Pi Day (March 14th) they had a special of a 6" mini pizza for free with the purchase of a 20oz soda. I got extra cheese and linguisa (a type of sausage) on the pizza. I also ordered six garlic not-knots for an appetizer. The garlic not-knots were very good. I didn't read the item description before ordering since I assumed they were just garlicky dough, so I was pleasantly surprised that they had cheese on/in them and a little crunch from the baked cheese. The pizza was ok. The linguista didn't stand out like I hoped it would and the amount of cheese on the pizza is what I would have expected it normally have, so I don't know if they added extra or not. That said, I'd rather have their pizza than Domino's, Pizza Hut, Toppers, or Little Caesars. Papa John's is still my preferred chain pizza store though. Two things that may hurt this Mountain Mike's chances of succeeding: price and location. Their pizzas are pretty expensive (for example, a 14" cheese pizza is $25). I definitely recommend signing up for their rewards to get discounts rather than paying full price. As for location, this particular strip mall is always packed, making parking very difficult. Being in a busy area not far from Southridge Mall is fine if you want a lot of potential customers, but that location might be a turn off once people try to visit.

And they were right about that. Its essentially a older home that was converted to a restaurant many years ago. Inside there is a large bar, a dining area (mostly tables for 6), and an outside patio area. The place looks a bit in disrepair (the front porch does not give a great impression), and could really use some TLC. Outside in the back is a volleyball court, kids playground, and a bar. Came on a Saturday night, around 7pm. There were a handful of people around the bar, and a couple of small groups of diners. Got seated right away. Server got to us right away, but then the service for the rest of the evening was excruciating slow (and inattentive). We ordered a Sangria and Beer. Apparently the sangria is not on the menu, but they did a good job of making one up. We got served in plastic cups, but saw that others were drinking out of glass (should we have had to ask?). Ordered the Brisket Sandwich and the Pub Burger. Both came out relatively quickly (although they were waiting a while for the server to bring them to us). Both sandwichs were very good. The burger was flavorful, and hot. The sidewinder fries were also hot and well seasoned. The brisket sandwich was excellent. Couple of slabs of moist brisket, with a nice fat cap. The sweet potato fries were ok, but over seasoned. After we got our food, our server was MIA. Never came back to ask how things were, and we had to flag them down to get our check. (they were chatting it up with some other employees near the kitchen). In short, the food was very good. But the atmosphere and the server have a lot to be desired. This one did not make my "got to come back to" list.
