I've been here twice now-- so, yes, on two separate occasions, I've spent $8 on cookies for myself. The first time I stopped by was the week of Valentine's Day. I ordered the 3 mini cookies with Valentine's M&M, Molten Lava Cake, and Chocolate Covered Strawberry. The next time I ordered Pineapple Whip, Strawberry Crumb Cake, and Chocolate Sea Salt Toffee. All of these cookies were so amazing. Overpriced, but addictive. So fresh. So delicious. So perfect. It's hard to choose a favorite, but if I had to, out of these six flavors, my favorite was the Pineapple Whip. Customer service was alright. I usually just order on the kiosk. It never takes more than a few minutes to get the cookies. Would Def stop by this location again. read more

Smells like heaven as soon as you walk in! Located in the poppin' Yosemite Crossings plaza right next to Jamba, this place has you covered for all your sweettooth cravings! When walking in, you can either self-order on the left using the two kiosks, or order from the cashier. It costs about $5 for a single cookie (worth it!) and have discount options if you order in bulk. The 4pk for $16.95 is the best bang for your buck, IMO (even more worth it!). They also have milk, water, and cream (ice cream) available for purchase. I'd highly recommend adding the ice cream to your order!!! Although the waiting space is very tight, it's still a really cute experience. I loved being able to see the workers bake the cookies and prepare our orders. They all yell "Welcome to Crumbl" when someone walks in. The front staff are all very helpful. And again, the smell is so sweet and inviting. I didn't wait long to get my four cookies. I got the Nilla Bean Cupcake, Classic Pink Sugar, Milk Chocolate Chip, and Cinnamon Frybread. The warmed cookies are SO delicious and just melt in your mouth in gooey heavenliness! My personal two faves were the Nilla Bean Cupcake (I love vanilla!) and the Milk Chocolate Chip (a classic!), however, the other two were also delicious. Crumbl... So confession. I've still not walked in your store yet. Why am I reviewing then? Well I've had ample opportunity to eat your cookies. My thoughts? Probably very similar to most. Cookies are ridiculously good. So gooey. So yummy for my tummy. But so expensive. I just can't get myself to pay for they cookie. Buy it as a gift for someone maybe but for myself? Even if I was a millionaire I would feel too guilty to buy such an indulgence for myself. So I may not be your target market but I hope you continue to do well since there will always be people wanting to pay a pretty penny for a giant cookie :) Just thankful to have more variety and some higher end dessert options around. I have never had crumbl cookies in my entire life. We were in the area so I asked my boyfriend's daughter if she wanted to grab some to try. We came in and wasn't sure if ordering in their kiosks was the only option we had. As soon as we were done, one of the staff was going to take our order so now we know. We got the 4 pack box. We ordered 2 chocolate chips, 1 cookies and cream, and 1 red velvet. I tried the cookies and cream and it was good. I can only eat 1/4 at a time since it was too much to eat everything. My boyfriend's daughter had one of the chocolate chip and she said it was good. It was too much as well. Their cookies are big. It is also a little expensive in my opinion. Depends on the visit. Whether you use curbside or carry out plays a factor. In store they're not very eager to talk to you. You get an unenthusiastic "welcome to crumbl" if you're lucky. Crumbl is a great concept with its weekly changing cookie variations. Even if nothing strikes your fancy this week, there is still that kid inside us that can't wait to see what they have for us next week. And the surprise cookie of the week keeps the fun going. Our location in Merced is great. They keep the line moving and the cookies are quite large. My only concern is the less icing put on the cookies at our location. You see the online pictures and think, "well, that is an advertising pic", but then you get one at a different location and see that ours is going a bit on the cheap side. Also, I'm not just being picky, but less frosting makes the cookies dry out faster.. and I personally know I shouldn't be just sitting down and eating the whole box at once. read more

I have had their cookies before and were so soft and delicious (Sacramento location), so I was very excited that they opened a store in Merced. I have the app, and had placed my order through the app. I had checked in to pick up my order a few minutes before I showed up so that I could just run in and pickup. The store was clean and the cashier was very friendly when I walked in. When I checked in on the app it said I was first in line, when I walked in the board said I was second. I didn't think anything of it and waited. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing people getting their orders who were lower on the pick up list I asked about my order. I spoke to some girl who seemed not really interested or maybe to busy to find out what was going on. They had to girls working on orders where the wall was blocking them. I watched them dropping boxes and picking them up off the floor and still using them. I got my order and the outside of the box was dirty (guess it was my box they dropped and reused) and my cookies looked thrown in there. It was my son's birthday and I just wanted to get home since we live 45 minutes away. The chocolate chip, brownie sundae, and classic pink were overcooked and hard as rocks! I didn't realize that the back of the box was ripped, so by the time we got home the strawberry cheesecake and brownie sundae had melted and since the chocolate chip was thrown on top of the brownie sundae, all the frosting stuck to the bottom. I understand that they had been open almost a month, so I expected there might be some hiccups but I was disappointed with the overall experience and quality of my purchase. read more

Ordered a box of 4 cookies for $16 and all 4 were completely undercooked and mushy. I ended up returning the full box and was refunded. When I called to let them know that my cookies were undercooked the girl I was on the phone with said she could add my name to a list and they would remake it, so I can only imagine that there were multiple people that had the same issue as me. Kind of a bummer because I was really looking forward trying Crumbl but I probably won't be going back there as I am not a fan of getting Salmonella. read more
