Don't be fooled by these glowing reviews, all these young girls working there treat *THEIR* friends who come in very well! Which is why they probably have good reviews. I'm assuming the owner doesn't care that his employees horrible customer service which is sad. He had a good thing going at first. Unfortunately today is the last time I will spend my money there. To be specific, the big tall girl working there at 3 PM with her bad attitude. If you want to spend $10 on a frozen pastry and $10 more on a half a** made coffee with horrible customer service, this is your spot!

Upon walking in there was no greeting, no" hello, welcome in" by any of the four people standing behind the counter. But that's not why I'm giving it two stars. As I sat and waited for my order to be prepared the person who took my order ('K' name) sat down just behind the register and was on her phone and sucking on her fingertips! She has just boxed my order, I took it and left but won't be eating it because who knows if she'd been nibbling on her hands prior to my order. 1 for my coffee which was good. 1 star for one of the employees who said "bye, have a nice day".

But what you will get is coffee that you can smell from a mile away and a flavor that doesn't need any extra "stuff" to add complexity. Plus he sells coffee ground to your specifications (i.e. if you want coffee for a french press, a drip coffee machine or an expresso, or just want the beans). Did I mention that he makes each cup to order. Yup folks, when you ask for a coffee, he makes you a cuppa on a "pour over" coffee contraption while explaining his signature blend. Also I wasn't sure on the refill policy on the coffee since the one mug of it cost almost $5. Our total came to about $60, which in this economy is AIGHT I guess.
