She is super knowledgeable about the process of brewing buch and explained rhe basics of how to brew and all the incredible benefits of Buch. Since then I have had the pleasure of enjoying Soul Brew on many occasions- I get them from Rileys Sandwich Shop. (Black Lives matter and CranApple are my favorites!!). This kombucha is different because not only does it have unique flavor profiles, its not very vinegary/sour like most store bought buch. I can't wait to visit their new storefront soon. Highly recommend this Milwaukee brewed and bottled buch, if you are in town.

I love that they carry Trillium (Boston), Phase Three (No. IL) and other standouts from out of state, to amplify the hefty Wisconsin craft beer menu. I find myself getting a little tired of never finding an animal free patio space anymore - don't get your pitchforks - I love them, but I'm allergic. Also, my cats and I appreciate some "me time" so they're just as glad that I leave then alone when I go out and don't force them to come with me to the bar. I think so dogs might feel the same.

After learning the Harbor Brewing isn't here anymore, I learned about this new business. It's run by two funny smart women who know a lot about kombucha. The other locals don't know much about it though. It's about $5 a pour. That's right, it comes out of the tap. Also if wanting it to go, you can get some that are already bottled. The Chai It is an aromatic one made with cinnamon, cloves, spices, and vanilla. Others are fruity. There's also shrub drinks, a bit tarter. Also there's mocktails. These are missing the key ingredients, but these are an okay substitute for a few people. Great drinks that are actually healthy. It's maybe not quite as healthy as in being acceptable in place of medical treatment, but it does have antioxidants and that stuff. The flavors change at times, so you have to go back and try the variety.

I Met the owners mark and paul on the grand opening who had a concept of not making the same beer twice. I struggled with this idea since it goes against the typical nano brewery rules. It's a gamble that has worked well and each time I've went. Except on a rare occasion of getting a beer on its first tapping I had the same beer twice within the week. It's similar to visiting a familiar new location with brand new beers on tap every time. The brewmaster Mark looks the part, read ..work boots, ironic glasses, hipster facial hair and the over worked and worked over look. Proof that brewing/cleaning is not glamorous at all. I've certainly been able to find 3-4 of 10 beers that fit my needs each and every time. Dogs are welcome on the back beer garden.
