The Cookie Butter Latte was cookie butter flavor and also good. Both coffee drinks were good, strong in coffee, but slightly more on the sweeter side. Their large is 32oz., medium is 24oz., and small is 16oz. So when I got the large, I didn't realize how big the drink size was. My sister-in-law just introduced me to this place and I'm so mad at her because there are no locations near where I live. So now of course I have to come out here more often to get their coffee! It was so freaking cute, he asked to see the dog and he was very courteous and asked before petting him, I personally really appreciated that because I feel a lot of people just sort of touch your dog without asking so was very nice to see. He was very professional but very fun, he definitely made my first experience here awesome. I got the caramelizer cold brew. It was so delicious! I was so happy with this drink and I'm really excited to try others. This was also my husband's first time trying their drinks and he liked his drink as well so I am excited to go out here again and try new drinks next time! I stop through this location when I'm visiting my hometown, Turlock ca. I am a regular at the location where I live now, and was relieved to return there...because this location really dropped the ball.... My order is a small tuxedo freeze, almond milk, picture perfect, NO whipped cream. Now, for those of who you who haven't been informed... Picture perfect is the drizzle inside and on top of your drink. Whipped cream is optional, as it is also considered a "extra" on their menu. So, every morning that I got to Dutch bros, I order it picture perfect, NO whip... When I went through the drive thru and ordered it and they handed me a drink with whip on it, i said, I specified NO whip when I ordered, and she repeated it to me twice when I did. The girl had a attitude and said, picture perfect means with whip. (Which I know, "the works" means with whip and drizzle) Then she tells the woman across the store who apparently also had a problem with the way I ordered and said rudely "well did you let her know about the whip!!" And the girl rolls her eyes and says "she's been informed..." Excuse me...what?! So, I'm leaving this here to INFORM them... Picture perfect is by definition on YOUR EMPLOYERS website as : Carmel and chocolate drizzle in and around your drink. If the drink has whipped cream, it's on top of that. But the whipped cream isn't a staple of picture perfect... And if your customer says NO whipped cream...you should probably just do your job, and pay attention and hand it over without the whip instead of trying to "inform" me because your mad you have to remake it...
