I just visited this Jamba Juice location and had a really disappointing experience. When my friend and I walked in around 7:02 PM, the young man working behind the counter -- the one with the slick ponytail -- was immediately rude and dismissive toward us. He told us he was "only making smoothies" because he was the only employee there and was already cleaning up to close. When I asked if they closed at 8 PM (as listed online), he said yes, but that "they're telling us to close early." He also mentioned he'd been working alone since 4 PM. Regardless of staffing issues, it's not fair to turn customers away nearly an hour before the posted closing time -- especially with such an attitude. It's frustrating to make the trip expecting normal business hours only to be met with poor service and early closure. I hope management addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on the brand and on this location's customer service. read more

But then they are rude and my drinks always come out horrible. I don't know how you can make a water downed smoothie that is just made. I tried to order a Belgian waffle parfait w/ Greek yogurt. I asked to substitute the blueberries that come in the bowl with bananas (which you can do on the app at no additional cost). The worker told me that the bowl doesn't come with blueberries. I mentioned that on the app it says it does and the picture has blueberries on it. They insisted that it did not come with blueberries and charged me to add the bananas. The worker was very rude and didn't want to listen at all about the fact the app and the picture both include blueberries.
