Like others have said, you have to go home and finish making it yourself basically. Don't be fooled by these glowing reviews, all these young girls working there treat *THEIR* friends who come in very well! Which is why they probably have good reviews. I'm assuming the owner doesn't care that his employees horrible customer service which is sad. He had a good thing going at first. Unfortunately today is the last time I will spend my money there. To be specific, the big tall girl working there at 3 PM with her bad attitude. If you want to spend $10 on a frozen pastry and $10 more on a half a** made coffee with horrible customer service, this is your spot!

The coffee was a simple black coffee with no refill, and it was almost $5. When I asked if it was refillable, she said it was $.50, which was surprising enough. But she probably noticed my surprise, so she offered to give me a free refill, which I didn't take in the end since we were in a hurry. Allison seemed nice, but I would just suggest having a clearer menu with prices so that customers don't have to guess what they're paying for. I won't be coming back because I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth.

The coffee doesn't have that acrid acidity (which means its got some cheap beans thrown in for heft), doesn't get that smokiness (which implies old beans a la Starbucks), just a smooth Coffee experience. yes the owner is picky about GREAT coffee and no you wont get a soy latter snicker doodle flavor in a "Venti" cup. But what you will get is coffee that you can smell from a mile away and a flavor that doesn't need any extra "stuff" to add complexity. Plus he sells coffee ground to your specifications (i.e. if you want coffee for a french press, a drip coffee machine or an expresso, or just want the beans). Did I mention that he makes each cup to order. Yup folks, when you ask for a coffee, he makes you a cuppa on a "pour over" coffee contraption while explaining his signature blend. What more could you ask for?
