Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Reasonably priced kids meals that were more like adult meals. Their grilled cheese and chicken fingers included a side, a soda and a scoop of ice cream; so great place to take kids. My grandson gave the chicken fingers a 5 of 5; and he's a chicken fingers expert. My other grandson enjoyed his grilled cheese and my wife thought her hot honey chicken panini was ok. It was made with a bun instead of bread which was a little to dry. I ordered the monster burger without reading the description. I was stunned when I saw it was a burger, bacon, lettuce, onion and tomato between TWO grilled cheese sandwiches. It was delicious, but very filling, oof! Would definitely go back as I'd like to try some of their other sandwiches. Kids meals and monster burger 5. Chicken sandwich 3. Had to give it a 5 overall because we were so pleasantly surprised.

Instead, the sandwich had no chipotle flavor at all; nor any spiciness. The bread was among the worst I have encountered. The sandwich was dripping with mayo that didn't taste like mayo. The customer service never improved from there. There was no greeting, no "How can I help you?", no suggestions or upsell, and no attempt to make us feel welcome. After placing my order, I wasn't given a receipt, I wasn't handed the cup for my drink, wasn't thanked, and was never acknowledged again during my visit. Meanwhile, two other employees were preparing sandwiches and meats but seemed much more engaged in their personal conversation than providing a positive customer experience. The entire interaction felt indifferent and unprofessional. I understand everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and acknowledgment are fundamental parts of customer service. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling like my business wasn't valued, and that's not an experience I expect from any restaurant.
