The environment is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the food and drinks are always warm, fresh, and delicious. Today there were two younger employees working. The young woman was handling orders, making coffee, and even going into the back to prepare food. She seemed pretty overwhelmed and honestly looked like she was doing the majority of the work on her own. At one point she asked her coworker for help with a customer at the front. He made the drink, but when the customer mentioned it was incorrect, he appeared frustrated. She immediately stepped in, calmly corrected the mistake, apologized to the customer, and made sure the order was done right--all while keeping a smile on her face. She answered questions easily, stayed kind and professional, and even managed to take care of what appeared to be a family member who came in, without letting it affect her work or service. She continued to apologize for the wait and stayed attentive to everyone despite being clearly very busy. Overall, the service was excellent, and her work ethic and attitude really stood out. This place really impresses me, and customer service like what she showed today will be one of the many reasons I will continue to return.

His response was that it wasn't policy, with the key words being that he "thinks" that's the case. He then informed me that I could order my drink with soft top, ask them to exclude it from the drink, and have it put in a side cup instead. However, depending on the day, they may still say no because he doesn't "think" that's the policy. How is that any different from what I was originally asking for? Genuinely, the inconsistency and lack of customer service were frustrating. Maybe the manager can clarify the policy, since the employees seem just as confused as I am. I ended up going down the street to another Starbucks, and guess what? They were perfectly accommodating! I found the cold foam I was looking for at the Starbucks down the street, along with the customer service this location was missing. I guess the cold foam wasn't the only thing missing that morning. Thankfully, the Starbucks down the street had plenty of cold foam and, apparently, a better understanding of customer service. Thankfully, that location seems to have received the memo on customer service! I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, and it's disappointing to receive such rude service over a simple request, especially when another location had no problem accommodating me.
