Tables are clean, no ice cream stuck to the table. I think my only downside is the flies. Both my visits, there has been flies swarming me while I'm trying to eat. I'm constantly swapping them away. It's a bit annoying while trying to eat. Maybe a fan above the entrance to keep them from entering may help? Other than that, that would be my only complaint. I will always stop at House of Random whenever I'm in Turlock and need something to satisfy my sweet tooth. Definitely recommend

The coffee was a simple black coffee with no refill, and it was almost $5. When I asked if it was refillable, she said it was $.50, which was surprising enough. But she probably noticed my surprise, so she offered to give me a free refill, which I didn't take in the end since we were in a hurry. Allison seemed nice, but I would just suggest having a clearer menu with prices so that customers don't have to guess what they're paying for. I won't be coming back because I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth.

The owner here is racist and rude I had went for the first time and would not even greet walking in the door I stood at the counter for about 10 min intel she ask what would I like she had a whole try of chocolate chip cooking on the counter so I had for 3 and she looked at me and said there was no-more. This is the best place for all your cookie favorites from chocolate chip to peanut butter, and macademia with nuts! I love going there atleast once a week and getting my dozen cookies! So so strange and weird.... I asked if all the flavors are available and was told not for 30 minutes. Whatever you're saying now doesn't align with what was said then. Im not getting paid to communicate effectively, the employee is. Either way bakeries don't open and say "hey wait while we stock the shelves." What a weird way of running the business. If it takes 30 mins to stock open later then. Your business isn't one that's prepared and you don't want to take any accountability for that. If you closed early cause you sell out then announce it. I literally called your number on Wednesday to ask if you're supposed to be closed and the owner said no. So again you're saying something now that wasn't expressed earlier. It's easy to come up w excuses and stories after the fact. Regardless even IF you did sell out, then put it on social media and a sign on the business so ppl know. Why would customers want to drive this far w how expensive gas is to find out your business is closed? Most people work 9-5 PM. It's so shocking a business owner would just say "come earlier" to someone that wants to support their business. People work and can't make those times?? I tried supporting your business on three different occasions and this is your response. You take no accountability or even apologize for any inconvenience.
