Awful experience. Ordered a grande iced coffee 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla and vanilla cold foam with extra ice in a venti cup. Then ordered a grande iced brown sugar shaken expresso. Got a a grande iced coffee then on the side a venti cup filled with ice. The shaken expresso had cold foam added. Didn't order that. They literally screwed up both orders. I accepted the expresso because I'm a nice guy but had them do the iced coffee correctly. When I was telling her it was wrong she literally looked at me like I was an idiot. She then stuck her head out the window and turned her head to the side and said I can't hear you. I'm in a jeep with the doors off and my voice projects. This person should not be working drive thru. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Modesto. The staff is always very friendly and makes the drinks really good. I especially love the matcha lattes there as well as the brown shaken Oatmilk espresso coffee. The location is pretty close to home and I love the convenience of this Starbucks location being the only location in Modesto open 24/7! The drive thru is also fairly spacious so that is another plus. read more

NATALIE IS RUDE !! She recorded underage minors without consent !! she was very rude and was on her phone texting and scrolling instead of working. She had cleaning products near the drinks station. She already looked in a bad mood as she was frustrated using her device (had red eyes-dealing with issues outside of work) She was touching drinks immediately after phone usage. VERY UNSANITARY!! The other two male workers(dark brown hair mustache and dirty blonde hair) were playing with one another and flirting instead of making my order. When I had politely asked them remake my drink they did completely wrong the male dirty blonde worker said "UGHH ARE YOU SURE" and spun my drink around vigorously!! He gave attitude and was very rude and threaten to charge me more for remaking my drink, that is going completely against BARASITA policy. I am sure if I was not near the counter watching them remake it NATALIE would have spit it or contaminated it with cleaning products as she brought them near the food and drink station. The staff at 06/22/2025 at 6:40 were extremely rude, unprofessional and had nasty attitude. Off of work they followed me around in my vehicle and boxed me and honked. Starbucks is located in the 76 gas station parking lot . There is a Togos's next door and the hospital is across the street. In the morning the lines are very long. I came today at 3:34pm. Line was not too long and it moved quickly. Our drinks didn't take long & Jay who works the window was very nice. Had a great personality & wonderful attitude. He even let me take his picture!! I understand that consistency of drinks vary depending on the staff but this place has disappointed time and time again. I hate to complain because I see the conditions they work under so I always order ahead and tip to ensure my order It's properly made. At $7-$8 a coffee i expect it to at least be to my liking but this store has failed miserably over the past few months. It's 1.2 miles from my house and I refuse to support them anymore, I suggest you visit the Chapman/Pelandale or Tully/Standiford location they have yet to disappoint. read more

I think the people working this location are very nice but I have ordered a mobile picked up the past two days and the cup leaks. I can't take one step without coffee flying everywhere:/ today I was getting out of my car and the lid just popped off and coffee went everywhere. Luckily it only got my hand and wasn't too hot anymore but it hurt and now I wreak of coffee. I tried cleaning it off and securely tightening the lid myself but it still leaked as I walked into work. I tried to avoid it thinking maybe it was the way I was carrying it but I think they may have put the wrong size lid. Usually I don't mind something like this but it's happened two days in a row. read more

New location that seemed to pop up at nowhere. It's right across the hospital, so pretty convenient for patients, doctors, nurses, first responders, visitors, etc. There is a drive thru and patio seating. I'm curious to how busy it'll get in the morning. In true fashion, there is another Starbucks down the street on Dale in O'Brien's and another one down Pelandale next to the children's hospital. So... you have your options. Lol. Staff was friendly and service was fast. But I was also the only one there because new. I want to start this off with a negative - I got the Oleato latte - beware. I have been throwing up all day. But I don't believe this to be a fault in recipe or by the baristas. It simply isn't agreeing with my stomach. So if you have a sensitive stomach, you may want to re think your order. Ambiance - fantastic! Easily the worst drink I've ever had at a Starbucks and I usually get Starbucks mon-Friday and on sundays. I've had a lot of different drinks but today they made me the a drink with water and caramel. It tasted like no coffee was added. Milk, ice and caramel isn't acceptable. I was hyped up when this location opened as it was a pretty convenient location for me. It seems though this location has had some problems remembering things. As an example, you get a bag with Oatmeal and when you drive off you realize they didn't give you a spoon or any Brown Sugar. There is another location that sometimes writes notes on the top of the cup "have a great day", on I think that's cool. However, when you get a certain colorful sticker on the top that signals promoting a certain lifestyle, that's completely unacceptable. I would expect in the Central Valley more than 60% or so of people don't want to have this crammed down their throats. Stick to serving your products only, otherwise there are many other coffee places in Modesto that are better and I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

My usual go-to Starbucks location, however, the other day I went and I got a big rainbow-shaped heart pride sticker on the lids of both of my drinks. I respect everyone's views and have absolutely nothing against anyone's opinion on this matter however I am not for them doing this. Very inappropriate & out of context. I understand it is pride month but how come for Easter they don't put stickers of a cross? Simple, because not everyone is Christian and celebrates. More so out of line considering it's not Starbucks that creates the lid to have such a sticker rather it is the baristas working there choosing to put whatever they want on customers' drinks. Not to mention, I work in a professional setting with clients where I am required to remain as neutral as possible when it comes to personal viewpoints, and taking such a drink in my work environment would be considered inappropriate. Starbucks employees at this location, just the way us customers aren't pushing our viewpoint on you, don't go decorating cups and try to push yours. Next time you may get a very angry customer that simply gives the drink back, throws the lid out the Drive-Thru, or simply doesn't give you business. read more
