Meanwhile, two other employees were preparing sandwiches and meats but seemed much more engaged in their personal conversation than providing a positive customer experience. The entire interaction felt indifferent and unprofessional. I understand everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and acknowledgment are fundamental parts of customer service.
