Great service and an excellent atmosphere! The space is large, clean, and well organized, with plenty of tables available. I loved that there are power outlets at the tables, so you can work on your laptop without any worries. Service was fast and attentive from start to finish. Highly recommend this Starbucks! read more

The barista was SOOO SWEET! And the food was bomb, slow foot traffic so nice and empty. I highly recommend. They even put toppings on the Frappuccinos. read more

Oakdale, CA- I've been to 3 of these in oakdale and this one gets 2nd place. Long lines. Bacon Gouda, one of my favorite Starbucks sandwich's, came cold when I got it for the first time ever for me. Clean sometimes, 80% chance it's clean. Matt S was righT. They are out of stuff 90% of the time. read more

The other 2 Starbucks are way better this one always has and extremely long line and always out of stuff . Teach your workers to hustle the ones are just as busy but don't have to waste 30 minutes in a drive through . Do better read more

No. Don't do it. I've tried on multiple occasions to order here.. and am disappointed every time. Its a shame too because the location is so much easier.. but its just not worth the hassle. This is is "junior varsity" location in town. The better Starbucks is on Yosemite-- better service, much faster and better overall experience. Today here this location didn't even have a primary ingredient--caramel. I've been to hundreds of Starbucks and never had that one before! Oh and this was after waiting after one gal said she'd "be right with me"-- after chatting it up with a few people, making a drink or two.. finally someone else helped me and informed me of the shortage.. waste of my time and fuel going there. read more

Rude! Ordered a sausage cheddar sandwich and asked to please remove the cheese. Order taker started making fun of the fact I want cheese removed. She then walked around telling all the employees about how weird that request is, they all laughed about my request. Bad service. read more

The food is also awesome here! They are very friendly even just today I was a complete pain in the butt, but they were awesome about it. First there was a miss communication and they gave me a decaf latte but they fixed it right away for me. Then I didn't like the way my decaf frappe tasted so they remade it right away and made sure I liked it before I left! All with a smile on their faces and were very friendly and professional about it! Thanks team read more

Service beyond slow. Inattentive to order specifics. one person making drinks for mobiles, inefficiently going between drinks and not rechecking order labels. Other people standing talking/wiping counter tops. Meanwhile 5 more mobile orders coming in and the drive thru stacking up. read more

Lately the have been hit and miss. The last time we stopped and got a coffee, it was very weak and tasted more like hot water with a hint of coffee, than an actual coffee. Since we stop in our way home, about an hour away it's more of a hassle to go back. Today, the cup felt light. Took the lid off to find the cup was filled to about 3 inches from the top. For as much as the coffee costs, Starbucks can fill the cup. I don't want to here that's room for cream or whipped cream. There is no excuse for the lack of customer service. read more

When In Oakdale this is my preferred Starbucks. The line is always long but moves smoothly. The employees are all very friendly! And they always get my order right and drinks taste way better then up the street. I called in the other week to put coffee beans on hold for my grandma and they were happy to accommodate me. If you have a dog they will give you a little pup treat & water for your furry friend. I really like this location!! read more

Okay this review is for overall experience at this store. There's always something. I live very close to this store and until recently I've been happy with coming in. They're always out of everything and never seem to have it together whether it's in store or in the drive thru. I'd rather drive 5 mins past to the next store than put up with their crap. read more

Typical Starbucks. My peppermint mocha tasted exactly as I had anticipated. On the way through Oakdale, we needed coffee and hot chocolate so we stopped. The drive-through line looked long, so I walked in to place my order. It was taken quickly and efficiently. My coffee and hot chocolate were served within a couple of minutes. The staff was busy taking orders for the drive-through, but had time to smile. read more

Drinks/food/interaction with the servers was great but the 30+ minute wait in line was ridiculous!!

This place is still my go to in a small town but I feel like they are slipping in the drive thru. It's just getting slower, nice but slow.

RUDE!!! How you guys think you can treat your customers like garbage is beyond me. Ordered a drink, dont get whip, you get mad because you put whip on it and just pretty much scrapped it off with a spatula (most likely dirty). Get a Venti and you guys hand me the smallest straw in the world. I dont know if you guys are STUPID, or this is the way starbucks is going. read more

I was looking forward to having Starbucks since I rarely get it. I decided to do the drive-thru line instead of going inside. The line went pretty quickly but when it was my turn to order I was a couple feet away from the ordering screen but the employee started taking my order. It was hard to here her and she could barely here me. I don't understand why they would try and take my order if I'm not directly at the screen to order. When it came to sizing I ordered a medium, which apparently they don't have. The employee stated they didn't have a medium they only had a grande. Obviously she knew a grande was a medium but just had to use grande instead. Unless you're a Starbucks regular, you aren't going to remember the sizes. Grande and medium are the same thing but apparently not at this Starbucks; it's a crime to use the word medium instead. As far as the actual taste of the drink, it tasted more like coffee than pumpkin spice. If you're getting an iced pumpkin spiced latte I'd recommend asking to add an extra pump or so of pumpkin syrup to make the pumpkin taste more prominent. read more

Service was amazing and they let 3 kids use the restroom after stopping at 4 different places and turned away. We were on a road trip and they could not hold it anymore. So thank you for being kind. read more

I'm not often a patron of Earth's future coffee monopoly, but the lovely town of Oakdale was where a restroom break was finally necessary for the girlfriend & I on our way to Yosemite. The parking lot was tiny & full, but we got lucky when someone else was leaving right when we drove up. This Starbucks is decorated pretty much like every other Starbucks on the planet, but was also very, very clean throughout, including the restroom. In need of a caffeine & calorie recharge, I got a Venti Mocha Coconut Frappuccino. The staff was nice & my drink was out pretty quickly. Starbucks' Mocha Coconut Frappuccino is like a liquid Mounds bar slushee. It was delicious. Relieved & refreshed, we got back on the road. The Starbucks in Oakdale is a nice stop on the way to Yosemite from the Bay. read more

I don't drink coffee so I can't speak to that. However I'm sure if you are a coffee drinker you already know Starbucks. You don't need me telling you about that. I would just like to say that they sell more than just coffee and have a pretty decent selection. It's also a nice, comfortable and quiet place to use the free WiFi and finish whatever project or assignment you are working on in peace. Of course you can just relax and do nothing too. Relaxing is always good. read more

This Starbucks is my Second choice in town, not because there's anything wrong with it, No... I am generally downtown, so this is the store I only go to if I am shopping close. The customer service is great! They are your typical Starbucks. Some Baristas are more personable than others, it's human nature, however the food & coffee is excellent, service is fast. I recommend this as a great stopping off, to get the best coffee every time or they will replace yours without question! read more

I come here every single day. Absolutely love the friendly staff at this location. Always go above and beyond with customer service. Unfortunately they somehow ran out of pumpkin spice lattes before even thanksgiving when last year it went thru January! All I can really say is awesome! Wait...you want me to elaborate?!? Oh okay, I guess... Star 1: beautifully decorated for a starbucks, not to mention they're very clean from the parking lot to the restroom. Star 2: the staff are very nice and always greet you with a smile and a nice hello Star 3: well I can't subtract a star seeing that starbucks is a chain and they can't change their pricing (I just like doing bullet points ha ha) Over all I have to say even though I do not live in oakdale this is my starbucks of choice in this quaint town and whenever I'm craving a starbucks in oakdale I'll be sure to stop by this one! read more

Aggressively yelled at from across the restaurant "you can't be in here without a mask" "you have to leave." Absolutely ridiculous, extremely unprofessional, mask mandates have been over for months and apparently just started up.
