    Southwest Avo bowl
    Ben W.

I might have got the wrong item but I got the most popular southwest avocado bowl which was okay. The portion was not as big as I would have hoped but the ingredients were fresh. The bowl was 12.84 and came with a bun but the bun was dry and not warm even though they said it was. I think I have to give it another shot with soup and Sammie combo but could have been better for what I paid for it. Service was good and quick though

I've always enjoyed coming here--it's clean, the food is healthy, and it's always busy, which is a good sign. We typically eat here about twice a month and often see the same friendly staff, which adds to the experience. However, today was a bit of a letdown. We tried ordering online, but encountered some sort of error, so we decided to drive to the store instead. Our total came to about $50, which is reasonable for a family of four, but the portions seemed smaller than usual. The lettuce was wilty, which is unusual for this place. On top of that, the Avocado Club sandwich was missing the avocado, and we didn't receive butter for the rolls or silverware with our to-go order. I've had great experiences here in the past, but today's visit didn't meet the usual standard. I'm hopeful this was just an off day.

Very similar to Panera, but definitely a much larger selection. The mushroom bisque was really tasty and had plenty of mushrooms .The sandwich was ok,but needed a little bit more BBQ flavor.I like the chocolate covered strawberry, nice touch.Portions are much larger then Panera too!

Rice was hard and cold every thing else was good, it was fast and everything was right to the point.

Really good food really fast easy to order online ready for pick up in store or at the drive-through lots of variety, healthy choices!

Pastrami sandwich and lobster bisque soup

I usually always drive pass this restaurant when My wife and I go shopping. We heard great reviews from friends so we decided to grab some dinner. It was AMAZING, trust me I love my bbq and tacos etc, but this place was a healthier choice and it was fantastic. I decided to order the try two combo. You can choose from a sandwich, soup or salad. I chose the pastrami sandwich which is a seasonal sandwich, the lobster bisque, and just a cup of water. The lobster bisque soup was delicious with the price of bread that came with it. The pastrami sandwhich was warm and soft. They even included a free chocolate covered strawberry * free desert. I enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back. If you haven't tried it and you like Panera, you'll love this place!

Food is still good, but the service has dropped off post Covid, as it has many places. Love the chicken enchilada soup!!!

This is a great place to hit up when you are looking for something quick and easy and fresh/with a little bit of something to quell everyone's craving. We felt serious Panera vibes but the dishes are more customizable and the soup selection vast plus they have a fun cafeteria style desert case with cheesecake that looks divine. When you enter, the space is clean and bright. Nothing fancy just functional by visually inviting. Lots of seating both inside and out. Ordering was a bit tricky only because they do not have QR codes anywhere to access an online menu nor did they have hardcopy/print menus on site. I had to walk up to the front and try to read the boards to determine what I wanted all the while the line behind me was growing and growing. I eventually stepped out of the line away from my group and pulled up the menu online to not hold things up. Def recommend that you look at the menu online in advance so you know what you are walking into and can be prepared. The line was super steady most of the time we were here. All the salad dishes come with some form of meat but since things are assembled on the spot you can easily request no meat - a vegetarian's dream: the ability to order absolutely anything on the menu! There was a Wisconsin Cheese Cauliflower soup that sounded delicious but didn't look good when I saw it in the pot so I skipped that. The checkout service was not good. The person must have been on the cusp of their break because they turned their back to us to talk to what appeared to be a manager. We just stood there for t5 minutes until the manager told the person to turn around and help us. Not the end of the world but noticeable. What we didn't expect at checkout was the complimentary roll with butter and chocolate covered strawberry. Pleasant surprise and rounded the meal out nicely. In terms of pricing, I thought it was reasonable for the type of food. My Fiancé said he thought it as a bit on the higher-end. We'll let you decide.

    Chocolate Mousse Cake

I've known about Café Zupas since it opened but never tried it, so I finally made an opportunity to do so. Not wanting to try just one thing on my first visit, I ordered the Italian Club sandwich, the seasonal version of their Wisconsin Cauliflower soup that comes with noodles instead of the bacon and cheddar, and the Chocolate Mousse Cake. The dressing on the Italian Club had a bit of a kick to it. Not expected, but not unwelcome either. The sandwich was larger than I expected it to be, mostly due to excess bread. Overall I thought it was a decent sandwich and something I would maybe consider ordering again with a discount of some sort. I don't know if it's worth about $7 normally. I appreciated the free chocolate covered strawberry in the box with the sandwich. That was a nice touch. As for the soup, with the noodles and thick consistency it was more like a mac and cheese than a soup. Again, not expected, but not unwelcome either, same as the chocolate covered strawberry that also came with it. The soup could have been a little hotter, but I liked it nonetheless. I'd consider getting the standard Wisconsin Cauliflower next time to see if it's even better with the bacon and cheddar. The Chocolate Mousse Cake didn't wow me like I hoped it would. There wasn't anything wrong with it, I just expected more impactful flavors. Next time I'd try the Crème Brulee Cheesecake instead. The restaurant itself is very stylish looking and at least for salads you can watch your food being assembled, which I always find interesting to do. I don't know how busy they normally are, but besides a takeout order and one other table with two customers at it, I was the only one there from the beginning to end of my sandwich and soup. I hope for their sake that's not a normal occurrence because this area lacks a large variety of options for healthy, non-fast food places.

While a tiny place, you're greeted with a wonderful smell as soon as you open the door, embracing your nose like a warm hug. Service was great! Staff was efficient and offered great suggestions, such as when I wanted the grilled cheese but I am not a fan of pepperjack and it was offered to add in some mozzarella instead of the pepperjack and it was not only a thoughtful suggestion, it was an amazing sandwich! I did a combo with the ginger carrot soup and it definitely had the ginger kick but was not too potent for me and I appreciated the suggestion from staff to try this one. Just a couple small quibbles that prevented Loup from getting five stars: - There were no croutons, crackers, or bread served with the soup. That is a must for me and something that can be easily corrected. - The M&M cookie--while quite large--was not great, especially for $4. It's my husband's favorite kind of cookie and he only had about a third of it before passing it on to me. I ended up having it at home with milk (which helped) but it was overall a disappointing and expensive dessert.

The croissant breakfast sandwich was good but the bacon was cooked to nearly dust on one end for some reason. I snapped it off and ate the rest. I asked for crispy but not great hash browns. They were crispy. Check. But also greasy and worse, cold. Not even hardly warm. When she came to check, she asked how things were and I said "Eh" and was about to let her know but she left. So I had to take them home which I explained when I asked someone else for a box (told her they had been served cold but she said nothing). As a note, reheated they were very greasy and not good. The Leanne's special with waffle and eggs and bacon was good. That bacon was cooked right. We also ordered the kids' chicken tenders with fries which were good (but we were overcharged for them which required us to point that out after the check came to get it fixed). Overall, would try here again for breakfast but disappointing as I've been coming here since 2012 when they first opened and had very limited hours and prior to the multiple remodels and expansion next door.

We waited by the bar which was filled with people enjoying themselves and the atmosphere. After 15 or so minutes we were texted that our table was ready. We sat at a booth and were greeted by our very energetic server. He said he'd be taking care of us and asked if we needed time to decide what to eat. Since we looked at the menu while waiting we were ready. My wife ordered the chicken princess with a side salad. I ordered the prospector burger cooked medium. We also put in our drink order. By the time the drinks were put on our table my wife's salad was given to her as well. He also gave us a loaf of bread to go with her entree. My wife enjoyed her salad and the bread was nice and warm with a nice exterior but the inside was pillowy and delicious. The cinnamon butter was a perfect accompaniment. Not much later our meals came out. My wife's chicken was smothered in a cheese sauce and topped with red peppers and asparagus. She also got a good amount of rice to go with it. She has raved to anyone who will listen how good this dish is. She's recommended it to no less than 10 people already and is still talking about it. My burger was cooked perfectly and had the right amount of barbecue sauce on it. The bacon was cooked well on it as well. We will for sure be back to visit this very popular restaurant. I'm sure my wife will again get the chicken, but there was so much on the menu that looked good that I am looking to find a new favorite.

This being a restaurant- I weight the food heaving in the rating as that is why you go to a restaurant. Where do I begin?! I ordered the Lord something or other - where you get brisket, chicken, and ribs. The brisket was absolutely awful. Gray, sliced thin, flavorless, very tough. Severely overcooked with zero fat content, dry as a bone. More like rawhide. Drenched in sauce - and if you have to ad sauce to try to make brisket edible - it's no good. Just bad. The ribs- oddly - had a bark like outer covering but I can't speak to flavor because they were drenched in sauce. I sincerely cannot understand how anyone could think this is barbecue. The chicken- over cooked, tough, and again, drenched in sauce. Asparagus- overcooked and slimy - even though it was supposed to be grilled. It wasn't. For the price of the meal, the quality was extremely low. One of my worst meals this year. If I was a chef - I'd be embarrassed this left my kitchen. Lastly, ordered a prickly pear cocktail. Tasted like watermelon. I've had prickly pear juice and drinks before- this had no discernible flavor that resembled prickly pear. All in all- I cannot recommend this restaurant at all. Please- go somewhere else. Anywhere. This food was just flat out bad and very poor quality.

We were seated quickly, and everything we ordered came out pretty quickly as well, which was nice. Service was very friendly and helpful too. We started with a couple appetizers that were quite tasty but a little confusing, I must admit. The Fresh Spring Rolls were very good, but the addition of crunchy wonton rolls inside the spring roll was an unexpectedly odd texture, and to be honest it frankly gave the spring roll a slightly smoky flavor we didn't really care for, but they're easily removed once you bite into the roll, and then it's just a regular fresh roll. We actually didn't even know what it was until I read the menu again for this review. The peanut sauce with the rolls was excellent, though. We also had the Hanoi Dumplings, which were very crispy and had a nice flavor, but you only get 5 of them, and they're pretty small, so that was a bit of a bummer as most places give you 6 on average for the same price. For entrees, my husband had the Lemongrass Pepper Chicken, which was nicely spicy and very flavorful. You get a side of a different sauce as well, which we were confused by, but was really tasty too. However, for me, the star of the show was my Banh Mi. I got the whole/full size sandwich, and I strongly urge everyone to do the same, because a half size is more than enough food for a meal, and then you have another half for lunch the next day. Holy cow, was this good. I got the pork, and you get a really sizable amount of meat with the sandwich, plus fresh veggies tucked underneath. The combination was fantastic. They provided some thick-sliced jalapeno on the side with the sandwich, but I recommend when you get this sandwich -- and you really, really need to get this sandwich -- slice that up and put it right inside for a little extra kick. I'm writing this review having just finished my second half for lunch, and am still blown away. We'll *definitely* be back.
