Normally I would go to the Popeyes by my house, which is a lot closer, but if I had a choice, I would definitely come by here instead for the customer service experience. We were all ready to submit our order, and I had a question. The disgruntled employee directed me…read moreimmediately to the kiosk. I was not even able to ask a question, she was so rude. She said that the front counter register is frozen, and all orders must go through the kiosk. I explained we were ordering on the app, and I had a question. She said, "Well, IF it even goes through, because the system is down!" Well, that was enough for me to want to leave. In addition to the fact that WITH a coupon it was more than $32.00!! For fast food?! Popeyes just lost a sale, and probably a repeat customer. Keep your attitude to yourself, please.

When I mentioned it to the very polite gentleman who works the drive thru most mornings, he let either the manager, shift lead, or the cook know, and I overheard that woman very rudely said "that's not my problem, come back in the day time so you can see it then" This location is lacking extremely basic maintenance and repairs. The order screen was shattered a few months ago and instead of replacing it, this location "fixed" it by strapping a cardboard sign to it.

Slow employees who act they skipped out on any early grade level in primary school, bc they basically barely speak & know basic math! Don't get me wrong, I know nobody is perfect but these employees act too below their standards. It's a literal RIDDLE to think about understanding how did they exactly get their position as a cashier or anyway of giving customer service! The food is normal! So, I gave them another shot after not visiting this location for nearly 9 years. Everything was…read moregreat for a couple of months, until this morning. They charged me and gave me a completely different meal. I went inside, I started the interaction nice and polite. "I'm sorry, there must have been a miscommunication, I wanted a #10." The guy working the drive thru began to argue with me. "You said 2." "No, I said 10." "I heard 2." "Well, I'm sorry, but I said 10." "I'm going to review my recording." He made me wait while he listened to the "recording" and came back and said, "You said 2." Whatever. I've worked a McDonald's drive-thru, they're not the best. I KNOW I said 10, but whether or not he heard 2 or 10 is irrelevant. I didn't want this. So then he snatches the bag from me and rudely says, "You'll wait then." In all my 20+ years of customer service have I EVER been so rude to a customer. I understand people are dealing with things in their own lives, but I was nice in the beginning! He was beyond rude and apathetic. I ended up asking for a refund and a receipt so I could complain to corporate. He called me a "b****" on my way out, so I returned the energy. Exchanging the burger would have taken all of about 3-4 minutes and maybe been a loss of about $2 to Burger King. Instead he turned it into 10+ minute ordeal resulting in expletives. I won't ever go back here for as long as he is still employed here. UNBELIEVABLE.
