Coconut Macaroon cream ale and Strawberry Margarita seltzer!
    Karsyn R.

I absolutely love this place! The decor makes you feel like you're having a drink in someone's home - so cute! As I'm not a beer drinker I can't give opinion on their beer, however my partner loves their variety of ales and the different and unique flavor options. She really enjoyed the Coconut Macaroon cream ale! For me, I tried the strawberry margarita seltzer which is their only alcoholic seltzer option - I wish they had more! However they supply a grand variety of THC seltzer flavors which is unique to other brewery's in the area! The bartenders are always super swift, and check out is easy with the service area of the bar. Dogs are also welcome!

Love walking to indeed for a beer! Wide open area with tons of seating. They're a part of the makers market so I typically only come here during that, but today came for a beer with some friends. We got there right at open so service was great. I love that they play records!

I absolutely love this place! I loved to Milwaukee 6 months ago and this has been my go to place! Looking for trivia, they have it every Thursday night. Looking for a place to play board games or study (I'm in law school) also a great place. And if you're here in the winter on a Saturday, look out for their Beer BRULE! You can buy $1 smores, sit by the fire and have your beer BRULED!

Great place to hang with friends and have a few brewskies and some vegetarian snacks. I love their creative Beatles-esque psychedelic themed designs and branding, they permeate from their main beverage products to merch and the bar decor. I love that they are connected to the local Milwaukee communicating supporting other local business and nonprofits. Food wise their pretzels and loaded meatball tots are great for snacking and feels like a meal when eat them by yourself, so make sure to share ! You order at the bar and the line usually goes pretty quickly so not to worry about waiting too long. Love the pistachio beer and lavender honey !

Great craft brewery in an urban feel vibe historic building. just what you'd expect in the 5th ward. Favorite beer is their pistachio ale and grabbed one nice n' cold. Add the street deck and rooftop and you have a great place to chill and hang out with friends

Really fun brewery found in Walkers point. Typically where I go and wait when fixture has a wait time (shout out to the hostess at fixture for recommending this place to come and have a beer or two before our table is ready). They have a great variety of beers on tap, as well as six packs you can take to go. The games are readily available for you to play and the space is very large and welcoming for smaller or larger parties. Even when it's peak rush-hour, the bartenders are always really nice and able to walk you through some of their own favorite beers as well as any other questions you might have regarding the beers on the menu.

Great for everyone in the family. Great beer in draft, and packaged beer to-go. If you love board games and beer, this is the place for you.

Cute little taproom. I had some kind of pistachio cream ale that was very nice. I had a good time here!

Big fan of Indeed. I wish we were down here more often. They have a lot of open space, and frequently have donation evenings for local initiatives. (I won a fun sailing club sweatshirt by donating to Children's hospital, for example). The beers are of a good variety, and the seasonal are always fun to try. Luckily you can always eat some tots to sustain your next pint.

Excellent brewing company! They have some great selection of beers and some snacks available too. The pizzas are frozen so you can even grab some to go. They offered beer brulee the night I was there and it was delicious with the pistachio cream ale. They have a cool retro vibe by playing music by way of a record player. They put on some Talking Heads while I was waiting at the bar. They also have a cooler with water so you can grab your own. The bartenders were nice and the space was big and airy. Definitely recommend!

If you've ever been to the Indeed in MN, you'd find yourself at home here. The decor and coziness is exactly like our experience when we visited the original spot. The bartenders are super friendly and the beers are always tasty! They usually have fun seasonal options to try like this Sweet Potato/Yam ale.

I visited here for an art fair recently with a friend. After we wandered the large space and did some shopping we sat down for a beverage and a bite. Kudos to them for having pizzas with veggie sausage - sadly they were sold out. Kudos to them for having a vegan margarita pizza. It was fine. Service was friendly and helpful. I'm not a beer person but managed to find one I quite liked with help from the bartender. Very good selection of beer and beer-like beverages. Nice addition to the area.

Mango Lassi, jumbo pretzel and yummy Dijon garlic dipping sauce
    Emily V.

I joined some friends for happy hour last night and thought Indeed was a pretty cool place! Admittedly I'm not much of a beer drinker, but the ambiance was great - it was a really large space with lots of cool wood features. Trivia was going on which sounds fun and I loved the jumbo pretzel! The Dijon garlic dipping sauce was delicious and I think the pretzel for $4 was such a steel! I also found the bartender to be really friendly and she made good suggestions! This is definitely a place I'd go back to when I have more time

There was a polka band and they guys walked around singing to all the tables before their set started. Super cool. They have a small kitchen. I was disappointed to learn that they don't make their special flavored cheese curds on Fridays, but the regular ones were just fine and enough for our table to share. There's a little deck in the back that overlooks the Milwaukee River that we were able to enjoy on a beautiful, unseasonably warm day. Overall a nice time here. One kind of weird thing that happened here, which I only mention because it didn't seem like our tour guide was able to handle it in the moment, and they definitely need a system in place to handle guests that are making the rest of the group uncomfortable. There was a guy who kept turning around and staring at people, fidgeting in a way that I recognized as agitation, and kind of pacing. All the parents who had kids in the group realized there was a problem and even though we didn't know each other, kind of formed a line in front of the kids. I'm sure it was a one-off, but there has to be a way to deal with guests like that. Also a little weird that kids over the age of 12 have to pay for the tour, but each of their soda drinks took two tokens, while the adults only used one for beers.

But parking is paid parking on the street, with spots hard to find. Once the parking situation is resolved, things are great. The vibes inside was awesome - very open, with lots of seating. There seems to be tons of seating options, and outdoor seating as well for when the days are warmer. And for a brewery, the most important thing? The beer, of course! And it was good. We've had their beer before and have always like them. It was great getting some more on draft. Agro pop IPA Yummy!! Panther pale ale OK, but not my fave. I wouldn't get it again. Cheese curds $14 These were delicious, but it did get salty after munching through the plate. We were limiting ourselves to just one drink, and needed more drinks or another food item to mediate our tastebuds. I'd order again with a proper meal or with more booze. Service was super nice, though not quite polished, which I don't mind at all. Points for a nice smilze!

My man Colin was a super gracious host and basically gave us the VIP experience. Located in a gorgeous former church smack dab next to Pabst and the original grain silos that you can totally see right outside the windows from the bar. The bar tap handles are all hand painted ducks and there is a plethora of product to peruse, from beer, to merch, to whiskey, and beyond! Located just north of historic third ward in the beer district, you should definitely make it a point to stop in and patronize. In terms of food, they have snacks available, think pretzels and popcorn all the time; and a third party vendor available the rest of the time. My personal faves, the barrel scotch ale and the northern rivals barrel barley wine beer. If you appreciate good craft beer and have not hit Central Waters as of yet, put it on your hit list and make a day, and/or, weekend of it in MKE.
