This is at a great location, very yummy but price wise too much for me. Cute vibes and decor, good service.

Love the ice cream and subs, but why does it always smell of cleaning products when I go in? Off putting.

Subs are delicious. Ice cream is great. Wasn't so fun once I got to the register. A bit pricey.

First time here. We stopped in after lunch to get a frozen dessert…read more Food: The place has an excellent selection of frozen yogurts, with lots of interesting choices. I ended up getting the Gelato Cake Batter and Southern Caramel Pecan. The others in our group came up with their own amazing combinations. The counter with all the toppings was well stocked and organized, making it easy to put together whatever combination you wanted. I grabbed a bunch of different toppings, with most of my choices somehow involving chocolate. All three of our cups ended up filled with an assortment of yummy ingredients. Service: There was one employee there who seemed to be taking care of customers while also keeping the serving and dining areas clean. I would say they were efficient, but not especially chatty or friendly. Atmosphere: The place is well designed. It's easy to figure out the process for making your own dessert, and there are lots of different areas for sitting. Big windows let in plenty of natural light and make the space feel open and inviting. One thing that really stood out was the number of signs mentioning that the premises are being monitored by cameras. Even in the bathroom, there was a sign saying that if teenagers are suspected of vandalism, the cameras may be used to identify them. It made me wonder if this location has been dealing with issues involving younger customers. There wasn't any trouble while we were there, but all of the signs definitely made an impression. Overall, this is a good place to go for a delicious frozen yogurt treat. I would definitely come back and try another dishful.

I love Smart Cow! I've visited a number of times since I was a kid. Absolutely love every visit…read more The inside is very bright and cozy and my favorite part is the trivia shown on the tv all day every day. You can go in, get some fro yo and sit and do some trivia! Or even take to go. They change their flavors around. My absolute favorite is the cookies n cream mixed with cake batter. I love how the machines have pre mixed flavor or you can mix whatever flavors of your choice. They also frequently have a dole pineapple flavor very similar (better in my opinion) to the famous dole whip sold at Disney. It's self serve and there's a number of toppings from cereal, gummies, cookie doughs, and sauces like peanut butter, marshmallow, caramel and hot fudge. Pricing is based on the weight, at the register you weigh your fro yo(s) and pay based on the weight. Not sure what the prices is per ounce but I paid $4.98 for a medium sized cup (the green cup shown in the picture). I also love how portions of their proceeds (or all I'm not sure) on Tuesdays are donated to selected local schools. Give it a visit if you're in the area, you surely won't regret it.

Food: We got the Bacon Cheeseburger, Junior Cheeseburger, and a side combo of fries and onion rings. They make the burgers to order, so they took a while, but they were fresh and hot when they arrived. The patty was cooked to about medium, which was okay, but for a smashburger, it would have been better to leave it on the grill a bit longer to develop those nice crispy, lacy edges. The additional lettuce, tomato, and onion were generously portioned and fresh. Service: The staff was super friendly. The person who took our order was cheerful, helpful, and professional. Atmosphere: When first driving into the lot, what you notice is a very uncared-for, weedy front patio area. It's not very inviting, and nobody was sitting there. The parking lot pavement could use some refreshing as well. Overall, the exterior is a bit depressing. Inside, however, the restaurant is well lit, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere. You could tell there were lots of regulars catching up with friends and having pleasant conversations. Glad we stopped in.

We decided to order a quick burger and get a PBC sundae to have later at home…read more The burgers were so-so. Seems like less meat and condiments. The bun was not your normal burger bun. Fries were good! I'm assuming because the cost of everything is going up, size and quality will now be going down. The sundae was disappointing. Custard didn't taste like it used to, kinda flat. The toppings were too sweet. We used to love their food. One less place to stop for a quick, impromptu meal. I do understand they have changed ownership...

The chocolates and ice creams have been consistently tasty. Some of my favorite sweets/recommendations are: caramel sea salt dark (and milk) chocolate, raspberry heart chocolate, spicy chocolate ice cream, lavender sorbet, and many more! The people I've visited the parlor with liked the chocolate ice cream, superman ice cream, grapefruit sorbet, and a variety of chocolates. Try it all for yourself! P.S. - The chocolates make great gifts!

The "best" local place that was open in January was The Chocolate Chisel. My family and I stopped and each got a cone. I also got three truffles. The truffles I bought were chai tea milk, experimint milk (ganache with peppermint extract), and peppermint hot chocolate. The chai tea and experimint milk truffles both tasted like they should based on their descriptions, but I wouldn't wantto buy either again. The peppermint hot chocolate had some crushed peppermint on top, but other than the chocolate being in the shape of a mug, nothing about it reminded me of hot chocolate. Ultimately I don't think any of them were worth the price. The ice cream was lackluster. Both of my kids got cookies and cream in a cake cone and thought it was skimpy on the cookies part. My wife and I sprung for waffle cones with ours and were both disappointed in the excessive cone to ice cream ratio that heavily favored the cone. She got plain chocolate and it was fine. I, however, got banana-rama and ended up throwing it out because it tasted more like butter pecan than anything banana related. I even went back inside and verified with the employee that it wasn't mislabeled in the case.
