Great pricing for the food in WI. May be I'm used to pricing in larger cities... but service was fast and great. Of course during lunch on a weekday was dominated by retirees. But had the donuts to share with 2 other people and the hash was great.

First watch is my favorite vacation spot for breakfast. As a Minnesotan with no First Watch near me, every chance I get to go is taken. The food is consistently good and the service is great. It is always busy with good energy and morning vibes. I've heard great things about the iced coffee. I tried their elote burrito and it was full of flavor and very saucy! I enjoyed every bite. Will be back soon!!

I enjoyed this place! Ambience upon walking in is great with music, low volume atmosphere but social at the same time. I really enjoyed the food too!! I got the trifecta breakfast combo with sunny side up eggs and chicken meat patties. The pancakes were pretty yummy!! I've never tried multigrain pancakes before but these were pretty good compared to my expectations! My chicken meat patties were also very flavorful and great in texture! Definitely a dish highlight! Overall pretty good experience! Customer service was decent and easy and the food was pretty good.

Love the new menu and healthy options! Eggs poached to perfection with delicious fresh baguettes and just the right amount of hollandaise. Love the greens side option too. Clean and fresh amenities always appreciated as well as the ability to join the waitlist ahead of time

Double Crunch Breakfast Tacos

First Watch is one of my go to breakfast spots. They always have tasty, flavorful food options. The servers are always so friendly and never too much in your face. It's a great place to catch up with friends and have a good brunch! I love going there in the fall as well because they always have specials for each time of year. This year it was the double crunch tacos (pictured below).

We went here on Monday. Had the blt with egg. Others had the French toast. And bacon. Everything was good.

Stopped by early for Sunday brunch. We got there around 9 and could get seated right away for 2. They were quick to bring coffee, water, and an additional juice. The waitress was speedy and we could pay our bill right at the table which made the process easy. Now to the food - the lemon ricotta pancakes were ok. I don't think I'll order them again because they were fairly dry, even with the lemon ricotta topping. Very basic and they could have used more fruit topping or just something to make them more moist. The watermelon juice was a nice touch, and I did enjoy it. I don't think what we got was worth the price. I would prefer to go somewhere a little bit smaller and local for what we paid.

Came here with my husband for the first time when we were staying in Milwaukee and I absolutely loved this place! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, we had stellar service and everyone was so friendly. I ordered the iced coffe, and it was smooth and delicious... I'd come here just for this! (Not really but kinda!) My husband ordered eggs Benedict and a side of sausage links, while I ordered the avocado toast with eggs over medium and a side of Million Dollar Bacon. THIS BACON. OMG. Let me tell you it's priceless and worth more than a million dollars. Basically it's just candied bacon with a bunch of maple syrup on it, but it's amazing if you like maple bacon! The avocado toast was also so fresh and full of flavor and the eggs were perfectly cooked so I could put it on top of the avocado toast and bite into it so the yolk would run a little bit all over it without making a huge mess. After leaving, I learned that this is actually a chain and that they have a new restaurant close to where we live, so I'm excited to continue my relationship with First Watch here near Chicago! Can't wait to come back!

I've been to First Watch a few times, and I'm always very impressed at how nice their staff is to customers. My go to meal is the half salad and sandwich. They have a very good Cobb salad, fresh tasting ingredients. I also like how you can join the waitlist online.

Was craving something healthy near where I was at and found First Watch on Yelp. I immediately was drawn to the healthy menu options including the kale salad! I walked in and put my name on the list. I don't often dine alone but was in the area for an appointment. I was called in about 15 minutes (Saturday afternoon) and led to a well-lit corner table. The server immediately came by and asked me if what I wanted to drink. I opted for the blackberry iced tea which was fantastic and fresh. I ended up ordering a 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad: the monterey sandwich and the kale salad. The kale salad was delicious. I loved the flavors and textures and immediately gobbled it up. I personally found the monterey club a little too salty so I only had a few bites. Service was fantastic and I was able to get some work done while I ate. There is a small parking lot off to the side with spaces (if there aren't spaces in the large plaza). Would definitely return and bring someone!

Belgian Waffle

Even though it's a chain, First Watch is one of my favorite brunch spots in the area. Every time I've visited, the food has been delicious. Today, I ordered the Belgian waffle. It was perfectly golden and crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. The berry compote that accompanied the dish was a little tart, which complemented the sweetness of the waffle perfectly. However, it is a bit expensive for what you're actually getting. The Belgian waffle was listed on the menu for $9.49. In all honesty, I think this dish is worth half the price. The waffle isn't very large and it can be finished pretty quickly. This dish isn't filling at all, so I'd recommend ordering a side to go with it. Some berries on top would also be wonderful. The ambience at First Watch is great. The restaurant is decorated in a modern farmhouse aesthetic, which pairs well with what is offered on the menu. It is a bit loud inside, but it's bearable. There is plenty of seating inside and a few tables outdoors on the patio. I have always been seated as soon as I walked in. I'd ask for a booth because the tables themselves are a little too close together. Also, there is plenty of parking outside the restaurant. Our server today was pretty good. He got our orders right away and the food came out quickly. However, he didn't return to check up on my party and the bill was slapped on our table about fifteen minutes after our food was delivered. It all felt very rushed. All in all, I would recommend visiting First Watch. The food is yummy and the service is quick - there's not much more you could ask for.

As soon as we walked in the NOISE smacks you right in the face and ears. The restaurant was spacious and clean with a nice menu but the NOISE makes it almost unbearable. My wife ordered the Crème brûlée French toast which looked good but was extremely sweet and quickly turned mushy. She would not order it again. My mother in law ordered French toast and bacon. The bacon was hard and difficult for her to eat and the French toast was average. I ordered a BLT, added an egg to make it a BELT, and then added cheese to make it a BELTCH sandwich with crispy fries and a cup of chicken dumpling soup which came with the meal. I even told the waitress that I hate soggy limp fries. Because I lost my smell and taste 5 months ago I asked my wife to try the soup, and when she took 2 spoons I knew she liked it and she told me it tasted good. My sandwich was nice and thick, full of good food and the lettuce was very fresh but they were hot house tomatoes. My fries arrived COLD and SOGGY . I would order it again, however, I doubt we will ever return to the restaurant. The WOMENs restroom is under construction so they have to share with the men and I would think that a restaurant that size with only one functioning restroom is a health code violation. While waiting in line to use the men's restroom, a very nice lady told me that it's been under construction for a very long time. I noticed that there were 4 men inside of the restroom standing around TALKING and NO WORK was being done. They made sure to try to keep the door closed every time someone walked by. I sure hope that they are not being paid by the hour. If you try out the restaurant, Take ear plugs and schedule extra time for your visit. The restaurant is average at best,

The gravy was yummy but the biscuit was a little too filling for me with how heavy the rest of the dish was - I'm sure people love it but it just wasn't for me. The cheesy hash browns were amazing, I mean who doesn't like cheesy hash browns.... This place is a classic family restaurant style/atmosphere but with more food options/variety. Nutella Stuffed French Toast: Honey Berry Pancakes and Café (HBPC) is a contemporary…read morebreakfast/lunch restaurant with 13 locations divided across WI, IL, and TX. I've dined there once before and was slightly disappointed by their pancakes, but I wanted to give them another chance with their French Toast. One criticism I have right off the bat is HBPC's menu offers descriptions of their different pancake varieties, but no descriptions are provided for their French Toast, which led me to asking our server more questions than I'd prefer to. There ended up not being a type of French Toast available on the menu that was exactly what, but our server did allow the modifications I requested, which brings us to my Nutella Stuffed French Toast (which should be a regular menu item). I got two large pieces of brioche French Toast dusted with powdered sugar and lathered in and stuffed with sweet Nutella. My taste buds were rejoicing from the combination of chocolate, hazelnut, butter, and hints of eggs. The French Toast was warm, perfectly crispy on the outside, pleasantly chewy, and incredibly thick (I actually struggled cutting it). It was precisely what I was hankering for and really hit the spot! I saved half for dinner at home and enjoyed it even more as chilling it in the fridge did wonders for the texture. I saw a picture of their breakfast burrito on social media and made plans to stop the next day. In addition to the breakfast burrito, which came with a side of hash browns, I ordered cheddar broccoli soup and was gifted a brownie for visiting. The breakfast burrito is build your own with a bunch of different options for meats, cheese, and veggies. I went with bacon, American cheese, and spinach and wasn't disappointed. The burrito was hefty and every one of the ingredients stood out. This is something I would definitely come back for. The three hash brown patties tasted as you'd expect and I appreciate that they weren't cold in the middle or bland. You can definitely notice the freshness in the soup. It was thick and used actual florets of broccoli, not just the stalks. Given the size of the burrito I had just eaten, though, I wish there was an option for a smaller portion of soup. The bowl was large and if you just plan on having that as a meal it's fine, but I would have preferred buying a cup as compared to a large bowl. Hopefully that's something they consider as a menu tweak. I'm not a big brownie person, but I enjoyed it. Like the burrito and the soup, it was a sizable portion, so worth the price if you're buying one. I'd be interested in trying their lemon bar or coffee cake on a future visit as those are more up my alley. I enjoyed talking to the woman who was prepping the dining area while I was there. She mentioned that Senor Luna's next door is their sister location and that Miss Daisy's has such early hours (currently 5am during the week) so as to cater to the nearby business park. I appreciate the early hours because I can easily make it there and back over to where I work in plenty of time.
