The chive crema served alongside was herby, creamy, and unique, giving a refreshing contrast. I enjoyed the selection of veggies with the hummus and the grilled garlic naan was delicious, though the hummus itself did taste just like the Sabra red pepper kind that you could buy in a store. However, the Mac and cheese absolutely stole the show- it was decadently cheesy with a wonderful white cheddar sauce, and the pork itself was slightly sweet and super tender. The scallions and jalapeños completed the picture perfectly. Would definitely recommend ordering this. The bartender taking our orders was also super nice and even brought a complimentary pour due to the wait for the second round, which we'd not mentioned at all. The service was friendly and even offered suggestions for food since they don't offer any. I tried a raspberry ipa and a key lime pie sour. Both were good and didn't have an artificial taste. My favorite was the key lime pie sour. It definitely tasted like the dessert and wasn't too sour. I wish I would've had a bit more time to try out some other beers but I definitely recommend trying them out and if I ever get back, I plan on stopping by.

It's all part of the beer apocalypse I suppose and now I feel lucky that I got to try a beer of theirs. The beer that Steve and I had was was the Saison Bay View. This is a Farmhouse Saison beer style which I like getting very much when I can find it. For this beer's flavor profile look for an herbal presence with hints of fruitiness and a dry finish. They have so many different events, including an ASL Guided Brewery Tour (which is quite unique) and a monthly book club. I originally stopped by to drop off books for their used book sale, but I stayed for two beers. Very friendly staff and appear to be highly engaged with their community. There was a nice variety of styles on their beer menu. I tried a pilsner (I believe?) and an Oktoberfest (because it was the season). Both very tasty! I enjoy the atmosphere of this brewery and the type of community they seem to be building.

It was packed on a nice summer Saturday with food trucks and everyone enjoying their huge patio with plenty of lawn games and board games. We decided to sit inside the tap room which offers such a large variety of seating styles for everyone to enjoy and making it a great place to meet up with friends. We also enjoyed both their N/A and draft options as they offer such a large variety with options for everyone.
