I really really like ant to love this store but haven't. Three times in a row it has been so incredibly slow. I think we have a management, training issue here. I believe this place is in need of guidance and better structure. The order takers often disappear when lines start to catch up. Why are you leaving. I watch three cars back out and leave because no one was out there to take the order. Your job is to be seen and take orders. Whey do they always retreat inside? If it's to help out inside then you're understaffed. Fix it. The time before this visit there was one car at the window when I pulled in. So I pulled all the way to behind that car because... no one was out there to take my order. It took a few minutes to complete that cars transaction so I pull up. Meanwhile a few more cars are behind me now and the person comes out from the store to take orders. I pull up to the window and the person at the window can't figure out why I didn't order with the person taking orders. I explained there wasn't anyone there. They just returned. He looked confused. I said who was I supposed to order with? Nobody was there. He said but they are there now. I'm thinking to myself what is going through this persons mind? Nobody was there!!! He said ok, well I can take your order here. Ugh! This is a new store. I get it. But.. it's been a few weeks and this place has fallen off the table. I see a lack of motivation to be good. You want to see excellence. Go right next door to the Starbucks. They are phenomenal. Seven cars deep and will be through the line in five minutes or less. Yesterday I had seven cars in front of me and it took 35 minutes. I don't have that kind of time as I'm trying to get to work. read more

I like to get the Annihilator with some cinnamon and cold foam or a custom Rebel drink..sometimes both if the day demands it. I highly recommend utilizing the mobile app because you can guarantee you get your order a bit quicker and I think it makes it easier for the baristas to prepare your drinks. I don't know but for some reason I always get the best service I've been to the Riverbank Dutch Bros two times now and they are so friendly great service and love the sticker days they always have the best stickers highly recommend going the first Wednesday of every month. I love this store a lot! Workers are always friendly, and they treat you like family, the drinks are always amazing. Employees try their best to always satisfy us. To all other customers: if you are complaining about wait times, it's because the car in front of you ordered more than 5+ drinks, so if you are impatient I recommend not going to Dutch bros at all. We went to the Dutch Bros. again today; it's been every Friday for several weeks now. We have gone to several others as well... We were looking forward to getting our Frappe fix with caffeine for our early day at 8:30, The young lady attendant serving us was very uninterested in our orders and questions. To make this long story short, neither my drink nor my wife's tasted like the drink we were accustomed to. There was nearly zero color to them as they looked like tinted milk, like bone colored paint. This was by far the worst nearly $16 we paid and for something I could have made myself. All of the other times at this location were just fine but today was terrible. On top of this the attendant did not really want to give me my points to my phone. To be fair, I had already paid but this had happened before and was never a problem with others but today it was.... Glad this was not my first time as I'd never go back. read more

Terrible service, stupid long line finally get to the window the employee just stares at me, does not greet me and waits for me to ask how much is it, after handing me the wrong drink they hand me my drink the lid pops off and the drink spills everywhere. I say i need a towel these 2 napkins aren't doing anything. As the employee at the window is holding 2 different towels tells me he doesn't have any. And I tell him I see them in your hand I need it and he hands it to me. Terrible experience worst location around. read more

Omg best coffee I have ever had. We just stopped by and were greeted by the sweetest girl. She took our order and we let her know we have never been there. She helped us pick out our drink and it was amazing. I am an avid Starbucks drinker, this coffee is the best I have ever had. We ordered two blended golden eagles.
