Ordered a whopper meal in the drive thru services. The employee who took my order was friendly and gave me my correct order with the side sauces I asked for. My burger and fries were hot. :) Also times in the past I've ordered cookies from BK at other locations, the cookies were hard. But at this location, the cookies this BK gave me were soft, warm and delicious!! Great customer service . read more

So, I gave them another shot after not visiting this location for nearly 9 years. Everything was great for a couple of months, until this morning. They charged me and gave me a completely different meal. I went inside, I started the interaction nice and polite. "I'm sorry, there must have been a miscommunication, I wanted a #10." The guy working the drive thru began to argue with me. "You said 2." "No, I said 10." "I heard 2." "Well, I'm sorry, but I said 10." "I'm going to review my recording." He made me wait while he listened to the "recording" and came back and said, "You said 2." Whatever. I've worked a McDonald's drive-thru, they're not the best. I KNOW I said 10, but whether or not he heard 2 or 10 is irrelevant. I didn't want this. So then he snatches the bag from me and rudely says, "You'll wait then." In all my 20+ years of customer service have I EVER been so rude to a customer. I understand people are dealing with things in their own lives, but I was nice in the beginning! He was beyond rude and apathetic. I ended up asking for a refund and a receipt so I could complain to corporate. He called me a "b****" on my way out, so I returned the energy. Exchanging the burger would have taken all of about 3-4 minutes and maybe been a loss of about $2 to Burger King. Instead he turned it into 10+ minute ordeal resulting in expletives. I won't ever go back here for as long as he is still employed here. UNBELIEVABLE. read more

Very poor service and they take a long time; the employees are very lazy. waited over 20 minutes for an order! And I wasn't the only one. They only had two employees! read more

This place sucks, slow AF, wast of time, don't go here. Cooks are slow 40 mins to get a damb whopper

0 starts if I could! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came through the drive-thru and was using the Burger King app to order a bundle that was clearly listed. When I mentioned the bundle, the employee immediately responded, "This is Burger King," as if I didn't already know where I was. I explained that the bundle was available in the app, but he repeatedly stated that he couldn't find it. When I got to the window, I showed him the offer directly on my phone. Instead of looking at the screen, he continued saying he couldn't see it and then stated that he didn't even have the app. That made no sense, considering he had just told me he couldn't find it on the app. The entire interaction was unhelpful, and unprofessional. The employee was not friendly, seemed uninterested in helping, and appeared to have very little knowledge of the products and promotions being offered through Burger King's own app. Customer service was poor from start to finish. Unfortunately, this location seems to have gone downhill. It feels like they're constantly out of products, and now customers are dealing with employees who don't appear properly trained on the restaurant's promotions and ordering system. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not one I would recommend. read more

I wish there was another place to get something vegan. There's such a limited amount of places for a quick bite and they have the Impossible Burger. Not that it's the greatest since it's BK, but the service is terrible so it makes it a very unpleasant experience. read more

Burger King - This is the Impossible Burger. Very unappetizing. I asked for no mayo since they don't have vegan mayo. So I put my own on. - Fast Food Near Me - Ceres, California

Soooooo...we came back tonight for the cones that are 89 cents, and a Coke freeze. However, the Coke one was not frozen, he informed us at the window. We tried the cherry instead. The service was nice enough, and the drive thru was not too long of a wait. The cone size was a little on the small side, but for the price, it is a better deal than the competition. The value (cherry or Coke) freeze is pretty small too. We spent less than five dollars for 3 cones, and a freeze. My biggest complaint is that the machine was not working, again!! Come on Ceres BK, please get it together. read more

Went through the drive thru on Saturday afternoon and all my food was nice and fresh. I asked for bbq sauce and the drive thru guy said it would be an additional 25 cents per bbq sauce. So I was like "okay let me get two". Why did this fool charge me, gave me a whole recite but failed to give me the damn bbq sauce! So other than that mess this Burger King would got a five solid stars because all my food was delicious. The ppl making the food are definitely doing an outstanding job. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would The employees and the manager Kim were very rude and disrespectful to my HANDICAPPED/DISABLED Aunt When she was just trying to purchase an item and use the restroom I am going to take this issue to corporate because of how repulsive their discrimination here was towards a special needs person this is not okay not even for a cheap fast food place to be treating anyone with any kind of disability GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR FAST FOOD read more

Kim has horrible customer service. She rolled her eyes. She does not look happy to be at work. I used to love coming here from my lunch break from work. Shut it down! This place is ridiculous! Wouldn't accept a coupon because they said it was expired! It just came in the mail the same week! So they don't take the coupon ask if we have one that is not expired. No!!! They proceed to ask you want to pay full price? Hell no! Not with that treatment and rude attitude! This is the behavior that paying these people $20 an hour gets you! Prices are hell of high, and no one was there. So I guess they don't need any business! AND good thing we left because the reviews are terrible, Don't waste your time here! It's disgusting all the way around! read more

Filthy, Disgusting. How is a place so dirty at 11:00am. It's dirty from the day before. Literally not a single clean table. On on table there was black fuzz. I looked around to see where it was coming from and it's coming out of the air vents. Onto the tables!!! Dust everywhere and floor so sticky my flip flops actually flipped and flopped. Cashier was nice. That was the only thing I can say was nice. I should have known not to go in when I saw the doors for fingerprinted and greasy. This place is hardly open for dine in and you want to be drive through exclusive, do it. Shame on you, BK. I will not be back to this place ever!! read more

Well, tons of negative reviews about this place.. Why hasn't anything been done about it? Management, corporate or even the city?!?! Obviously this is a terrible establishment and if it's terrible from what customers see, how about what customers don't see? I can imagine what's hidden behind the counters, Behind stoves, in the fridge or what's crawling I should say... Not to mention The dining room menu! Still broken and isn't fixed!! or is it going on it's 8th year being broken and just a fuzzy/blurry screen for customers to see. Employees know about it... management knows about it, yet nothing is being done to replace it... I've been to plenty of burger kings and this is by far the worse one.... read more

Found a curly brown hair in our food while we were eating and niether of us have brown hair. Went inside to ask for a remake of the ONE burger we found the hair in, even brought it in to show them. So disappointed. Place is dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Floors are so sticky. Ignoring the customer when ask for help; if you don't have good communication don't work in customer service. Went through the drive thru only to be told they are completely out of burgers. How does BURGER King run out of burgers? Looks like management isn't doing their job and making sure supplies are stocked. Then after being forced to get something I didn't want they had the nerve to try to charge me for barbeque sauce.
