First time into this location! For the most part, we're fans of Panera's food, so it's an easy yes when were out and about and need a quick lunch. My husband and I brought our two kiddos in for just that. It was clean, spacious, and updated. Plenty of seating. A fireplace that was on- delightful in this cold weather. For the littles, we ordered a kids grilled cheese meal which comes with one side. We opted for fruit and this time it came with various melons and pineapple (a hit for out kids). The sandwich itself is big so was plenty for them to split. The bread is always favorable here, but the cheese on this one was giving 'Kraft' if I'm honest. It's great they have plenty of children's drink options as well. We grabbed them each a milk. I had the 'pick-two' and got chicken and rice soup paired with the green goddess salad. Soup was delishhhhh, as always from Panera. The salad was a little lackluster though. My husband also raved about the broc-cheddar soup. His paired steak sammie was a little cold however, and it's advertised as being served hot. Overall this was an A-OK experience, but it'll take a lot to put us off from Panera. Here for lunch, yesterday. This is a location we eat at about ten times a year for the past couple of years. We've consistently received good quality food here. Two things I've noticed about this place, though, that I never see at any other Panera's and that bugs me to no end and, thus, a three star rating instead of four: #1 -They ALWAYS under dress their salads at this location. I always find a large portion of any salad I order absolutely dry. (I don't get it. Doesn't happen at any other location). #2 - When grabbing any prepared order here, after being called to the counter..... or when I've returned to the counter to ask for more dressing on my salad, the folks behind the counter are always unfriendly, and most times somewhat contemptuous. I really resent this. Management would do themselves a favor if they give those folks a bit more supervision and customer/server skills training. Just sayin'. read more

I visited this location recently for breakfast and enjoyed my egg white spinach and avocado breakfast sandwich. I probably would have prefered such a sandwich to have yolk in it, but that's personal taste preference rather than a health preference or something. I rather liked my chai tea latte (the mug was nice and large and comforting. We got good service from the staff in this location as well, who cleared our table, delivered our food, took our orders, and even took our photo (when we asked). I really like Panera's food. I find it is always fresh and I leave feeling full but not overly stuffed. I appreciate how they have added calorie counts to the menu; I'm trying to be more conscious of what I am consuming and having the calories next to the menu items does help me make healthier choices. The next thing I would like to see is sandwich ingredients on the menu so I don't have to ask if what I am interested in has onions/mustard/mayo/etc to ensure I order food the way I like. From reading the other reviews, I realized it is not just me who finds this location always busy. I had a later dinner here last night with my family, was past the typical dinner hour, and there were crowds of people. Service is usually pretty quick; I wouldn't expect them to prepare food any faster with the high volume at this location. I would be very careful if you have a food allergy and request a modified order. Last night my sister ordered chili and asked for no croutons as she is allergic to wheat. They put croutons in her chili, and then when reminded it was no croutons the girl put on a glove and picked them out. After my mom said something, they prepared a new bowl... but just removing croutons from the chili for someone with severe Ciliac's disease would make that person very very ill!! It seems most of the employees are post-high school/college kids but food allergies are so common these days that employees should receive proper training on food handling (-2 stars). Very good food (I'd give the food 4 stars for food alone) but a tad overpriced... I do recommend the cream of chicken and wild rice soup - super tasty! read more

This was a lack luster experience to put it mildly. Simple order of two breakfast sandwiches, 2 fruit cups, a soufflé and and a drink to go - 20 min, and wrong- TWICE, after they half forgot about my order which sat around half completed. In an interesting twist at Panera, they clearly feel that people wanted / needed more service so now they have servers bring your food to your table and have added the layer of a manager / expediter to move orders out... but it only seems to work at some of the locations. Why? I feel because team behind the scenes seem to vary wildly by location. This group partially young and sadly not real sharp, saying in response to me very politely pointing out the recurrent errors ... "I guess that's what happens when you work on 4 hours of sleep". Wrong comment. Correct comment out loud, "so sorry, for the repeated error!!! It was my fault both times, I should have clarified the first time and verified your the second before you left." Mentally saying in your head- I need to get to bed at the right time on Saturday night if I have to be here at 5 AM! Training is tough, and the workforce is young, but both have always been true and rather than being hard they represent a great opportunity. As Panera's food gets cleaner their process gets sloppier and the prices are getting too high. Prices are starting to feel like restaurant prices in a cafe environment. read more

I love Panera, but my first visit to this one didn't go so well. I ordered online because I live 30 minutes away and order specific things. I ordered the Turkey Bravo sandwich with no tomato and extra bravo sauce. For some reason the tomato basil bread it's supposed to be on wasn't used. That's my favorite part of the sandwich, so that was disappointing. Plain, thin white just doesn't cut it. I also ordered a half fuji apple salad with extra apple chips. I got no apple chips...in a fuji apple salad. I ordered online and an hour and a half before pickup, so there was plenty of time to get the order right. Unfortunately, I live 30 minutes away, so I didn't discover any of this until I got home. read more

Disappointed. Panini first bite was burnt. It was flipped over so I wouldn't notice. Avocado had black spots. Yuck! How can you burn a sandwich and serve it to someone. It was takeout so I couldn't send it back. The Garden Chicken Woton Bow soupn was good but $9.29? Had lunch here at Panera with my wife. Facility was crowded but we found a table. We both had there 1/2 sandwich and soup or salad combo. Both were served hot, fresh and delicious. I also had a frozed strawberry lemonade. Food and service excellent. My only complaint was that I thought the price was a bit high - was $20 for the 2 of us - perhaps about $3 above what I was expecting. read more

There is this man that's work at this location that constantly stalks our workers at Chipotle right next door, he tries to get with the girls that work here and comes in for certain girls shifts when they work. It is starting to become constant occurrence and it is getting out of hand so just be aware while you are there young girls. But the food is great tho and MOST of the employees are amazing as well! read more

For just dining out for a quick meal, this location is more of a 3 star place.. Tasty eats, friendly service, busy and crowded environment around lunch, and a little pricier than it's worth. They were out of focaccia bread today at about 1:30, which was honestly the only reason I chose this for lunch. Was kind of bummed about that, to tell you the truth. Four stars for fantastic catering though! I recently had a two-day retreat at work and was dreading the typical pizza and sub box lunches that is usually part of these meetings. What's to be said about panera bread that hasn't already been said? The prices are a bit high for what you get. But the food isn't bad. I like the Chicken noodle bread bowl, but man over the years have they gotten SMALL! The pick two combo isn't bad but the sandwich's are pretty small also. I enjoyed my visits at Panera's. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The food they prepare is very nutritious and delightful. For dinner I had the best tasting turkey, chicken and melted cheese flatbread sandwich ever along with a Caesar salad and a piece of bread. I also like how the restaurant is very clean and organized with all of the bakery lined up behind the counter. I would definitely come back to this place again and I highly recommend it for anyone to try. read more

I love coming to Panera because it satisfies all of my needs, from studying to catching up with a friend to grabbing a quick meal. All of the food at Panera is excellent, my favorites are the mac and cheese and the cinnamon bagel. Be sure to try Panera's to go soups and pastas too! Overcrowded and overpriced. Did not have a great experience but the food was decent.

I generally have good experiences with Panera. But, this store is a complete mess. We've had one occasion where we stood without recognition as staff diddled with something in the register, then told us to move to another line, where we were put in the back to wait our turn once more. Two other times we were caught by the bakery counter clerk to take our order, giving up a place in line, to be put behind someone else, leaving us standing, as they took care of someone else, while the original line moved along. This store also makes errors on orders far more frequently than any other we visit. From complete misses (wrong item) to failure to recognize a request for removing a garnish or item from a standard order. I'm personally done with this store and will not revisit it again. The last time we were manipulated, then ignored, we left and went to Potbelly's, off Capital, where we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. read more
