Less than a ZERO- I went to Jamba Juice today Monday, September 1st. I drove into the drive through- 6 cars ahead of me prior to getting to the speaker box to order. Once there I was greeted by a man's voice and I ordered a Medium Orange Dream (a $9 drink), nothing added or fancy. 1 drink. I was read my order back, asked if I wanted anything additional- I politely said no thank you and was told my total would be given at the window. At the windows tall, skinny boy with facial hair and long hair and feminine diamond rings on greeted me. And said $28.97 was my total. I politely said for one medium Orange dream? I was informed my order was not placed or made at 26 minutes and was told to order and pay now- pull over into the busy parking lot until all 7 cars behind me were served and then someone would bring my drink to me! Again I politely said I'll order pay and wait at the window until my drink is made as I was present first and it was not my error. Again I was told to order pay and move! I refused politely once again. And was told that if I wanted a drink I needed to pay and move or they'd be forced to call the authorities! Ummmm wTF? The vibes here were pretty welcoming. The crew greets you as soon as you walk in the door, do you have some good music playing overhead on the playlist and the sitting area with something different to see for a change. Overall, I like this set up compared to other locations that I have visited. we ordered two drinks from here and being that we are reward members we were able to apply a discount with our order. Their food menu is starting to look more appealing and inviting but I decided otherwise this time. I went tonight 7/19/24 to order three smoothies and two waffles. My daughter drank her smoothie and started coughing and choking and she eventually threw up and she threw up some black plastic.We had no idea what it was so I automatically checked her drink since that's what she choked on and in her drink it's full of these black hard pieces of plastic! I called the store and the girl said "oh sorry" I asked to speak with a manager and he said "I don't know what that could be" and just stood quiet. He said the lobby is closed but I can go to the drive thru. I'm shocked at how they don't care to handle the situation better. My child choked on this and she's only 9! So I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 large Orange Dream Machines, when I got to the pickup window I handed the girl by the way her name is Cindy my bogo card she then told me that they only take the bogo through the App now I told her I didn't know that so I told her that I would load the card onto my app long story short my app didn't want to take it so she talked with the manager and they issued me a new bogo card. This Jamba Juice is absolutely horrible in comparison to other locations. They did not get my order correct at all. My servers name was Leanne. For starters they charged me for subbed items, running up my total by $4. Second when I asked for something to be changed in my bowl due to a preference they ignored it entirely because it was not an allergy and still gave it to me. They're bowls are very obviously pre-made and are not stored properly as it was liquid soup with all my toppings falling to the bottom of it. Lastly the bananas on my bowl were hard and not even close to ripened. Horrible, horrible experience. read more
