If there are multiple people working then don't have someone who's handling chemicals help customers at the same time. Located right around the Solano Mall, there's a little parking lot for this small plaza with rubios and a drive thru Starbucks so it's pretty busy. This Jamba Juice has nice outdoor seating and it can be busy. We waited a little bit for our drink and bowls. My go to drinks are apple and greens and I like to get the bowls every once in a while. When I enter the business, I was asked if I was paying with cash or card. When I stated card, the cashier directed me to the kiosk, offering to help if I had any questions. I decided to pay with cash instead, because the kiosk looked filthy, and I didn't want to touch it, I sat in the dining area while waiting for my drink and the table and floor was dirty with bits of food and straw wrappers in many areas. My drink was prepared quickly and the service was pretty good. Besides, that initial interaction. My smoothie was just okay. On my way out. I noticed the entry doors were also pretty gross. Whenever I come to visit the valley, this jamba is always my go-to after a visiting my old school campus. Every time I come it's a hit or miss on the customer service. Today I got greeted and served by a gentleman with no name tag so sadly I couldn't give him a shout out. He did a great job at taking my order and he verified the order and said it back to confirm it was correct, which is a great way to complete a service, to give great service and gain a satisfied customer. The reason why the two star review is happening is because there is no change in presentation and behavior from the store. The "Jamba" is not fully present and it's like this every time I visit. There's always a lack on keeping a clean store at all times and the welcoming of guests is always shown with monotone tones. I wish my review is seen more as a way of constructive criticism rather than negative reviews because I come here with the desire to quench my thirst with jamba smoothies. read more

Been coming to this location for months and have always been pleased with the service. I was always greeted by the staff and never felt like just a random customer when walking in which I really appreciated. This is a Jamba Juice that is located in one of the better parts of Turlock and in a great plaza where the Target is. There is plenty of parking and you should have no trouble finding one. I always mobile order my drink as it is MUCH faster to grab your drink that way especially when you are on a time-crunch. The mobile app is super easy to use just make sure to set the location right! My drinks are always made correctly here and on time. All the staff members are wearing mask and sanitizer is provided inside the store. During the busier times, there is a long line just to get inside the store as they are limiting customers inside by regulations. One time when I was waiting in line, the young gentleman controlling the line offered water to everyone. THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is how everyone should be treated and that did not go unnoticed. Way to go Jamba Juice! My go-to order is always the White Gummi. I have had plenty of drinks here and although they are all great, I just always go back to this one. I recommend if you are looking for something with a nice blend of sweet with some tang and great freshness that will quench your thirst. I also recommend the açaí bowls here!! I have had times where the drinks are very good and then I have had times where the drinks are horrible. Sometimes they don't even have all the ingredients for the drink you want. Jamba Juice is really going downhill . First they stopped filling the drinks to the top. instead of pouring all the smoothie into the cup they leave a little bit in the blender. Then the lines get out of control because they take so long . And the main issue is today when I gave my order very clear and very plainly they did not follow instructions. So my order was wrong . Jamba juice is great, especially during these hot days. There was some line, but make sure to stay 6 ft. apart. They only accept 6 people to go in at a time, so you may be waiting outside in the heat for a while. The employees were nice enough to ask if we needed water while we waited. One of the things that have struck me lately is the complete lack of any expression of "thanks" by so many businesses in the central valley. You go to their store. Social distance in line. Wait to be greeted. Make your payment, with no haggling. And then, instead of being given the common courtesy of a smile and a sincere "Thank you for your business", maybe a "Please come back again", you're rewarded with, at best, a neutral expression and handed your receipt. A young lady, by the name of Gabi, assisted me. I placed an order of matcha green tea blast which contains milk + soy milk, fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt, and matcha green tea. Ask her to substitute the soymilk for unsweetened almond milk. I placed a second order for açaí super-antioxidant which this smoothie contains milk + soy milk, açaí blend, strawberries, blueberries, raspberry sherbet, daily vitamin + zinc boost. I asked to substitute the milk + soy milk for almond milk and substitute the ras-sherbet for more strawberries+berries and ice to make up for sherbet that will thicken the smoothies. Gabi then tells me, "We don't do that here". Told her I've been to many Jamba, and they all substitute upon request. Eventually, she had to break down instructions with her crew member at the blend station. I honestly don't think I was making anything complicated, simply asked to substitute one ingredient for another, and was told it wasn't possible. Where is the sense of pride? Where is the feeling that what you are doing is important? Pardon my cynicism, but if you are that miserable at your job... leave and find another one. Don't make the customer feel like we're intruding on your day by coming into your store. I'll skip this location and go to a street vendor. Red flag if you're rushed to order your food and another red flag if the employees don't know what they're doing. Come here if you missed assembly line style customer service. All I can say hands down Taylor my girl!!! She is just awesome at customer service and she definitely is always helpful and is very kind and patient. See here I'm a regular and my points on their new app did not work and i could not download my app to receive my points or the coupons I wanted to use. But Taylor went above and beyond to help me out well my 3 children that were not so patient were having fits. She had the patient to help me out with the problem and was able to fix the issue. My kids and I appreciate her customer service when we go in for are daily smoothies. Well, I've always been a fan of Jamba Juice, good little snack especially in summer. Price have been through the roof but still I'll go from time to time. Well today I had a customer service experience that had me so puzzled that I'm still wondering what happened. I ordered one of the chunky strawberry bowls, when it was ready I noticed there was no spoon. I did the next logical thing..... asked for a spoon. Apparently this was unreasonable.... the princess responded to me "we're out" as she continued on with something else, I said do you have any in the back and she responds with "I just got here". I was getting slightly irritated and said how do I eat a bowl without a spoon, why would you sell something that you can't eat? She then responded "what would you like me to do, run to the store for you"? Another employee eventually brought me a spoon. All this over a spoon, I just wanted my bowl, then I was just left with anger as I ate my 8 dollar bowl. Not cool Jamba. read more

This Jamba Juice is terrible. For one, the hours are odd closing at 6 every day. And two they close and serve as they please. I walked in today around 11 am and right when I was about to order a woman came out and said we've taken our last order of the day and we're going to be closing. I placed an online order. I waited 30 minutes to go inside of the store I then proceeded to let the women know that I had an online order. I stood there while everyone else got their drinks another woman walked in and asked for her online order she was given her drinks immediately. I then went back up and let the women know that I was waiting for an online order and they open the fridge and gave it to me. This is my favorite Jamba Juice to go to in this area. They always have some younger ladies working the front, who are super bubbly, energetic and ready to take your order. I like to come here with my sister and my girlfriend, because we love some tasty juices. I have tried multiple smoothies at Jamba Juice, but my 2 favorite have to be the Orange Dream Machine and the Acai Super Antioxidant. I love the Orange Dream Machine because it reminds me of a Orange Julius when I was a kid and it is super delicious. They also have energy bowls, which are pretty good. If you want to beefcake up, they have protein smoothies for all the meatheads out there! Overall, I really like the location and the service here. If you've got cash burning a hole in your wallet, you could always throw an unusually high amount of it on a Jamba Juice. They are tasty, but I find it hard to justify going if there isn't a gift card or some other discount reason to get me there. I did fold and purchased a tumbler, so I'm supposed to get a discount when I bring it... but that's not consistent. Sometimes I'm told that it's not possible, other times, it's done without issue. For whatever reason, they seem to frequently cycle through "upgrades" which, I hesitate to call them upgrades, the reason being that just because something is new and different doesn't make it better. The latest iteration is having to have a phone app to deal with the checking in and tracking... it's not good. The poor staff struggle something mighty to scan the QR code from my phone 95% of the time... The previous method of typing in a phone number to log in to your account while the order was happening was so much more straightforward and simple. Surprised that visiting today... the store was empty. Are the (negative) changes finally catching up? Does that mean they'll throw more (poorly thought out) changes and see if that can reverse the issue? Sometimes, when there's a good thing, it's best to stick to it because it's a good thing and you don't want to ruin it. Wish Jamba would do that... too late by now, though. read more

I have to say the management in this facility is not very attentive to transaction disputes. I don't know how this facility charged my credit card twice but I was able to catch and called the store per my credit card suggestions. I spoke with store clerk the first time (8/8) and her response was she did not have access to the credit card transactions but she took my phone number and assure me she would pass the message to her manager. Two weeks later I called to follow up and no one had any idea of what was going on. Luckily the manager answer, and she assured me she would take care of the issue. Rosie lopez is the store manager, Rosie provide me with her email and asked me to send her a screen shot of the charges, which I did 5minutes after our call. Rosie also took my number and I asked her to contact me if she needed anything else and to provide me with a status. This was on 8/24 and till this day no response. Check your credit card it is easy to miss overcharges and some times it is a hassle to wait on hold and contact the appropriate people to remedy the situation. I'm sure this is not the first time this has happen and who knows how many people go on paying for something they did not consume. read more

Very happy with this store. Recently my daughter had a bad experience there. Part of it is due to this whole COVID -19 this but my daughter was crying. I called the store, spoke to a manager and they were very concerned that my daughters experience was bad. They invited my daughter down, gave her a free Jamba Juice and made her feel special.
