I live in Santa Cruz and there's no Dutch Brothers. I always like their coffee. I always get their specials. I don't get the basic coffee whatever they have on special and I like the muffin tops so when I come to the Central Valley, I have to make sure to go near one. read more

All I can say is if you do mot have up to 30 extra minutes to spare do not come here. I habe never been to a slower coffee place. As of right now I have been in the drive thru for 27 minutes and have barely moved and have at least another 10 minute wait. If I was not stuck I would just leave. I recommend walking up to the wondow as all of those patrons have already left. No coffee is worth a 30+ minute wait. Friendly staff just super slow at this location. I will probably continue visiting the location further down McHenry. ***Update this am wait was well OVER 40 minutes! read more

Thank goodness for the Mobile App. I was getting donuts down the street and remembered having some leftover credit on my Dutch Bros app. It was close to my area I was getting breakfast to go, and I ordered my regular Annihilator with almond milk. The gal at the window was super friendly and I grabbed my coffee at the pick up window in no time flat. I love how easy and how accessible the mobile app lets you order drinks ahead. The coffee is way better than it used to be & I'm really impressed with all the various menu options. The service is off the charts. General Mngr. Rachel runs a tight ship & it pays off with the best crew. These folks are constantly busy & the place is spotless clean. Outside of the store is nice & clean. The picnic tables are not messy at all & they wipe them down regularly. Funny story, on McHenry Ave. a couple blocks south is a brand new coffee place based out of Seattle & every time I drive by I never see any cars in the drive-up. The other Dutch Bros in town are also good, but the one on McHenry in front of the big black building is tops. read more

We don't currently live near a Dutch Bros but happily found this one in Modesto. Arriving in the short drive-thru live, we were pleasantly greeted by a young worker, named Lyndsey. We ordered two drinks that are our usual (Kicker), but the other two passengers needed recommendations. This is where our order taker truly excelled. She asked questions about preferences and made recommendations for our remaining two. The iced Carmelizer with sugar-free syrup was a huge hit. Service was excellent and speedy. Now here's where they fucked up, the gulp made my stomach turn. Both drinks were SOUR,BURNT,AND BITTER. The lines are long and the wait is like any other cafe. If you come on a weekend evening the lines are not that busy. The staff is friendly and will approach your car to take your order. I do like that they do payment at your car instead of having to wait to go the window. Caramelizer was a medium sized hot breve, it's a good drink, it's sweet and it reminds me of a sweeter caramel latte. Only down side is that they didn't give us a sleeve. The drink is hot. I love the design for the cups! This lid is so much better than other locations lids. It has a wide enough spout for your lips. Iced chai was a small size and is like any other I've had. I don't like it blended. I'll drink it iced or hot here. Our total for these two drinks was just ten dollars read more

I am a frequent ducth customer for years now... This location in the morning is a total shit show... They do not control there lines and nearly every morning I nearly witness a fight or accident as cars are cutting other cars off ect as there is no employees directing the flow like all other locations which is unacceptable for a duct bros. Really good coffee and really great customer service. The line is always long but the staff makes the wait enjoyable. Their snickerdoodle freeze is the bee's knees, straight up. You'll definitely get both a caffeine and sugar rush from it but I'm sure that you'll enjoy it. Be sure to pay these folks a visit. You won't be disappointed. read more

Why are they so gross in hygiene! I had one today to order some tea and like the girl with the blond hair and the guy with the blonde hair in the drive-through we're just not wearing any gloves and kept talking really loud over the drinks I just feel really gross. I also noticed that one of the guys went to go take out the trash and then when he came back he was like touching the cups and he didn't wash his hands. Good stuff! Discovered this place a few months ago... move over starbucks, there's a new coffee in town! I really like the peppermint bark, the caramelizer, and the Italian soda (rainbow or unicorn, minus the grapefruit) Hubby like the soft top cold brews. They're really good, although they are really sweet, so rare indulgence.... maybe once a month.
