She upsold and made delicious recommendations, not only to my husband and I, but to the other customers as well. We were all helped in a timely manner and after everyone was taken care of she went around cleaning up the tables and checked on all the guests. There was just something about her that is very genuine and caring. As a business owner, I really appreciated the service she provided. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

When I asked if they closed at 8 PM (as listed online), he said yes, but that "they're telling us to close early." He also mentioned he'd been working alone since 4 PM. Regardless of staffing issues, it's not fair to turn customers away nearly an hour before the posted closing time -- especially with such an attitude. It's frustrating to make the trip expecting normal business hours only to be met with poor service and early closure. I hope management addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on the brand and on this location's customer service.
