I asked her if something was off with the soda machine & before she went to go check with the manager to check out the machine she offered to refill our drinks from the other machine. I was so surprised that she had thought so quickly to find an instant solution . Also right I was about to leave she picked up my dirty tray. So no initiative was there to fix the prior girl's mistake. He clearly didn't fix the issue when he was told. My go-to spot for a quick, delicious burger with fresh green lettuce and some crispy, fresh cut fries. I like mine crispy. The pup patty is my dogs favorite, and they leave off the salt for the pups. The employees are always friendly and the service is fast. The food is fresh and hot, which is a requirement of mine. They dont get upset with my weird order and only say that's an easy one....double single mustard fried protein style no salt no sauce no onion add pickle add ketchup add mustard. The inside is always clean, but you may or may not get a table since they are conveniently located next to the freeway exit. The outside seating area is covered, which is very nice, especially when you bring your fur baby. You can sit in the sun if you'd like as there are tables out front also. read more

Now that this location has been here for a long time we went again this past weekend. I have to say that the wait times are just significantly longer than other In-N-Out burgers. Doesn't matter when you go if they are packed or don't appear to be busy. The wait times are always the same. By the time you get your food, it just seems that it has sat for a while and isn't very warm. We also noticed that the patties weren't seasoned, and there was no real flavor in the overall burger. The burgers are what I call "American Standard" burgers. Lettuce, onions (plain or grilled) tomato with 4 Pattie's and 4 slices of cheese, sauce all between the the bun. I ordered the 4x4.
