When I asked if they closed at 8 PM (as listed online), he said yes, but that "they're telling us to close early." He also mentioned he'd been working alone since 4 PM. Regardless of staffing issues, it's not fair to turn customers away nearly an hour before the posted closing time -- especially with such an attitude. It's frustrating to make the trip expecting normal business hours only to be met with poor service and early closure. I hope management addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on the brand and on this location's customer service.

You can pay via Venmo, Zelle, etc. and if you pay with card, there's a $3 charge. They also have 2 different sizes, Medium and Large, but both seemed to be too big for me.
