Stopped by The Drip in downtown Ceres after my wife invited me out for coffee, and we had a great experience. The shop is really cute inside with a welcoming vibe, and the staff were super friendly. They have a great selection of coffee drinks (hot and iced) and some really good-looking pastries. I ordered the Iced Cinnamon Toast coffee, and my wife got the Sugar-Free Iced Cinnamon Toast iced coffee. Both were excellent. A cool touch was that they actually sprinkle Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal on top. We also grabbed a cookie that ended up being a great surprise. I took it home and had it the next morning. After microwaving it for about 15 seconds, a marshmallow in the center puffed up -- I didn't even know it was in there. Really cool. The coffee is a little pricey compared to a similar cup of coffee elsewhere, and they close at 3 PM, but overall it was a great visit. If you're in downtown Ceres and looking for a good coffee shop with creative drinks and friendly staff, The Drip is definitely worth checking out. I'll be back to try another drink. read more

I wish i lived in Ceres because this little coffee spot was a pleasant surprise! The service was amazing. It has a beautiful aesthetic. I felt right at home. We didn't know what to order and the man that helped us was amazing. He explained every drink and always kept a nice smile. They had a variety of bagels i had never seen. I tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte and I like how it was not overly sweet but sweet enough. The coffee did not taste burnt or have a horrible aftertaste which I appreciated immensely. I was visiting family in Ceres/Modesto area. A friend wanted to meet me at a local coffee shop, looked on YELP and for some reason this place stood out. Just dumb luck, but this place was great. Had a cold coffee concoction and a Pistachio pastry something or other. Both were great, hopefully I can order the same when we come in from Tucson in late May. Small location, but they managed to make it roomy and welcoming. The service was really nice, they are very knowledgeable on their coffees. The food is decent, I like how they support local bakery. It's like a community helping each other grow. The coffees, I don't hate it but I don't love it. I been to this location five times. Sadly 2 out of 5 my coffee being on the watery side. I tend to get the Shakerato, so I don't know if adding the espresso to a cup filled with ice, makes it watery. They are a small business that is growing. I think their coffee is more expensive than Starbucks or Dutch bros. Only reason I don't go as often. which i get from both ends. Being a consumer vs a business person. They close early in the afternoon, which sucks but they tend to open early, so I get it. read more

Me, my husband, and our kids went to visit The Drip at the soft opening, and can't wait to be back! One of my sons isn't a huge coffee drinker and tried their Black & White drink and chugged it, he loved it so much. My husband and I both got lates, and they were all delicious. My daughter got a Magonada and enjoyed it as well! I love that they had other options outside of coffee. They also had refresher type drinks that I'm looking forward to trying next. The location is clean and beautiful inside as well which is always a bonus! Being a new business, I am so impressed with their customer service and their ability to maintain such a great environment and high quality drinks as they still get acclimated. 10/10!! Although the presentation is great the coffee is not especially for the price of the drinks. I've been here two times the first time the boysenberry latte was all milk but it was really busy so I decided to give it another try. Best coffee in the county. After the one in Hughson closed a few years ago. The only other high-quality coffee beverage was beans in Waterford. Now this is locally owned and the copy is absolutely 10+ on a 10 you can taste the freshness of the coffee. and other options for fancy copies are crazy good. My daughter-in-law had the banana pudding one and she said it was fabulous. I ask still for the basic caramel macchiato and it was outstanding cute place inside and busy since they opened whenever I have been there, I have gone three times now and every time it has been excellent and they have a wonderful array of pastries and bagels will definitely come back. my first time there I had ordered an avocado toast, I hadn't had a bite yet, until I arrived to Work, and when I took a bite, the avocado was rotten. I went in the next day because obviously I'm not gonna drive back after I had just gone to Work, I showed the lady a picture of it, and I said it was rotten, and she told me " It doesn't look rotten" like girl It doesn't have to look rotten for it to taste rotten. Make it make sense! she was very rude about the whole situation. She even showed me what avocado she used. They're the ones from Costco that are pre made......not even a fresh avocado for the price of 12 dollars.
