The service was great! They helped me get my cookie without any issue. The ambiance of the place was awesome!

Love there cookies !!! Strawberry shortcake and biscoff cookie And the brownie cookies as well read more

Service was friendly but a tad slow as the cookies weren't prepped / baked ahead of time. Flavor was delicious. Presentation of my brownie batter cookie thin was sad. Looked like a ran over dog poo. To top it off, it was a bit crunchy. Cute little storefront. Pricey for what you get. read more

This week's line up was GOOD so many delicious options they have and I LOVE when they have the cheesecakes! I had to get one myself! It was a classic strawberry one and delightful! The service is wonderful per usual!! Not too crowded so I love that! The employees here are so very sweet and helpful to your needs! It was nice, clean and the perfect ambiance for a delicious order of cookies or cheesecake! I'll always come back to this location!!! read more

No option in app the report an error with my order. One of my cookies wasn't correct in my 6 pack today and nothing was said to me when I picked it up that they had to swap it, no choice was given so thinking they genuinely gave me the wrong cookie. Bit overpriced to not even get exactly what I ordered. read more

The worst customer service of any Crumbl I have ever been to. Why have a closing time if you don't abide by it. Walked in 8 min before closing and was refused service AND they were rude about it. Won't be back, would rather drive to another location. read more

Overhyped, ridiculously expensive. You want quality and hometown vibes? Go to downtown Turlock and visit Crust and Crumb, amazing pizza and cookies that blow Crumbl out of the water read more

I view the app weekly but only come once in awhile (when I see something I must try), the reviews for pumpkin were high and apparently it only comes once a year so I knew I had to try it! It didn't disappoint, so delicious! read more

Crumbl - Riverbank - Pumpkin pie cookie was amazing! Perfect blend of pumpkin and crust/cookie! So creamy and delicious! - Bakeries Near Me - Riverbank, California

The cookies are always good! I never get to really interact with the staff much because I always use the kiosk to order but I have never had an issue with service. The store is always very clean. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 in because sometimes the cookies can be sloppy. I went in a couple of weeks ago and the icing on my cookies were nothing like the pictures that were advertised, but they tasted good! Overall a good location and cookie! read more

Crumbl - Riverbank - Sloppy and not a lot of effort. - Bakeries Near Me - Riverbank, California

From the outside you can smell the cookie aroma already. The service was quite slow but then again it was busy. Just waited til they call my name. Everyone was working. Each staff was doing the prepping, handling boxes and handling the orders and customers. Very well manage. Check what I ordered. read more

Crumbl has delicious cookies. Only down side is that they change the menu weekly so if you find one you really like you gotta wait and hope they come back on the menu. The ladies that work there are always so friendly and apologize for the wait even if its only been a few minutes since you placed your order. Their store front is quite, cool and smells of delicious cookies. I wish there was one closer to my house but I try to pick some up when I come down to the area. read more

Ordered through the app at 2:00 for a 4:00-4:30 pick up. Walked in at 4:30 and was told what I ordered was not available, they were just starting to make the cookies, and the wait time would be long. They offered to replace with other cookies then preceded to help other customers, make batter, clean up, all while I waited. Twenty minutes later, they started to box my order. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time at this location where the service has been subpar. I can not recommend this location. read more

Always fast service with a smile. They always greet customers. Amazing cookies. Would recommend

Always yummy and friendly helpful workers. Cookies are expensive but great for a fun treat.

I very much enjoy a good cookie, and you can usually find at least one here. My favorite, the iced oatmeal, is absolutely divine-especially warm from the oven. Unfortunately, it's a flavor they rarely have, so that's a bummer. But they do have great service, and delicious cookies, so go ahead and stop by to treat yourself. read more

Great cookies Customer service was good Store clean Cookies were warm Cookies tasted good read more

Ordered a cookie for curbside pick up. Apparently they had ran out of the cookie, totally understandable. However it took 10 minutes past the due time for them to even come outside and say anything. read more

Disappointed in Riverbanks Crumbl with their poor customer service on Oct 2 at 4:18 pm. I waited for several minutes to be acknowledged at the counter which I never was. A young woman with dark hair walked up to the prep area after seeing me at the counter and decided to pick up a new piping bag and start decorating the cookies. So I decided after waiting with no one coming I went to the kiosk to order. The same woman handed me my cookie boxes which had grease or maybe it was cream frosting all over the boxes. It was on top, sides and underneath both boxes. It then got on my hands and not wanting to get the grease on my clothes I wiped my hands and the boxes with paper towels that were on the counter. Sorry but there is no way she did not see the grease and not have it on her own hands. I purchased chocolate chip cookies so it did not come from my cookies. I could tell by the smirk on her face that she was fully aware of her lack of customer service. Not sure what her motive was but she did not reflect well on your store. Maybe some CS training is needed. read more

Pretty good but expensive. Did you know your supposed to share the cookie and not eat the whole thing yourself lol

Amazing!!!!! Super fast!!! Great customer service very clean great flavors. They are very helpful and very patient and kind to everyone five out of five star stars. read more

so good! Cookies were fresh and delicious staff was nice and quick I would definitely go again

Cookies are always great! I suggest getting a cookie cutter, because one cookie is huge! I gave 4 stars only because they started rotating the chocolate chip cookie with semisweet and it's just not the same! I'll always end up wanting the original choco chip on weeks it's not in rotation! read more

Normally very happy with this location this time very pissed off. I ordered curb side for my son to pick up. he went in and confirmed with them for pickup and they didnt tell him pushing the here bottom was required to fill box. He waited and hour went back up and they told him that 2 cookies were out so he had to wait 30 min for them to be done. at this point hes been waiting an hour and a half because hes a very patient young adult and doesnt like to cause a scene to be told the button hasn't been pushed and now they are out of one of the other cookies that was in our order so for them to complete the order the have to make the cookie. After everything it took him 2 hrs to get 6 fricking cookies! I have been going to this location since its opened using cirb side and end up going in to make it easier for them not to have to walk out and deliver it to my vehicle numerous times with them filling my order with out pushing the button no problem. Very very frustrated with this experience andvery irritated the way my son had to stand there and wait for so long! read more

Last week, the flavors that I chose from, were 2 Milk Chocolate Chip, Triple Berry Cobbler, and Peanut Butter Brownie. The chocolate chip was pretty good, the size of the chips are my favorite part, they are nice and BIG in size! The PB Brownie was the star in my eyes, it had a surprise, hidden peanut butter inside the cookie! The Triple Berry Cobbler was dry, and felt stale when I cut into it. Very disappointing, the flavor was good, but paying over $4.00 a cookie, it should be fresh! (We bought the 4 pack box, at $16.49+tax). The service was good, they had four people working and it wasn't too busy. When they had a moment to take my order, the first employee answered my questions about a previous order, so I could get the names of the cookies correct. The second employee held the door open for me on my way out. Very sweet! I did not interact with the other employees, one was bringing boxes in, while the other one was making cookies. The ambiance was alright, but the counter where I picked up my cookies wasn't exactly clean or spotless, there was some jam or something sticky and some of it got on the outside of my box. My all-time favorite cookie that Crumbl has is the Caramel Popcorn! It is a nice mix of sweet and slightly salty! Last time we also tried Peanut Butter Blossom, and French Silk Pie. Both are good! I like Crumbl over all. My family isn't as impressed. I can understand that they are expensive, and yes I wasn't happy that one of the cookies were not fresh. There is room for improvement. read more

good cookies. ways fun flavors on the menu. It does get busy at times so I like to order ahead.

Isaac is amazing... he helped my wife and I with getting the proper cookies that another store served us that was not prepared properly... however when we asked Issac if we have to go back to that store he said please do not worry about it and took care of the whole situation for us. ofc this has got to be the most darling choice of colors and design for these magical cookies. The girls working were super sweet & all were busy doing something. Having said all that... I almost had a heart attack when she said $5 per cookie!!! I only wish the cookie had semi sweet or dark chocolate chips. The milk chocolate is just too sweet after a few bites. But other than that... these definitely are my perfect dream cookie. I guess the price will keep me away from eating these often. read more

Great service and selection! Store was packed but the line moved quickly. Clean store and friendly staff.

Cookies are soooo good but customer service could be better ! Stores a bit dirty also!!

Ordered carryout they never came out and cookies were just sitting there on the counter, cookies were cold and hard

Always fresh and ready fast. Doesn't get better than Crumbl!!! We'll always come back for more!!

Great customer Service, quick and friendly. Clean store great sweets perfect to perfection

The cookies are definitely on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it! I waited in line just to try the Dubai Chocolate, and it did not disappoint--rich, decadent, and full of flavor. A true treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. read more

Great service!!! Great clean environment, Can never go wrong with a Crumbl cookie Always yummy!!

I love these cookies and the employees are amazing like always. Love gifting these cookies

Slow. As. Heck. Holy cow. There only one guy in the front taking his sweet time with no sense of urgency like it's a Sunday morning. He's folding boxes like it's a work of art. Barley even making cookies. While I guess there two or three other girls in the back not helping. The screen has over 10 orders and I been waiting for over 30 minutes for one cookie. This was not worth the drive here. And on top of that there's a lady there who seems to wake up on the bad side of bed every morning. Resting b face rude and cranky. I seen her before as well. They are all slow and act like we live our lives around them. Another customer next to me just yelled to the girls in the back if they are going to help. read more

I have yet to be disappointed in any of their cookies they've come out with. The employees are always friendly.
