They have tons of interesting vitamins, and healthy foods but today was about getting a coffee. Cold brew is always my go to. They don't have any syrups or pumps of syrups available, but they do sweeten it with monk fruit. So I did a cold brew with monk fruit, and a splash of half-and-half. And it was very tasty. The guy is working in there were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated and I will definitely be back.

I had a simple custom request and the barista's reaction honestly made me feel uncomfortable for even asking. The facial expressions and attitude felt very dismissive instead of helpful or welcoming. I totally understand not every order is standard, but as a customer you shouldn't feel awkward ordering a drink. What made it stand out even more is that I had gone to Pure Grind Coffee & Juice Bar the day before, and their barista actually asked around and tried to help make my drink the way I wanted it. That kind of effort and kindness goes a long way. I'm big on supporting local businesses, so this review isn't about being dramatic just honest. Good coffee can bring people in once, but good service is what makes people come back. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

The staff were friendly but very busy as there were only three of them, it was about a ten minute wait but very understandably so, and it was worth it. You are able to call ahead and order which will help with that easily. Parking wasn't bad on the weekend on the weekend but during the week you should know that there are spots reserved for neighboring businesses so be careful where you park, I do believe there is street parking as well.

Once inside, you'll notice the pick-up spot is right at the front, with the order counter further back. The space itself is on the smaller side, but the outdoor area more than makes up for it. Giant Connect Four and Giant Jenga? Yes, please, perfect for lounging. The menu is on a TV screen behind the counter, and fair warning: the font runs pretty small, so it helps to know what you want ahead of time. And trust me, you'll want to know because beyond the classic coffee drinks, they have a seriously fun lineup of unique flavors and specialty drinks that are absolutely worth exploring. I was personally lured in by their Banana Bread Latte from an Instagram post. Guilty as charged. You can also build your own drink, the available flavors are posted on the back of the espresso machine near the register. Came in on a Friday at lunchtime and it was busyyyyyy - two ladies running the show and keeping up like champs. My drink took about 20 minutes, which my husband wasn't thrilled about, but honestly? Totally worth it. They also take phone orders, which can add to the wait but pro tip: call ahead next time and skip the line! Now, the best part I have to shout out: in addition to the standard 12, 16, and 24 oz sizes, they offer a 32 oz Big Kahuna. This is not a drill, coffee lovers. I ordered the 32 oz Iced Banana Bread Latte and it was a solid 10/10. They also carry snacks, pastries, and a few little extras to browse while you wait. As a local, I'll definitely be back!

From teas to coffee to equipment. What they offer is fresh and always good! I've never got Somthing from Clayton's coffee and not liked it. 2. Execution & Consistency (Service): 5 / 5 The service here is amazing! They really take care of the customer. Every time I walk in I'm always welcomed with a smile and great service! 3. Environmental Design (Vibe): 4 / 5 From the outside it might seem a little off or you're not sure where to enter from. Once you go inside it's great! There is a small room where you order and a bigger room where the magic happens! It's really nice. 4. Attention to Detail (The Little Things): 5 / 5 I really like how there is an espresso machine in the welcome room. You can really smell the coffee when you walk in! I do also really like the menu. The design is really cool! 5. Price-to-Value Ratio (Wallet Test): 4 / 5 The prices are not bad, typically around $22 for a pound of fresh coffee beans. I usually get half a pound which comes out to exactly $11. Not too bad. Over all this is a really good place for coffee and tea lovers! Coffee is all in the beans and this place really offers a very good product!
