Had the greatest experience! The broista Alondra was so sweet and really helped us out in picking a good drink. Glad to see customer service is still a priority! She really made us want to come back. read more

Customer service was horrible today hope they learn how to treat all their customers fair. I've never had issues with this location but I definitely WONT be going back. read more

Passing through town and stopped by for my DB fix! Line was long but wait was not bad at all. It moved quickly! I was promptly greeted by a super friendly and sincere barista named Leah! She helped me decide on which holiday drink to try. Her upbeat personality and service with a smile was well received. I love DB and the people keep me coming back! I decided on the Jingle Nog Hot Latte! It's was perfect! I love egg nog and this really hit the spot on this cold and gloomy day. If you havnt tried this one, you really should. Sooo good! This location has two lanes that funnel into one side for the drive up window. The parking lot and building looked clean and well maintained. read more

Decent Dutch Bros location, though the area is a bit small and the drive-thru can feel tight. The staff were nice, but there were some tech issues while we were there. One of our drinks was made incorrectly and didn't include soft top, which we didn't notice until we left. Overall, an okay spot, but could use some improvements. read more

This location does not honor the drive thru zig zag model for orders and they are very slow at getting out the orders! I feel for the neighboring businesses as the drive-thru backup impacts their customers. Drinks are fine, nothing special. I'll stick with Starbucks. read more

This location is only drive-through. I had ordered Cookie Butter Latte and Golden Eagle. The Golden Eagle was vanilla and caramel flavor, and it was good, but slightly on the sweeter side. The Cookie Butter Latte was cookie butter flavor and also good. Both coffee drinks were good, strong in coffee, but slightly more on the sweeter side. Their large is 32oz., medium is 24oz., and small is 16oz. So when I got the large, I didn't realize how big the drink size was. Recommendation(s): - The Golden Eagle - Cookie Butter Latte Service: 5/5 Tip(s): - Drive-through only - Accept Apple Pay - Size options: large is 32oz., medium is 24oz., and small is 16oz. read more

I Did a online order says we'll be ready at a certain time, I go to check on my order to let them know I'm here waiting in the sit down area other people are waiting as well five people order after me. They all get their drinks before I do mind you I just ordered two drinks. I hate being lied to when I checked on my order they said you should be the "next one." read more

First of all, let me start by saying im not from this city but coming to your establishment has been such a pleasure. This is my second review with the Golden State location. I have to say that they are all doing a stellar job. The amount of joy and pleasure and caring for the customers is unreal and I never experienced that before! Tonight I came in and encountered Ashley and Jett. They were most kind and knowledgeable about the products, it genuinely was so refreshing! Thank you to you both for the FABULOUS drinks and service. read more

My experience here was horrible , I didn't even receive my receipt after payment , their is no way to even get a refund from them , they are doing false advertisement, I got a popping boba hyperchrome rebel Large with soft top and I received this mess with only 5 boba balls , The are not friendly when it comes to fixing their mistakes so I just left I don't like confrontation so I took the lose read more

My sister-in-law just introduced me to this place and I'm so mad at her because there are no locations near where I live. So now of course I have to come out here more often to get their coffee! I have never been here before so I was excited to try a new coffee spot. After seeing their menu it was a little overwhelming but relatively easy to navigate once I decided on what exactly I was looking to get. They are located next to a pizza spot but their drive-through is its own so it's not confusing at all. The guy that took our order was very friendly from the start, and we were also kind of celebrating my sister-in-law's puppy graduating from his puppy training class so she had asked him if she could get a little cup of whip cream. when the guy asked if it was for a child or a dog we told him it was for a dog. It was so freaking cute, he asked to see the dog and he was very courteous and asked before petting him, I personally really appreciated that because I feel a lot of people just sort of touch your dog without asking so was very nice to see. He was very professional but very fun, he definitely made my first experience here awesome. I got the caramelizer cold brew. It was so delicious! I was so happy with this drink and I'm really excited to try others. This was also my husband's first time trying their drinks and he liked his drink as well so I am excited to go out here again and try new drinks next time! I think another selling point for me was their pricing. Compared to Starbucks this is way more affordable but doesn't lose out on flavor. I would definitely recommend coming here if you have not, and if it's your first time definitely try something with Caramel in it lol read more

Great service, awesome vibes! Couldn't decide what iced rebel to get and was recommended a green apple and watermelon because I don't like super sweet. Amazing work from all the baristas! I came here for some yummy coffee and was blown away by the service I received. The young woman Zoe at the drive through window was super helpful with all my questions about the expansive menu. I would like to thank her for the great experience and her patience with my questions! Thanks to her, I will be back for some more of their delicious coffee! Thank you! read more

New to the Dutch bros scene and have been trying different things. My coworker always grabs me an annihilator and once he got me the 911. I've also tried the blended golden eagle, picture perfect, peppermint bliss nitro cold brew and the hazelnut truffle mocha. I think the mocha was my favorite so far and it's the only one I tried hot! Staff has been super friendly and helped me order. There's only been 1 car ahead of me when I go and service is fast! read more

I'm usually not a Dutch Bros type of person, however, while visiting family we stopped by to satisfy our sweet tooth/caffeine cravings. I got the Irish cream cold brew over ice with soft top. The taste was a solid 8/10. Next time I will say light ice because I felt majority of my cup was ice. I would also recommend going through the drive thru since it goes faster than ordering from the window read more

Lo is the sweetest most kind barista! She has great customer service!! Always has a smile!!

ok so first off it took like 15 minutes to get my drink while there was only like 3 other people and when i got my drink they literally got my order wrong i asked for a coconut pineapple lemonade and i just got a plain lemonade tbh it was good tho so i'm not complaining about that read more

I will sometimes go here on my lunch. I only get the black tea, at one point something in the flavor of the tea changed. I was extremely bummed and stopped going very often because it just was as good. Went through one day and a sweet girl (that is always so very nice) was taking my order and I mentioned it to her. She suggested I get it mad with the bags instead and it tasted just like it used to! Thank you Alex for bringing me back! Keep smiling and doing a great job! From "your friend" read more

Yes, I recommend this place. I don't recommend Going between Five P.M. and A P.M. Take 45 minutes.

Drinks are always on point here. Two drive thru lanes which goes pretty quick. Definitely recommend stopping here for rebels which are energy drinks or their coffee. Customer service is always great! read more

This Dutch bros location was very quick with getting their drinks out. Which was great. Ambiance was what you would expect at a Dutch bros. The drinks tasted great, as they should. Staff was very friendly. I recommend this location. Even though I know the staff steals all the stickers on sticker day. read more

I stop through this location when I'm visiting my hometown, Turlock ca. I am a regular at the location where I live now, and was relieved to return there...because this location really dropped the ball.... My order is a small tuxedo freeze, almond milk, picture perfect, NO whipped cream. Now, for those of who you who haven't been informed... Picture perfect is the drizzle inside and on top of your drink. Whipped cream is optional, as it is also considered a "extra" on their menu. So, every morning that I got to Dutch bros, I order it picture perfect, NO whip... When I went through the drive thru and ordered it and they handed me a drink with whip on it, i said, I specified NO whip when I ordered, and she repeated it to me twice when I did. The girl had a attitude and said, picture perfect means with whip. (Which I know, "the works" means with whip and drizzle) Then she tells the woman across the store who apparently also had a problem with the way I ordered and said rudely "well did you let her know about the whip!!" And the girl rolls her eyes and says "she's been informed..." Excuse me...what?! So, I'm leaving this here to INFORM them... Picture perfect is by definition on YOUR EMPLOYERS website as : Carmel and chocolate drizzle in and around your drink. If the drink has whipped cream, it's on top of that. But the whipped cream isn't a staple of picture perfect... And if your customer says NO whipped cream...you should probably just do your job, and pay attention and hand it over without the whip instead of trying to "inform" me because your mad you have to remake it... I've included some screen shots of the Dutch bros website so that YOU may be informed... read more

I enjoy the black tea from here. I will come by on my lunch and most of the time I get in and out. I just have a bit of advice for the employees or whoever needs to read this. The drive through is NOT social hour! I totally get making small talk with people, that's great. But when they hold up the line for 5 minutes and then sit at the window for another 5 minutes, it's VERY annoying for those of us that don't want to sit there. read more

Staff working inside making drinks were friendly, but the person taking orders not so much. I was patient when waiting to give my order. He was casually carrying a conversation with a customer after taking their order even though there was a line built up. He basically walked the car to the window. After waiting for him to finish his conversation and come take the order he skipped over my turn and went ahead to the car behind. He also does not know very much about the drinks. The people inside ended up taking my order at the window. read more

Everyone here was nice except the guy with the glasses and curly hair face piercings. He was actually so rude he had a long convo with the car in front of us holding up the line for about 5 min before actually taking her order, someone else had to come out to help us. When we got to the window he was being loud and obnoxious im not the type to care about anything like this but it was clear he wasn't there to work and it was bizarre the whole situation.
