Great sit down coffee shop! Seating is very welcoming and offer a variety of different styles of arrangements. This place does get super busy although so be aware if you're coming at peak hour! I sat in house and was served with actual plates and cups, which I appreciate. I enjoyed just a plain cappuccino to taste their espresso and I can report it's creamy and smooth! I also ended up ordered a variety of their pastries, some outshined others but overall I was happy with the selection for a quick bite. I do wish there was a little bit more of a variety of pastries or at least a bit more stock, I got there fairly early in the day and there were already a few sold out. But again, I was happy with the selection I had. Will definitely be back to try the Matcha Flights!!

However, as someone who doesn't like the taste of just any coffee, I will always get a cold brew from here. I come here fairly often and always have the best experience. The staff here are friendly and welcoming and the space inside is great to study or work. Highly recommend this place and you can order online to skip the line.

We found this place on yelp and decided to stop by. It was in a shopping center so plenty of parking. I came on a Saturday this place was nice and open. There was a lot of people there that day. I liked that they sold books and other things. I asked for what they recommend and the guy at the register said a latte they had that was going away in two days . I decided to give it a try. My husband got a hot latte. My coffee was absolutely perfect!! The woman that was pulling the shots knew how to perfectly do it. The cream on top was as amazing with little cookie crunch on top. I was not expecting this but definitely made my day! Highly recommend this place!

Dog friendly & delicious coffee! I called ahead & was told dogs are welcome inside and outside. I was able to get some work done while my dog enjoyed a complimentary treat. I ordered a salted maple latte & an everything bagel with cream cheese. The latte was sooo good & the perfect temperature, and my bagel was toasted juuust right. Will definitely be coming back again.
Fast service, small but cute spot inside, and not that big of a menu but coffee is solid. If you like stronger coffee I'd get an extra shot but I like my coffee sweet so it was perfect

It was not too sweet. Personally I like it sweeter, but I'm sure you can ask for additional sweetness or add ons! My boyfriend was recommended to try the Buff Brew (chocolate peanut butter). It has coffee with protein for the gym rats! Unfortunately they only have 2 flavors for protein coffee & I hope they eventually grow their selections (they used to have cookies and cream) Other than that, great experience, good people, and great coffee!
Me and my wife ran in while doing some errands. The setup was really nice. The seating, the art, the string lights, even the bathroom had some character. We split the snickerdoodle latte and the feta and fig jam toast, and I got my usual black coffee on the side. The latte had good flavor and wasn't too sweet. The toast was surprisingly good, I'm not usually a fan of feta, but it worked well with the jam. Service was fast and smooth, and it seems like a great place to sit and work for a while.

This is place has such a good environment to work or study from not so loud although does get busy in the morning. They also have outside seating I came in the am they had a long line, but it actually moved really quick and I got my coffee quick too not much waiting. I make the 20 minute drive once a week just for their coffee. Every specialty I've tried of theirs is unmatched! I dream about their banana caramel latte every day until I can get my hands on it. Highly recommend! Their pastries and food are quite yummy as well. Had their avocado toast today and was very impressed. Didn't get to take a picture because I scarfed it down! They recently renovated a bit and the ambience is so fun, inviting and enjoyable. They have a cute little area that has accessories and goodies you can purchase. read more

Ample seating inside and out, and with a gym next door, you can tell people love popping in post-workout. The morning I visited had a fun mix of laptop workers and moms with their kiddos -- a lively balance! The fairy lights inside won me over instantly star eyes Even on a busy Wednesday morning, the line moved quickly. The three girls working were a well-oiled machine! You order at the counter, grab a seat, and they call your name when it's ready. They've got pastries and snacks too, and the wifi info is on the corner of the pastry display case (small, but spot-able). Bonus points for the "Drip of the Day" -- though I don't discriminate, I take ALL coffee lol. The menu was a little hard to read (could just be me!), so I'd recommend peeking at it online beforehand. I've been on a banana kick lately, so the Banana Caramel Latte with their house-made caramelized banana syrup was calling my name. Got it iced and large. I usually like my coffee SUPER sweet, and while this leaned less sweet, the flavor-to-coffee balance was honestly lovely. I really liked it! A real hidden gem in Modesto. Lots of seating, great for studying, reading, catching up with friends. Baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. They make you feel welcome right away! Coffee was presented beautifully and delicious! read more

I've been here both times I've visited Modesto this year. It's my friend's favorite coffee shop in the area. I love the easy parking, the hobby lobby next door, and the open air lots soft natural light vibes inside. Coffee is about the typical LA prices to me (which was surprising) but the people who work here are super nice - shoutout to Manny for wonderful service today, I knew I wanted a "fun" matcha and his rec certainly delivered. But the drinks are always good when we come. I also love the music played - I heard the baristas just to take turns picking. Shoutout to whoever also loves Taylor Swift radio. I totally recommend this shop as a good meetup place. I did come to work and was able to but it is loud for those of you that are sensitive to that stuff. My only gripe is the hours, I wish they were open later on weekends as this is when most of us can come! Til next time- read more
I wanted to love Culture Coffee. It's been in my bookmarks for a hot minute. Specifically because of their "Cardi C" menu item; I'm a sucker for anything cardamom. First impressions when I entered were that this is the sort of place you see out in the bay, or somewhere like slow. The hipster vibe hangs over the place like a pall. And it's so still inside! Why?! We live in a place where our summers are long and routinely in the triple digits. Walking inside a space and feeling the still, closed air is such a bummer. Make the drinks more expensive and crank that AC. Please. My biggest gripe though is that the "Cardi C" comes in one size and it's small! A tease of caffeinated dreams. It should be twice the size if you're only offering one size. The service was great though. I just can't see myself coming back. read more
Quick stop for a drink in Modesto. Didn't feel up for any of the chains and lucky enough Culture Coffee Bar was not far away. Walking in it had that pretty modern asthetic that a lot of those coffee places go for which was neither a good or bad thing but did like the chill atmosphere with ample seating and relatively quiet atmosphere. The service was quick and the drinks came out at a decent time. Staff was professional and not overtly friendly but that was fine with me, I don't need the fake cheeriness. I decided to treat myself this time with a creamsicle cold foam cold brew and my lovely wife went with a berry lemonade. Both drinks came out decent. A nice brownie to top it off and hanging out on the chairs on the side. Nice to see a local coffee shop on this side of Modesto and hope to visit more often when I find myself in the area! read more

Very nice ambiance, stopped in on a weekday afternoon. I had a latte and the individual behind the counter recommended the Irish cream loaf slice. Excellent recommendation, the flavor was amazing and went nicely with the latte. The interior is very airy and filled with natural light. There are some large plants that are beautiful inside. Made for an overall very nice experience. I will definitely be back. read more

Nice place to have a hot matcha or a cold brew coffee! Big enough space to have multiple people sat down to have a college study group or business meeting. The outside has a small area to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning while watching the sun or gossiping with friends! The staff was very friendly! I asked which coffee was best to make sure my order was good! This place also has its own merch table and a variety of stuff to sell insides I would recommend a hot matcha it was perfect and delicious! For a first time going I would love to come back with my friends and try out the delicious cinnamon treats they have on menu pair with a coffee cold brew! read more
I'm never in Modesto, but always like to check out a coffee place that's not named Starbucks. Support your local businesses. A cool location, I almost missed it since it only has a temporary banner out front. Plenty of parking and seating with unique signature and seasonal drinks. I decided to go traditional and get a latte, no syrup etc. not much into sweet coffee. The latte is actually pretty good. Sometimes you get a latte and only taste is the milk. Who knew such a cute little farmhouse coffee shop existed in Modesto! We arrived early on a weekday morning and there were several people enjoying coffee at one of their many outdoor seating options, or coming in and out to grab coffee to go. The customer service is great here. The two ladies working this morning were very sweet. We ordered both of the specialty drinks - torched brown sugar latte & cookies n sweet cream cold brew. Both drinks are right up our alley! The brown sugar one was tasty to me but more on the bitter side - perfect for my husband. The cookies n cream was my cup of tea (well, coffee). The sweet cream topping was so yummy, like dessert! I love sweeter coffee drinks and this was the perfect balance because you can still taste actual cold brew. It got better the longer you waited too, when the cream settles in! The decor inside and outside is very cute! It all felt very on theme and intentional. The light also hits the shop perfectly in the morning. It just made it feel all more cozy. There is even a little gift shop area with tons of great gift ideas, and now that I'm writing about it, I realized I never got to take a full look at it! They have a food menu & some pastries as well so you can have a bite of something with your coffee. Really great shop, my only complaint is that they are not in Elk Grove so I can't visit more often! read more
Stopped by on my morning commute and it was filled with activity. Folks come after their workouts, on their way to work, or to meet friends. The space is very welcoming and their menu is fun! I'm excited to try their seasonal drinks. The Rasberry Mocha was sweet and subtle and gave me just the kick to get me through my day. Visiting a friend and I'm always on a hunt for a coffee shop. What got my attention was one of their cookie drinks unfortunately they weren't making it anymore.. The person helping me out recommended the sweet vanilla cream brew but I went with a popular choice a maple coffee which was not it. Luckily I decided to get a small vanilla cold brew which is probably one of the best ones I ever had and it was on the house thanks to the person helping me I didn't catch her name. What a cute coffee shop! Love the ambiance here. Stopped by here last weekend before heading home. Saw that their seasonal menu had lavender coffee drinks. I had to try it out. I went for the honey lavender latte. Love how the drink tasted. Got to come back to try the rosemary vanilla latte. Service here was nice and friendly. They offer a small selection of pastries and they sell some merchandise as well. read more

The smell of this place is amazing! It's coffee baked yummies then on top of all that you have fresh flower or like eucalyptus smell! So fresh!The service was awesome! Friendly helpful and informative! The vibe was great! They had cute lil shopping section to help for the wait for your stuff. Decor was super cute felt like was at someone's house like back patio and walked into the house and could chill and feel warm and fuzzy! Coffee was great I had asked for something not super sweet but but not bitter gave me a suggestion and told me if I wanted to add that they could work with it!
